Stayed overnight for my son's college lacrosse game. This hotel seemed to be the best option in the area. Property was in pretty nice condition. Bed was comfortable. My bathroom was a little dirty, particularly the floor, and there were very loud guests roaming the hall around 3 AM which woke me up. Breakfast staff was nice. It was nice to have the hotel workout room to myself.

Check-in was simple. Wasn't aware of the accident coverage that would be due upon arriving. Room was decently clean. Though ended up finding a bed bug in the room. Notify staff which they stated they will address the situation.

Stayed for a night while in town for a cheer competition. Room had an egg smell...maybe from the breakfast? But it was fine when I returned to the room in the evening. It was clean. The bed comfy. Easy check in. Wifi works. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Blackout shade was broken. Told staff first day there. 4 days later it was never fixed. Toilet tank ran. Had to take off tank top and pull float. I did not even report this after no luck with blinds. Desk staff were friendly and good. Breakfast was good. Facility is very nice. I’m just not sure what happened with blind. I gave permission to go in even with no service needed sign. That permission was very specifically given and appeared to be noted by desk clerk.

This is a newer hotel, maybe less than 5 yrs old. Everything is very nice and modern here, the rooms are very nice with midern lighting and styling. The bathrooms are nice with good lightung, ventilation and a walk in shower with sliding glass doors. The temoerature is cobtrolled via thermostat. My room had a very large wibdow with a retractable shade and curtain. The only complaint that i can have is absolutey common with all hotels, The water saving shower heads ruin the shower experience. We had breakfast in the morning at the hotel cafeteria, there were many choices available, and all were delicious. There is something available for everyone. This hotel is my choice to stay in from now on while in Grant County.

Breakfast was included at listed till 930. I went down at 920 and food was all gone except for pancakes and bagels. I asked staff if they were making more eggs and biscuits for the gravy. Staff said no because it wouldn’t be ready by 930. I said well it’s only 920 and you are out of food and it should have already been made. She argued with me but reluctantly went and made some more eggs and biscuits. There were some other people wondering the same thing but it wasn’t until I repeated that she was out of food during food hours that she went and made some more.

Hotel looked new and was clean and spacious. Called to check late arrival time twice and was put on hold for over 10 minutes each time and was then disconnected. Also, our room was accessed by another person (not sure if staff or stranger), but luckily security lock was out. Staff did not seem bothered when I told them.

I did not stay more than a day but surely I will go back again. I had a good stay . I will just suggest they have more than one person /staff at the front desk, the lady was doing too many running around in a nice manner but it makes you most of the times not seeing her at the front desk because she is doing other things to help other customers and office works
