The property has direct access to the beach and beach chairs are provided, which was great. There was also never an issue getting chairs next to the pool. However, the pool is not heated, which was the number 1 issue I had. No one was going in, which should be a sign that it should probably be heated. We also immediately had an issue with the toilet, however someone came and took care of it right away. The layout of the room/closet/sink also does not allow for a good way to lay out toiletries and clothing. All in all, it was OK.

The hotel was very nice right on the ocean with a great restaurant. Staff is amazing. They only one problem was there was only one elevator working in the hotel. The other elevator was not working. Clean and economical I would stay here again

This property is right on the beach with a lovely pool and beach access. We had a few issues with our room. Parking is a small open parking lot across the street at $25 a night

Great location! Beautiful and affordable. Private beach is beautiful and supply you with Umbrellas and chairs. The rooftop breakfast is a delightful and delicious experience. The pool is gorgeous looking out onto the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Kalypso Beach restaurant is amazing. Poolside and beach cocktails served as well as food. Very clean hotel with very comfortable beds. I will be back soon!

Main elevator was closed. Had to run baggage up and down stairs to access the alternate at the back of building. The pool is small and shaded due to the trees and surrounding buildings. There is no ice machine, but will give you a cup of ice at the front desk. I will not stay here again.

O quarto está renovado. Os elevadores estão em reforma e isso prejudica o transito. Piscina e restaurante bem cuidados. Serviço de praia bom. Sinal de Wi-fi muito ruim. Esquema de estacionamento bem à frente do hotel ajuda muito.

Hotel was very nice, boutique style hotel. Direct access to beach. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient self serv parking for a fee. ALTHOUGH HOTEL WAS CLEAN. BUT OUR ROOM SMELLED LIKE MOLD. ONE ELEVATOR WAS WORKING, STAFF AND GUEST HAD TO USE SAME ELEVATOR. Pool was NOT heated.

No elevator.. both were broken so had to carry all of our luggage upstairs. I just had surgery so I'm not supposed to lift more than 2 lb so that wasn't helpful. Both the beds were broken as well. No ventilation in the bathroom so it steamed up and caused a lot of condensation where the water was dripping off the windows and ceiling. Not worth the amount that I paid.

This is right on the beach and a good hotel for the money. Felt like it was just redone. Very nice beach surface and chairs. But the room was small and musty smelling. Very friendly/helpful staff! But the main elevator was broken so you had to walk up six steps, go down the hall and then down six steps to get to the back elevator. And they were doing loud pool deck construction right in the middle of the day that ruined the vibe at the pool and the restaurant. I was only there one & 1/2 days in the sawing and hammering ruined the main day (too windy to relocate to beach.) So that was unfortunate. Restaurant closes at 5pm FYI. But I might still stay again if I could confirm no construction and the price was right.

We cheked in at 9pm, got our room and noticed that is was not clean. The bath tub was filthy and full of hair, bedsheets were un clean, floor was dirty and toilet was dirty. I told this to the staff at the front desk, they did not apologise but showed us another room that was even more dirty and smelled like mold. Overall this experience was bad. The hotel is not clean, the pool water is not changed or cleaned propelly, and customer servise was poor. Matress marks indicate to mold and bed bugs, and price is WAY too much for what you get. We were promised that our room would be cleaned the next day, but it did not happen, the same hair and dirt was still in the bath (and toilet) the next evening. At any point no staff member apologized or offered us anything in return. On our last day we asked for 2hours later check out time, and they didn't even give us that, but asked 50 dollars for it. So we got no apologize and zero compensate on our stay. I have travelled all over the world and stay at least 30 nights in a year in a hotel and by far this was the worst four start hotel I have ever experienced. In the pictures you can see the dirty tub, molded (or bed bugs feasted) mattess, dirty bed sheets and so on. This is more like a hostel in a hotel location by the beach, but the cleaning level has nothing to do with a four star hotel!

The shower head looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and the tub was clogged. I complained about it and they had no vacancy so the couldn’t offer me another room. A lady came to “clean” it and a guy came to unclog it and it was still dirty and getting clogged. Super unsanitary and uncomfortable. Mold in the roof of the bathroom and shower head is a safety hazard. I don’t know how they are still operating the hotel and servicing people like that.

Views are great from pool and on the upper level where breakfast is served. Only open till 11 am. I did not get a balcony because I thought I could get the views from upstairs anytime of the day but I was mistaken. There are no microwaves in the whole hotel which is insane to me. You have to pay hotel daily fees and $150 deposit when you arrive. The night staff is great, The restaurant and bar are really nice. It is a boutique hotel. Also, housekeeping is not the greatest. I stayed for 5 days and there was sand in my room everyday. When you have a property steps of the ocean, you would expect they would at least broom the room. The Pizza Hut close to the property is really good but avoid the IHOP on weekends. The umbrellas and chairs are amazing on the beach. It is overall a good hotel but it can be better for the price :)

The hotel appears to be in good condition, although it could use some better maintenance. The room is a good size, but cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The only downside that made our vacation less enjoyable was definitely the poor air conditioning. The humidity was unacceptably high. Breakfast is a plus: varied and good quality. The outdoor terrace is gorgeous. The beach has direct access and is spotless. The beach service is excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

La habitación no tiene ventilación, las ventanas son de vidrio fijo y el baño tiene un pequeño extractor. Había arena en el piso de la habitación cuando llegamos y luego de la primer noche la limpieza fue mínima, solo estirar camas y una repasada al baño. La ubicación es excelente en North Beach, zona tranquila con servicios cerca. El acceso a la playa excelente Desayuno muy bueno por Usd 23 mas impuestos y propina por persona, termina en un costo de Usd 32 es buffet completo, es en el 5to piso con una vista soñada. El restaurant y bar junto a la piscina es recomendable también.

Really disappointing stay. There was a strong unpleasant odor in the room that didn’t go away. The wifi barely worked the entire time. The space didn’t feel clean at all, definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend staying here!!

The room was great, the pool area needs some work. The beach towels were stained, the chairs were way to low hard to get up and down. They were about 6 inches off the ground. The lounge cushions were so stained. Hair and sand in the pool. Food and drinks good

Loved the location and access to beach, which was lovely! The staff were incredible. Rooms were tiny and the bathrooms awkward with no shelving and no ventilation. We all got eaten alive by something in the rooms that we never saw. I presume it was bed bugs. Loved the restaurant onsite on the main level but was disappointed the rooftop one didn’t have anything other than a mediocre buffet.

The beach access from this property is unmatched. If you aren’t too high maintenance and are really looking for great beach access this is the place. The room could definitely do with some remodeling, there is no vent in the bathrooms and so mold looked like it was beginning to grow on the ceiling and as we were leaving a huge cockroach came out from under the fridge. We were there 3 days and that is the only one we had seen. Staff was friendly and nice.

Excelente hotel à beira-mar para quem quer aproveitar a praia. Acesso direto do hotel e 2 cadeiras de praia + guarda-sol inclusos na diária. A piscina é de bom tamanho e bonita, mas não gostei muito do odor da água. Quartos pequenos na minha opinião, principalmente pelo pouco espaço no armário e falta de local para abrir as malas. O check in e check out no sistema de autoatendimento é muito eficiente. Além de rápido, no fechamento da conta apresenta corretamente o valor da conta cujo recibo é enviado por e-mail e o depósito obrigatório foi devolvido para o cartão de crédito rapidamente. O café da manhã num local com linda vista e é muito bom. Na realidade é o melhor café da manhã que já tomei nos EUA considerando nosso padrão. - The wifi only worked outside the room. We had no internet in our room and it was never fixed. - Staff was very limited and seemed like everyone had a lot to handle, leaving certain areas of the hotel unattended. - The pool deck was pretty much a free for all area. People were bringing their own coolers and were clearly intoxicated with kids jumping and running around. - I was looking for a quiet, quaint, relaxing experience and I feel like I picked the wrong place to go.

We would stay here again, in the same room. Likes: We had one of the more expensive rooms directly facing the ocean and overlooking the pool. It was well designed and maintained and it is a treat to watch the ocean and the boardwalk at the same time. You really have a front row seat to the action. At the time of this post, your day resort fee includes 2 beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella on the beach. The staff we interacted with were gracious and generally helpful. Dislikes: We put our hands in the pool water and it was freezing so unusable. We also noticed birds bathing in it so unsure of its hygiene. Also, at time of checkout, someone else had put their drinks on our room tab so check your bill on checkout. We just noticed that there were still some charges that weren't ours so will have to rectify that with the hotel. Pro Tips: Bikes are a great way to get around - up and down the incredible oceanside boardwalk from Haulover to South Beach. Rent from Citibike Miami (at the nearby park) and find the monthly non-recurring monthly unlimited pass on the app. $35 per person for us. You can pick up and drop the bikes all over Miami Beach and Miami without having to lock them up. We used it 3-4 times per day and loved riding on the path, day and night.

The hotel was nice, but, tye majorly of the staff were not friendly. No one went out of their way to greet us. It was disappointing, also felt as if we were being nickle and dimed for everything including coffee. The $30 beeakfast was no more then what you would get as complimentary at other hotels.

Staff is soooooo rude. My daughter had a handicap and you have to walk between the buildings at night to the back door to get to the elevator and they have to let you in. Staff said we could have extra time at checkout to which the daytime person WILLIAM said no get out it’s a $60 charge and the night manager didn’t have permission to tell you to have an extra hour in the morning. Also parking is across the street in a terrible dark parking lot and it’s def park and walk at your own risk. Hard pass on this motel they try and pass off as a “boutique”. It’s old and gross. ALSO THE ELEVATORS DONT work and when asked why the worker said they are pure rust!! Omg

El hotel tiene que trabajar en su servicio al cliente, el señor Miguel de recepción no fue tan amigable ni tampoco servicia, tuvo una actitud soberbia que ni siquiera nos ayudó con mover las maletas desde el lobby a la habitación. También notamos que la piscina exterior así como las sillas reclinables estaban sucias como si no las hubieran limpiado en bastante tiempo. Por lo demás el hotel estuvo bien, y lo más bonito es que la playa está a pocos metros del hotel.

The people working in the restaurants and the bar were wonderful--extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was more hit or miss--some people were lovely, while others were a bit less professional. Given the reasonable price compared to other properties, this hotel is a great deal--excellent location, wonderful pool, beautiful breakfast terrace, and serviceable rooms. The scented hallways were a bit overwhelming--they should tone that down. Overall, a great stay.

Terrible customer service. Front desk staff unfriendly. I paid for a late check… when they knocked on my door at 11, I had to call the front desk—— with my self phone since none of the phones in the hotel worked— and I was told that the 40 & check out WAS TO BE APPROVED. ITS NOT GUARANTEED. THIS WAS NOT COMMUNICATED TO ME WHEN I CHECKED IN. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH FRONT DESK STAFF. VERY UNPLEASANT… I wish I would have just paid more $$$ and get great customer service

I come here for our birthdays every year and we love it!! Miguel and Angelo are amazing. The blonde young girl from the bar coffee area made usgo to the busy front desk area to get an ice bucket. No nice, no cool. We looove the MB hotel. She needs to improve her customer service skill.

MB Wyndham is a beautiful property directly overlooking the beach on Miami Beach. Additionally our spacious room came with a big beautiful balcony with an unobstructed view of the water perfect for gazing @ the full moon or watching the sunrise 🌅 This property was recently renovated so the common areas looked new and fresh. The hotel offered a buffet breakfast on a gorgeous rooftop terrace overlooking the beach. There was also a casual restaurant on the first floor overlooking the pool that served light fare like salads and pizza 😋 The only drawback to this property was its location. It was not in walking distance to any of Miami’s attractions other than the beach 🏖️ so a car is definitely needed. There was a strip mall across the street with a super cute brunch restaurant as well as a nail salon and liquor store

Beach: There is no dedicated beach service. You would have to order inside - which isn't a big deal to me but wanted to point it out. I would expect people at the hotel to speak fluent English which wasn't the case for some of the staff members, especially the person working at the pool.

Views are great from pool and on the upper level where breakfast is served. Only open till 11 am. I did not get a balcony because I thought I could get the views from upstairs anytime of the day but I was mistaken. There are no microwaves in the whole hotel which is insane to me. You have to pay hotel daily fees and $150 deposit when you arrive. The night staff is great, The restaurant and bar are really nice. It is a boutique hotel. Also, housekeeping is not the greatest. I stayed for 5 days and there was sand in my room everyday. When you have a property steps of the ocean, you would expect they would at least broom the room. The Pizza Hut close to the property is really good but avoid the IHOP on weekends. The umbrellas and chairs are amazing on the beach. It is overall a good hotel but it can be better for the price :)

No information was explained to me at check in. Fees were not explained for resort and parking. The TV's did not hook up to the internet, lounge chairs at the pool were way to low, and stained!!!! Beach towels were also stained. The pool need to be vacuumed, hair and sand in pool. The one front elevatored was broken. Overhead a gentleman state that it was broken last year when they were there. No need for it to be broken for over a year. The back elevator last inspection was in 2023. The food and service where very good The food was very good as well

Right on the beach with a great restaurant for dinner. Kids loved the pool! One thing, if you didn’t pre book the breakfast, don’t do it - it’s not worth it. Beautiful Hotel Boutique, located beachfront wht nice views to the ocean from its restaurant located in the 5t fl. Nice breakfast buffet. Restaurant in 1st fl with Greek options, next to the pool. Staff attentive and good service. Loved it more than a big a crowded resort.

Great location! Beautiful and affordable. Private beach is beautiful and supply you with Umbrellas and chairs. The rooftop breakfast is a delightful and delicious experience. The pool is gorgeous looking out onto the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Kalypso Beach restaurant is amazing. Poolside and beach cocktails served as well as food. Very clean hotel with very comfortable beds. I will be back soon!

The room was great, the pool area needs some work. The beach towels were stained, the chairs were way to low hard to get up and down. They were about 6 inches off the ground. The lounge cushions were so stained. Hair and sand in the pool. Food and drinks good

The hotel is very convenient located in front of the beach , with a good restaurant and the pool all With easy access, you don’t need anything else. I want to highlight how all the staff of the restaurants and Bar is very welcoming, friendly , nice people. I would like to thank specially Camila she is responsible for the breakfast she is amazing and she made my birthday very special. Also Marcelo , is very friendly and they all make you feel at home.

We stayed at the hotel for five days during an extremely busy period because of the FIFA World Cup. Unfortunately, the main elevator was out of service for our entire stay and never worked once during those five days. Given the high occupancy and increased number of guests, this caused long waits and considerable inconvenience. While mechanical problems can happen, it was disappointing that such an essential service was not repaired at any point during our stay. That said, aside from the elevator issue, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very nice, cozy, and welcoming. The staff provided excellent service, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The location was also excellent and made it easy to explore the area. If the elevator issue had been resolved, our experience would have been outstanding.

I've been staying in Miami for 25 years, and I've stayed in places ranging from super fancy to mid-range and even one-night motels. But this place has it all! The service, the location, the beach access, and everything else you need for the best vacation in Miami without having to worry about a thing. This hotel will be my go-to place every time I visit Miami. BTW I’m not a Indian guy writing this from over sea lol.
