Wow - this place exceeded our expectations. Firstly, the staff are absolutely amazing, and no request is too much for them. If only their levels of service quality existed in the rest of the modern world! The property is beautiful - very well-maintained grounds and gardens. It is located in a nice quiet, relaxing part of Dubai, where you are on your own world away from all the stress which was perfect for our family. Rooms were very spacious and well appointed. Plentiful supplies of bottled water were supplied free fo charge. Beds very comfy and the bathroom includes both a shower and a bath, which was nice for a change. The pools are heated and were excellent. We particularly liked the fact that the pools were not too deep, which meant we could relax and let our kids play in the pool unattended with just the lifeguards there if they got in trouble. The sunloungers were very comfy and well looked after by the attendants who would do anything to help you. There are plenty of sunloungers so we never struggled to get one not matter what time of day. We ate at most of the restaurants and the food is some fo the best food i have ever had on all-inclusive basis. We also used the padel courts at a small extra cost and that was super fun. All in all this was an amazing stay and we have already booked to go back next year as we liked it so much!
