I really enjoyed this place they have so much on site for adults & children. The gym was good, with new equipment. The buggies were great to take you round the resort. The food was lovely & fresh. I had a really great experience , I had a lovely suite & the staff were very helpful to me also.

Das Ja Resort liegt gut 45 Minuten von pulsierenden Metropole entfernt. Wer also Ruhe und Entspannung sucht und sich dabei am liebsten nicht fortbewegen möchte ist im Palm Tree Court absolut richtig. Wer sportlich unterwegs sein möchte, findet ebenfalls ausreichend Beschäftigung. Die Anlage aus den den 3 Hotels kann man zu Fuß erkunden, sich aber auch an jeden Ort per Buggy bringen lassen. Zum etwas außerhalb gelegenen Shootingclub bringt dich ein kleiner Bus innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Die Reserverierung der Restaurants empfiehlt sich nicht zu knapp, sonst bekommt den Tisch nicht zur gewünschten Zeit. Typisch Emirate ist die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals mit einem Lächeln und das Ermöglichen aller Wünsche.

A great hotel with lots of opportunities for kids and adults. They have heated pools witch is nice in March and when the sea is a bit too cold for kids. The location is a bit far from everything. But its recommendable for sure..

The staff were great and always there to help. The watersports staff were especially helpful, fun and took the time to make it an easy and memorable experience! Few changes could make this an amazing resort. There is no convenient spot to just stop at anytime to have a snack or drink. There are time frames in which to do so and are not convenient, a hassle to be honest. It is far away from any excursions or attractions so unless you only want to stay on a resort I’d go elsewhere as it’s costly! Getting a buggy takes too long if they even come at all. Food was great when you can get it at the scheduled time frames. Overall ok as a resort but it’s not convenient and I didn’t feel it was organized well. Huge shoutout to the water sports staff. They were brilliant!

I had a good stay in the resort. The area of the resort is really large and features a nice garden with a small river. So a nice place and you can walk around between different pools and restaurants. Activities are abundant. Excellent WiFi. Overall much better than staying in floor 12 in some standard high rise building. The restaurants are an expensive with a cost of around 10 EUR for a beer and lunch is at around 20 EUR for a burger. Service is OK. A bit slow but everyone is friendly. I had to kill some (5) bad insects in my room the last two days so that definitely made the stay a bit challenging - and to ensure no bugs came into my luggage’s that I brought back home… The rooms at palm tree court are a bit dated and in need of renovation. Great resort with lots to do. The gym at the sports centre was fantastic although a little annoying sometimes that the visiting football teams have block booked the whole gym for a couple of hours on some days. There are numerous pools across all 3 hotels to use depending on your preference. The Lake View Hotel is the newest hotel but is situated 20mins walk away or 5 min shuttle buggy from the other two hotels on the resort. There are numerous restaurants to eat at, i would recommend going for All Inclusive Plus so you dont have to worry about the cost of food and drink as it can be expensive otherwise. The AI plan covers for all restaurants in all 3 hotels apart from the Indian restaurant where they give you an allowance towards the bill, well worth the money still. The only downsides: Drifting track next door to the resort is very noisy and if the wind is blowing your direction the smell of rubber and dust is quite bad, especially at the weekends when its most busy. The beach is lovely and sandy however there is a view of the construction of the Jebel Ali Palm straight ahead and to the right the Industrial Zone Port therefore not exactly a scenic view however it didnt bother us too much as the sun wasn't out to sea so you're not really facing out to the sea. The resort is located outside of Dubai and takes a good 30 mins to transfer from DXB airport. The resort does have a free shuttle bus service to the malls every day but there's nothing in walking distance.

Having stayed at this resort for a number of occasions, i am always pleased to see how immaculate and well maintained all areas of the resort are. There is a good selection of restaurants with various dining options available. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and are dedicated to ensuring your stay is enjoyable. My particular thanks to Dev and the beach attendants for looking after me every year.

Very nice resort, clean and full of activities. However, on the last day they charged me 1400 Dirhams extra ( around 380 US) for a barely visible scratch my 2 years old drew on one of the single chairs. I found that extremely inappropriate and exaggerated, and I was fuming. I never thought a classy resort like this will try to take advantage of their guest in such manner.

Ein wirklich tolles Resorthotel. Es gibt nur einen Punktabzug...die Sicht! Man schaut auf die stillgelegte Baustelle der 2. Palme...und auf den Cargohafen. Zudem liegt das Hotel wirklich sehr weit vom Zentrum Dubai bzw Abu Dhabi entfernt. Für Ausflüge, Unternehmungen eher ungeeignet.

we loved the park like property design and gardening of the hotel. the buggy service was great, especially with kids. the food was outstanding and all outlets were good quality. The dining options as part of half board were amazing (14 outlets). the rooms are renovated and spacious. Only the AC was really cold and we needed to set it to 26 degree to have around 22 degree.

Our room was apparently next ta a compressorroom, which was extremely noisy 24/7. Also the peacocks which is a part of the resort, can be very noisy very early in the morning.

Fantastiskt trevlig personal & god mat i a’la carte restaurangerna. Samma priser på drinkar av såmre kvalitet vid poolbaren vilket känns helt fel, de goda drinkarna i de fina restaurangerna däremot prisvärda! Ganska dyrt att äta och dricka på hotellet men hög kvalitet på de olika a’la carte restaurangerna vilket ändå är det viktigaste i slutändan. Vi hade en perfekt juniorsvit direkt mot havet med strålande utsikt. Rekimmenderas!

I had a good stay in the resort. The area of the resort is really large and features a nice garden with a small river. So a nice place and you can walk around between different pools and restaurants. Activities are abundant. Excellent WiFi. Overall much better than staying in floor 12 in some standard high rise building. The restaurants are an expensive with a cost of around 10 EUR for a beer and lunch is at around 20 EUR for a burger. Service is OK. A bit slow but everyone is friendly. I had to kill some (5) bad insects in my room the last two days so that definitely made the stay a bit challenging - and to ensure no bugs came into my luggage’s that I brought back home… The rooms at palm tree court are a bit dated and in need of renovation. They are however quite large. Overall I would say the resort is a 5 star establishment priced as 5 star establishment executing most activities and services at a 4 star level.

Great resort with lots to do. The gym at the sports centre was fantastic although a little annoying sometimes that the visiting football teams have block booked the whole gym for a couple of hours on some days. There are numerous pools across all 3 hotels to use depending on your preference. The Lake View Hotel is the newest hotel but is situated 20mins walk away or 5 min shuttle buggy from the other two hotels on the resort. There are numerous restaurants to eat at, i would recommend going for All Inclusive Plus so you dont have to worry about the cost of food and drink as it can be expensive otherwise. The AI plan covers for all restaurants in all 3 hotels apart from the Indian restaurant where they give you an allowance towards the bill, well worth the money still. The only downsides: Drifting track next door to the resort is very noisy and if the wind is blowing your direction the smell of rubber and dust is quite bad, especially at the weekends when its most busy. The beach is lovely and sandy however there is a view of the construction of the Jebel Ali Palm straight ahead and to the right the Industrial Zone Port therefore not exactly a scenic view however it didnt bother us too much as the sun wasn't out to sea so you're not really facing out to the sea. The resort is located outside of Dubai and takes a good 30 mins to transfer from DXB airport. The resort does have a free shuttle bus service to the malls every day but there's nothing in walking distance.

There is a good selection of restaurants with various dining options available. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and are dedicated to ensuring your stay is enjoyable. My particular thanks to Dev and the beach attendants for looking after me every year.

Very nice resort, clean and full of activities. However, on the last day they charged me 1400 Dirhams extra ( around 380 US) for a barely visible scratch my 2 years old drew on one of the single chairs. I found that extremely inappropriate and exaggerated, and I was fuming. I never thought a classy resort like this will try to take advantage of their guest in such manner.

The staff were great and always there to help. The watersports staff were especially helpful, fun and took the time to make it an easy and memorable experience! Few changes could make this an amazing resort. There is no convenient spot to just stop at anytime to have a snack or drink. There are time frames in which to do so and are not convenient, a hassle to be honest. It is far away from any excursions or attractions so unless you only want to stay on a resort I’d go elsewhere as it’s costly! Getting a buggy takes too long if they even come at all. Food was great when you can get it at the scheduled time frames. Overall ok as a resort but it’s not convenient and I didn’t feel it was organized well. Huge shoutout to the water sports staff. They were brilliant!

Das Ja Resort liegt gut 45 Minuten von pulsierenden Metropole entfernt. Wer also Ruhe und Entspannung sucht und sich dabei am liebsten nicht fortbewegen möchte ist im Palm Tree Court absolut richtig. Wer sportlich unterwegs sein möchte, findet ebenfalls ausreichend Beschäftigung. Die Anlage aus den den 3 Hotels kann man zu Fuß erkunden, sich aber auch an jeden Ort per Buggy bringen lassen. Zum etwas außerhalb gelegenen Shootingclub bringt dich ein kleiner Bus innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Die Reserverierung der Restaurants empfiehlt sich nicht zu knapp, sonst bekommt den Tisch nicht zur gewünschten Zeit. Typisch Emirate ist die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals mit einem Lächeln und das Ermöglichen aller Wünsche.

A beautiful hotel with a choice of excellent restaurants. Lovely beach, only a little spoiled by the view onto the new palm construction site. Apart from a pleasant attendant from Nepal the beach attendants outside rooms 170 to 180 would do well smiling a bit more.

Ein wirklich tolles Resorthotel. Es gibt nur einen Punktabzug...die Sicht! Man schaut auf die stillgelegte Baustelle der 2. Palme...und auf den Cargohafen. Zudem liegt das Hotel wirklich sehr weit vom Zentrum Dubai bzw Abu Dhabi entfernt. Für Ausflüge, Unternehmungen eher ungeeignet.

Amazing and beautiful property in Dubai! You are in the city but a bit far too so feels like you have actually been on a vacation! Sunset was absolutely gorgeous there! Quiet, unique and amazing property for couples and families too! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this place they have so much on site for adults & children. The gym was good, with new equipment. The buggies were great to take you round the resort. The food was lovely & fresh. I had a really great experience , I had a lovely suite & the staff were very helpful to me also.

Great resort with lots to do. The gym at the sports centre was fantastic although a little annoying sometimes that the visiting football teams have block booked the whole gym for a couple of hours on some days. There are numerous pools across all 3 hotels to use depending on your preference. The Lake View Hotel is the newest hotel but is situated 20mins walk away or 5 min shuttle buggy from the other two hotels on the resort. There are numerous restaurants to eat at, i would recommend going for All Inclusive Plus so you dont have to worry about the cost of food and drink as it can be expensive otherwise. The AI plan covers for all restaurants in all 3 hotels apart from the Indian restaurant where they give you an allowance towards the bill, well worth the money still. The only downsides: Drifting track next door to the resort is very noisy and if the wind is blowing your direction the smell of rubber and dust is quite bad, especially at the weekends when its most busy. The beach is lovely and sandy however there is a view of the construction of the Jebel Ali Palm straight ahead and to the right the Industrial Zone Port therefore not exactly a scenic view however it didnt bother us too much as the sun wasn't out to sea so you're not really facing out to the sea. The resort is located outside of Dubai and takes a good 30 mins to transfer from DXB airport. The resort does have a free shuttle bus service to the malls every day but there's nothing in walking distance.

Wow - this place exceeded our expectations. Firstly, the staff are absolutely amazing, and no request is too much for them. If only their levels of service quality existed in the rest of the modern world! The property is beautiful - very well-maintained grounds and gardens. It is located in a nice quiet, relaxing part of Dubai, where you are on your own world away from all the stress which was perfect for our family. Rooms were very spacious and well appointed. Plentiful supplies of bottled water were supplied free fo charge. Beds very comfy and the bathroom includes both a shower and a bath, which was nice for a change. The pools are heated and were excellent. We particularly liked the fact that the pools were not too deep, which meant we could relax and let our kids play in the pool unattended with just the lifeguards there if they got in trouble. The sunloungers were very comfy and well looked after by the attendants who would do anything to help you. There are plenty of sunloungers so we never struggled to get one not matter what time of day. We ate at most of the restaurants and the food is some fo the best food i have ever had on all-inclusive basis. We also used the padel courts at a small extra cost and that was super fun. All in all this was an amazing stay and we have already booked to go back next year as we liked it so much!
