Quality Inn Newark - Wilmington

The bedding seemed clean. The partially-assembled light fixtures in the room had grime and grunge all around them. Some of the guests were homeless people that were being housed there. The shower/tub in our room worked, but it looked and smelled disgusting. And the carbohydrate-only breakfast was edible. The breakfast area was a bit of a wreck. We would say the price was a tad bit high for the conditions.

Hotel was a bit run down on outside. Definitely needed repair. Handicap door was locked at night. Husband went out and could not get in due to the card reader button to unlock door was broken and missing. Had to call me to let him in. Bedroom was in good condition. Slept very well. It was quiet and comfortable. Did not utilize breakfast amenities.
