Elevators broken. The internet TVs Netflix YouTube are broken. The pool and jacuzzi out of service. No management available to help or make any decisions. No breakfast included. Cheap mattresses bouncy and noisy springy. Musky stinky rooms.

Arrived, Pool was closed, 1st room didn't have working A/C, and found out that you needed to pay extra for Breakfast. That is just not clear when booking and should be included, even if continental. Lastly, this property was very clean. Cleaning staff did a great job. But, the property is several years behind needing updating. Carpet, furniture and fixtures are fairly worn and need replacing to maintain Holiday Inn standards.

Enjoyed my stay. Room was great. Close to lots of good dining. The hot tub was nice but I did knock off a point for the pool. It did not look clean on the entire bottom of the pool. Would stay again.

Overall great stay. A few things were outdated. The gym could use a revamp and the smaller Dumbbell size was #15s. The pool area was a bit drab. Our room was clean-ish. There were a few crumbs left over from previous guests and our washcloth that was white had a stain. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is close to many dining options.

The staff was wonderful. The lobby was impressivez My issue was with the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub areas. They need a good scrubbing. A repainting of the pool and hot tub would help it look more inviting. The jets on the hot tub were not working which can happen so I wasn’t really too disappointed by it. Some of the lights in the pool area were out. The gym was neat and clean but the treadmill made a horrible noise when in use. Areas around light fixtures and the elevators buttons looked over washed and didn’t match the wall paint. I did enjoy my stay the room was neat and clean it smelled fresh and I didn’t see any stains on the furniture or carpeting.

I was very disappointed. The room I was given was on the second floor. As soon as you get off the elevator it smells musty and moldy, like there was a water leak that didn't get completely remedied. The room didn't smell any different. When we got to the room it was 80 degrees inside despite the thermostat being set at 67. When I inquired about the broken A/C, I was told by the very nice and helpful, but overworked front desk person, that he would be up to reset the breakers as soon as he could. The restaurant and bar were nonexistent except for a few hours in the morning for breakfast. The shower head was horrible and dirty. The beds were extremely old and uncomfortable. This motel is in dire need of a remodel and is not at all what I expected from a Holiday Inn. I WILL go back to staying next door.

I was surprised at how worn the hotel is. The carpeting was threadbare (there were large spots of missing carpet in one of our rooms), the curtains had holes in them, the furniture was scuffed, and the walls had marks (both in our rooms and throughout the hallways). The hairdryer seemed very old and barely worked. The coffee service on the first floor was not clean. And there was a strange odor in the elevator for two days. Overall, the entire hotel needs a serious refresh. That said, the staff was nice, the location was convenient for us, and the sheets were high quality.

The staff when we checked in was very rude. The pool and hot tub were not in working condition and the pool area was really dirty. The bathtub was dirty and had dirt or sand all over. I was disappointed in the stay, especially for a Holliday Inn.

I was unpleasantly surprised at the condition of the property. I expected much better. The carpet was dirty, wrinkled and dated. The ice machine on our floor was broken, pool was out of service, and Netflix never worked the whole time I was there. The wallpaper looked dirty, peeling and torn. I will read reviews before I book again.

The entire property is run down and worn out. The carpet in the halls was torn and coming up, there were wall patches everywhere, and cpuntless areas without paint. The worst of all was purcroom smelled like pet urine, even with the windiw open, we could've escape the stench.

Had issues with the keys to room. Went back down to desk and was told she would show me how to do it. Like I didn’t know how. Went back up and she did it. Guess what didn’t work for her either. Took about 5-7 times swiping before it opened. She said yeah the readers have issues. Why rent the room or fix them! Went out for dinner and came back and it took over 15 swipes to get back in the room. Ridiculous. Glad it was only one night

Buyer beware, they are not third party friendly at all. The air conditioner didn’t work, it never shut off and never cooled the room. The bed was lumpy, the light shades in the bathroom had burn marks on them, the coffee maker didn’t work (they did replace that) the tv was about 20 inches. It was not a comfortable stay at all. Also because we weren’t at an express Holiday Inn we had to pay for our breakfast $30. They were not friendly or accommodating.

After check in & in our room we noticed there was no shower curtain. So went to the front deck & I was told that maintenance was gone & wouldn't be back until Friday & we would have to wait till they returned. then the next morning I went back to the front deck & asked again for a shower curtain. The employee kindly went & put one up. The ice maker on our floor is broke, we were disappointed the was no breakfast offered. After looking on the website we saw that wasn't an option. Overall the hotel was clean but very outdated & dark. Lighting in rooms were yellow & hard to see.

We picked a hotel with a restaurant so we would have an easy dining option but it wasonly open 6am to 9am. Multiple times (at least 4 times in 3 days) my key card wouldn't work and we were locked out. The staff didn't seem concerned at all about the inconvenience either. It was quiet though and the bed was comfy.

Sink faucet needs to be fixed. Dirty and missing caulking. Additional charge at checkout that wasn't disclosed. Desk person pointed at the end of the counter where a small placard with small print was setting and said, "there it is." This location is defiantly off my list for my frequent trips to the Denver area.

The person working the night shift is very inappropriate. When I arrived with my 15 year old daughter he said, “if I had known models were coming in I would’ve dressed up.” The night before we checked out my key wasn’t working. I took it to the desk, asked for a new card. He proceeded to stroke my hand, takes the key and says, “I’m glad it’s not working, you make this lobby look better.” The property is is in desperate need of updating. It is dark, carpets are filthy.

Normally, I don’t like to submit bad reviews, but I do think there’s a lot of room for improvement at this property. Our room had dog food on the floor in it when we had come in, which was a lil gross (even as someone who is a huge dog lover/owner) and the mattress was super old and uncomfortable. We were told we would have a microwave In our room when we made the reservation, but there wasn’t one. Generally, room really could have used some updates, furniture was pretty worn with the exception of the desk chair. Front Desk Staff during the day was great but night time staff was pretty cold and unfriendly. No free breakfast which I find odd nowadays, particularly with an IHG property. Landscaping (the grass on the front of the property in particular) on the property was pretty overgrown with sharp weeds which our dog kept getting pricked by. Only water fountain on-site was broken and had warm water coming out of it. Just seems pretty neglected.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews when I stay hotels. Especially holiday ends are usually have a really good experience, but this one was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We had people arguing all night long above us. I had brought this to the attention of the person working at the desk. They did not suggest moving us, or anything of the sort. Also, the restaurant was closed most of the time that we were there, which is understandable if it’s short staffed, but advertisement showed that it was gonna be open. The lack of customer service was absolutely horrendous. Nobody smiled. Nobody welcomed us. They seemed completely annoyed that we even showed up. Never experienced this kind of service in my life. I can absolutely say we will never be back to this particular Holiday Inn. Also, somebody’s phone was ringing for at least eight hours during the night. Also, the wash machine was either not working correctly. It was vibrating our room all night long. We decided not to even say anything to the front desk as we were not treated with respect at all when we checked in. They acted like nothing even matter that we were even there. Spent almost $600 never again.

The AC in our room was not cold at all, and some common areas needed attention—trash was full and the 24/7 coffee was cold. Only one waitress was available, and she was doing her best but clearly overwhelmed. I did notice some of the male staff had long, dirty fingernails, which felt unhygienic. Overall, it was an okay stay, but with a little more attention to cleanliness and staffing, it could be much better.

The only reason why I give this hotel a poor review because first, there is no microwave in the rooms. The microwave is in the first floor lobby. This is probably because they encourage people to eat in the lobby rather than in the rooms. Second, the restaurant in the hotel was way overpriced. It would’ve been better to just eat somewhere else. Third, the breakfast. Although it says on the website that there is no complimentary breakfast, you have to go to the restaurant to order food for breakfast. Then it’ll take them 15 mins to serve the food. Even though we paid for the food and beverage credit, we were not able to use our breakfast coupons because we didn’t have an hour of our time to spend for breakfast. Unlike in other hotels that served breakfast buffet where you can just go and grab your breakfast.

The hotel was clean, well maintained and comfortable. I appreciate Dove products stocked. The staff was great. The only disappointment was the restaurant. I was surprised that breakfast wasn't included with the room and when I went to the restaurant to purchase a breakfast, the one employee in there was completely swamped and couldn't acknowledge people coming in. After waiting for a bit, I gave up and and went out to another restaurant. The second morning I didn't even try - just checked out.

The bed was very comfortable, loved the pillows! Anais made check-in smooth. Enjoyed breakfast at the hotel restaurant and Ashley was pleasant and accommodating. Will be back on my return trip!
