It's very nice and very pretty. They charged us way less than what motel 6 would and . The beds were awesome and my husband really enjoyed looking at the night traffic from our window. It's quite for the most part and there's a 7-eleven across the parking lot. Their breakfast was amazing and the pool was fun. They say it's heated and it's not cold but not warm either. All together my family and I enjoyed our stay!

Very clean. Great breakfast. Staff was wonderful. I only have two small complaints. The door to the bathroom is obscured glass so that when somebody is in the restroom when everyone else is sleeping it lights up the whole room. The pool is indoors and it feels very muggy to be in the pool area and is so loud because the kids splashes and yells echo off the ceiling and walls. Overall our stay was great.

The location was convenient, quiet and plenty of parking. The room seemed pleasant enough when we arrived. However we had several issues with the room. AC unit made lots of noise during the night, towels were paper thin (only 1 per size), sheets had stains on them, staff could care less when I asked to point me in a direction to find shoe polish ( which they do not carry).

Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time. Staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfast had a good assortment of options, but not much in the way of vegan/vegetarian. Biggest qualm was that the pool was closed for the entirety of our five-day stay. Facilities and room were clean.

The hotel looked very nice and new. Swimming pool was tiny, it made us laugh when we looked at it! Room was nice and big and a nice sized closet, fridge, microwave, Keurig and tv. I do not care for the frosted glass door that goes into the bathroom and lights up the entire room every time someone is in there during the night. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were very flat.

The hotel itself was very nice and the rooms we rented were spacious and comfortable. Beds were also comfortable. Only complaint was the pool which was inoperable for the entire 6 days we were there and they did not have that notice on the website when booking. We had 7 grandkids that wanted to swim and we had to find other things for them to do outside of the hotel.

I stayed for two nights, and was overall satisfied. The hotel is in the suburbs, and located in an area that was quiet but not remote where I felt comfortable leaving my car in their uncovered parking lot at night. The front desk staff were polite and prompt, and I appreciated how they were attentive if I needed something but not overly friendly. Breakfast was great, much better than expected: eggs were not wet, lots of toppings for oatmeal, multiple kinds of juice, bread, and cereal from which to choose. Despite it being a holiday weekend the hotel was mostly quiet; I only heard people walking about and talking close to midnight, and earplugs easily blocked them out. I did find hair on my bedsheets, one of the bed’s pillows had a large stain, and the bathroom mirror still had specks like it hadn’t been fully cleaned. The shower also squeaks it turned fully up to hot, and there are no deadbolts on the room doors. This is a 2-star hotel, and so some drawbacks are to be expected, but overall I felt safe, slept well, and had a positive experience with the staff that I encountered.

Was excited for stay at this hotel but was uneasy of the mixed reviews. When we walked in we were greeted by a wonderful front desk with the hotel looking and smelling great. However, when walking through the halls it was hard not to notice they needed vacuuming. Once finding our room we settled in only to discover it was unclean, which was pretty disappointing.

Reasonable rates, clean, nice staff. AC is level with the beds and when on it blows right on you. You freeze of if you turn if off it gets too hot. Got up several times in the night to try to adjust. The other think we didn't like if the opaque bathroom doors. At night when you turn on the light the whole room lights and wakes others up. We did like the size of the room and the walk in closet. Comfortable beds

For the most part, my stay was very nice. My only complaint is that the refrigerator requires you to push a button every 2 hours to keep it cold. Even though there was also a button to make it sleep for 8 hours. My refrigerator did not run unless the 2 hour button was pushed and the food that I bought to eat while I was there was ruined. I called the front desk, and they said they would let their manager know that the refrigerators should have a note to let people know. What is the point of the refrigerator? Why is there an 8-hour sleep button if it turns off anyways? There was no attempt to reimburse me for my food, they did offer to put my food in the staff refrigerator but it was already ruined at that point. Again, what was the point of the refrigerator in my room if I have to use the staff refrigerator and the one in the room can't be used even overnight??

Room was great. Beds great. Nice setup with a sitting area. Only issue was the bathroom vent fan. On the top (4th) floor. The flapper valve above the fan constantly clanged all night long. Thinking it is a temp differential at certain times on the day and all night where hot air rises out of the room and slightly opens the valve then lets it fall back making a metallic sound. Or maybe a breeze causes it. DOn’t know but do know it was quite annoying.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel MANY times and will continue to do so when we're in the area. The staff is top notch so around and the manager Frankie is is very helpful and she is VERY accommodating! Always clean, quiet and comfortable.

Outlets at desk didn't work, vanity top in bathroom was very dirty, almost no water pressure whatsoever in sink, alarm clock not plugged in or working but it still managed to go off at 2am and 4am, Room service ignored the "do not disturb" door hanger and no-knock entered at 8am as my wife and daughter were getting changed and then did it AGAIN 20 min. later. Hostess offered nothing other than "I'm sorry, I told them not to go in".

My daughter and I specifically reserved a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival, we were told that they overbooked, and they gave our room away. We ended up in a room with one bed that we had to share. People book the type of room they want for a reason, and we were never notified that our room that we paid for in advance was going to be given away to someone else. Also, the breakfast was really bad. The food was really low quality. These small dry tiny quiche bites and some rubbery sausages, with brown bananas, were not appetizing at all. They had a station for waffles but ran out of batter

You don't need to drive far to get to shopping areas, dining or fuel needs. There is a 7-11 and a Panda Express right next door. Will definitely stay here again for the friendly staff and the free breakfast.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when in Parker visiting family. It is clean, modern and quiet. Parking is close and the hotel is not usually too busy. Breakfast is a step up from Continental with hot entrees. We would stay there again.
