My mom and her friends stayed here when they were unexpectedly stranded in Dubai. The service provided by the front desk and the entire hotel staff was truly exceptional. Hats off to the team for looking after your guests with the utmost care and compassion during such a difficult time. Keep up the amazing work—we will definitely return !!

I booked apartment mistakingly, it was specious but old and outdated. 3rd bed that add for us in dining room was small and not stable.

My experience at this hotel was significantly below expectations. The studio I stayed in was approximately 28 years old, noticeably outdated, and equipped with old and worn-out furnishings. The hair dryer was broken and unsafe to use, and the room lacked basic modern amenities such as USB charging outlets. A major safety concern occurred on the balcony, where there was a large colony of bees. I was stung multiple times while using the clothes rack. As a result, I had to seek medical attention and take prescribed medications. Although I contacted hotel management immediately, the response was delayed. The only solution initially offered was a room change. Eventually, the hotel refunded the unused nights, and we had to leave with eight days remaining on our trip. The only positive aspect was the pool. Overall, the stay was not worth the cost. I do not recommend this property, and I suggest choosing another place when visiting Dubai/UAE.
