Nobody was available for almost 10 minutes upon my arrival at the property to check me into my room. Oh, beyond this, the hotel took every chance possible to save money, including given used and dirty key card holders that had been used by a previous guest.

Waited outside for minutes trying to check in, only hotel I could get, door was locked and owners were asleep and came out in their pajamas. Didn’t speak English. I asked if I could stay a couple hours past check out until my cab could arrive to take me to my work(I’m a conductor) and I had to pay an extra 80$ for two hours, given they had plenty and plenty and plenty of rooms. That morning I was going to get the “advertised breakfast” only to be greeted with a locked door, no breakfast but a vending machine and the staff asking “can I help you” while keeping the entrance halfway shut

Main lobby always locked had to ring bell wait about 10 minutes to someone let you inn to get ice from only one ice machine. Offer 24 hour free coffee but was inconvenience to have to wait for someone to unlock main lobby everytime. My Deluxe King room showed in pictures long tub and in shower that you could fully soak in it it was half that size towles were stain and light brownish color. Asked for Housekeep to change beeding left forvabout two hours and bedding wss never changed and never gave me hand towels either.

The room reeked of cigarettes, and also smelled real bad. The parking in the back felt unsafe. The room has piles of dust in the corners, on the lamps, etc. We checked out early because we could not sleep in such a smelly, dusty environment.

The price was good. The hotel was clean, relatively quiet and the bed was comfortable. The parking lot was a mass of potholes and the property had obviously not been updated in a number of years. The road construction in the area around the hotel made getting there inconvenient.

When we arrived at 3:00 to check in the office door was locked with a sign that said to ring bell. When I rang the bell the guy was sitting at the motel desk came and opened the door. He then stood there without inviting me in giving me the impression like who am I and what do I want. A little unsettling that you have to have the door locked when you are sitting there. Continuing with the check in I was charged $50 deposit which was returned. It isn't unusual to have a hold in the event of damage but it was an actual charge. Since we are Canadian the amounts were different due to currency conversion. As for the room it was clean and comfortable. The fridge and microwave worked fine. Internet access was ok as well. Checking out in the morning the office door was unlocked.

Room was much cleaner than expected based on the exterior of the building. Cheap and clean, but not comfortable. Very dated, thin walls, the saddest pillows ive every laid my head on. It was conveniently located to the place i needed to be and therecwas a sufficient amount of food & gas stations around. The lobby stays locked 24/7, ring the doorbell for assistance, and is also the home of the only vending machine. Don't get thirsty at night.

The bed was fine, the room was old, lots of unsightly paint, the bottom of the door was dirty, top of light shade and plugs on lamps were dirty, rusty. Towels were gray, sheets and towels smelled ok, but kinda old, when wet they were a darker gray. Property has bad potholes in parking area all over. Security light was hung with facade exposed, siding, roofing not secure. Small refrigerator in room was clean and nice but microwave was disgusting, either not cleaned well or badly stained. With microwaves being affordable the one we had should be replaced. The rooms look fine in pictures, like they are trying to upgrade, but when you get inside you see all the little issues. It was for just one night and I got a good internet rate, so we tolerated it.

When we checked in there were people standing outside having a party. When we got to the room my husband checked the bed and discovered bed bugs. We went to the lobby and told we were lying. he took the room card and told us he would check and if he found them he would refund our money. He refused to check that night and said he would check in the morning. We did get a refund though so there is an upside I guess

This was an extremely bad stay. I woke up to cockroaches crawling on me. Upon further looking they were crawling all over the floor and our belongings as well as on our headboard. I peeled the pillow cases back and they were filthy stained with black through them. The front desk said it’s possible they don’t always do a good job cleaning. There’s no excuse. It was infested. We asked for our money back. They gave us a receipt with our refund but did not actually refund that amount. They refunded less. Highly do not recommend.

We just needed one night to stay as we were in the middle of a long road trip. Bed's were very comfortable which is all we were looking for. However, remote for the TV wasn't working and the Tank on the Toilet took a long time to fill so you had to wait and be careful before use. Wifi only allowed one user too?

This hotel is a scam of epic proportions. I booked with hotels.com over a month in advance and when I drove the 3 1/2 hours to the hotel I was told that they could not find my reservation and they said if we rebooked they would charge over $300 for the night. When my uncle checked in to his room he walked out immediately because he saw bugs and when he went to the front desk the manager told him to F Off and spit at my uncle.

The front desk staff pounded on my door 10 times at 10:55 and yelled it was time to check out. The shower head stopped putting out water after 2 mins and then spewed black gunk on me. I had to lay down on the tub to finish my shower. When i told the front desk man, he yelled"What did you do?" Twice. When i went to check out at 11, he was nowhere to be found and i waited 10 mins to check out. Then i had to ask for a receipt after he checked me out and turned to go into the back. I will say that the bed was comfortble
