Lexington by Hotel RL Miami Beach

The staff were nice. They are renovating the outside. The restaurant at the lower level smells like a pipe burst. The lobby needs a massive renovation. It does nof compare to the other hotels in the area.

Great location. Bed was comfy. AC worked. Staff were helpful.

Great friendly staff

I’d like to begin this review by expressing my appreciation for the friendly and accommodating staff at this hotel. I was traveling with my family, and they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even arranged for adjoining rooms, which was a great convenience as we were preparing for our stay. The building itself appears to be dated, but we noticed that renovations were underway during our stay. However, the rooms were decent and clean. The bathroom had received some superficial upgrades, but overall, everything was in good condition. The staff was truly exceptional. We arrived hours before our check-in and they held our bags and even gave us passes to the beach chairs right on Miami Beach while we waited for check in. They were also incredibly helpful and responsive to our requests, such as receiving DoorDash orders for us. I can’t say enough about the exceptional service we received from the staff.

Staff was nice. Our recently renovated room had a bathroom door hanging on by one screw. The outdoor pool was a little cold. I had very slow service at the pool for a small underwhelming $20 drink despite it being not busy.
