Night crew was great. However, room wasn't cleaned the entire 4 day stay. Had to ask for clean towels. Indoor pool was cold.

The pool was closed. we stayed with them with our family with kids, and wanted the pool. They didn't tell us the pool was closed until we arrived.

I booked a room so we could use the pool. The pool was freezing and the air was so cold my kids teeth were chattering bettor we even got in the water. It was a total waste.

Free self parking is great! Very quiet and safe. Room was large and clean. Absolutely loved seeing the empty lot next to the hotel filled with prairie dogs.

It has been very quiet and. comfortable The elevator isn’t working. We almost got trapped.

Clean, up to date property, friendly staff. Elevator needed repaired as it was making an awful grinding noise you could hear and feel. Other wise it was a great hotel. We would stay here again.

The one draw back is the pool is still broke. No heat. It advertises heated pool!!

Everything was great, but it was a busy time and couldn’t find parking and parked away from the hotel and did not like to park too far. Staff were great!!

This hotel does not have enough parking for all guests when the hotel is full. There were 2 nights that we had to park in a dirt area down the way from the hotel because there was no parking available in the hotel parking lot. They allowed large trucks with trailers to take up 3+ parking spaces in normal hotel parking lot.

Fairly new but still in great condition and clean, clean, clean! Indoor pool was “out of order” which was a bummer. Little to no dining within walking distance. WiFi was good. Comfortable bed and nice linens and towels.

Broken blinds, shower didn’t work. Had to shower in a different room. Missing grout in tile work. Broken tiles in elevator and others areas. Don’t stay here, it’s a dump

Clean, well maintained, easy check in.

The room was dirty, but booking with anyone else at the last minute was going to be expensive. The staff's attitude and the fact that we never received room service were bad. The worst part is my kid found a cannabis vape pen in the room, we told the staff, and they couldn't care less.

My wife and I were there for several days and our room was never cleaned even after we notified the front desk twice.

Everything was very clean. Nice room with a comfortable bed and pillows.

Pretty okay but there was tuns of hair in my sheets. I am not sure if the coveres were cleaned

Rachel checked us in quickly and was so friendly to work with! She clearly cared about the quality of our stay. The beds were very comfortable and clean and we slept far better here than the previous hotel we visited.

Clean and modern, comfy bed, huge shower. Loved it!

Friendly staff. Good hot breakfast. My only complaint is that the rooms are dark. Lighting only provided by lamps in the room which do not put out a lot of light. Would recommend increasing the wattage or adding a main central light for the room. The bathroom had decent lighting but not great. Made it hard to get ready for our formal event.

Our stay was great, overall. The room was spacious and very clean. The bath was very nice. Unfortunately, the beds were much too soft for us. Luckily there was a firm-seating pull out couch. My husband needed to sleep on the couch (not the pull-out bed) to get support for his back. Although near the highway, the room was well-insulated and quiet with the a/c fan on. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was adequate but as we were there for 4-days was a bit monotonous - would suggest some variation day-to-day.

Very nice room, really hit it out of the park with the bathrooms! Love the shower style & super soft towels.

The motion light at the door is ridiculous. As if someone gets up at night to use the restroom it kicks on and is very bright and lights up the entire room and wakes up everyone in the room. This is the reason we'll never stay here again.

We loved the large walk-in shower,; the shades that could be pulled down for privacy or opened for light; The breakfast with biscuits ,gravy, juices, fruit, juice options; the multiple outside doors for easy access to the room; the wall sockets beside the beds so that our iPhones/ipads could charge easily; the bottles of shampoo, conditioner,& body wash

I was upset because myself and six other guests waited in the lobby to check in for 27 minutes. There was no staff anywhere to be seen and it was only 9ish at night. I even called the 800 number to see what was going on, and shortly after reporting the absence of staff, someone did finally appear. No apology whatsoever, and he acted very nonchalant. But once I was checked in and got to my room that pretty well made up for the bad start. Lovely rooms (I just had a basic king), very clean, quiet, and comfortable in every way. Breakfast was great as well!

Was not happy that they gave our room away even though we had a reservation. They got us another room but, that is not something you want to deal with late at night after a long stressful drive.

When we checked in the attendant was very nice, but later she would not send up more towels or an iron. She had we had to come down and retrieve them ourselves

The overall stay was good but on our second night someone walked right into our room. We were there for 5 nights. I went down to the front desk and they said that the cleaning crew stated our room was turned and offered nothing else but they let someone else check into our room. No apologies or anything else. Luckily we were there when it happened.

The signage to find it wasn't great. The road around is had potholes--generally in poor condition.

The location was great, but a little noisy next to the toll road. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel from the outside looks new and the lobby is nice. I found out the hotel is 2 years old. There are things you can tell they don’t keep up on maintenance. Each elevator had cracks in the tile floors, Ice machine out of order on the first floor, chipped furniture in our room and our rug was fraying. The first night our bedspread had lot of little strings on it and the sheets were not the nice hotel sheets. I had to go to the front desk around 10 pm the first night because I noticed in the bathroom that there was men’s beard hair or something along the floor that had not been cleaned and also pieces of mop string in the hallway. Another weird thing in the bathroom is the toilet is so far from the toilet paper under the bathroom sink, you almost have to fall off the toilet to reach the toilet paper. I finally had to take it off the holder and set it on top of the toilet so we could reach it. They did come and clean the room the next day after complaining and it was much better and better sheets and comforter on the bed too, like I said the bed was very comfortable. The hotel could be really good if they took care of more maintenance issues. They also have a breakfast each morning that wasn’t bad. The items varied each day.

It is a very nice clean property convieniently located near the interstate and major surface roads. A bit more signage might be needed as there is no direct access to the property from the major cross street. I was able to find it bevause i was familiar with the area. .

Other than trying to find a direct route to the hotel it was very nice stay. The cost should be more reasonable being next to E470. We had a family wedding & we paid the rate. The desk did allow us to an early check in for $30. Thank you!

The room was fantastic! It was clean and easily accessible. I loved everything about it except for the free breakfast. The eggs were ice cold, because they were made from powder and refrigerated the night before. There was no cream cheese for the bagels, and minimal choice of fruit. But I guess beggars can't be choosey.

We had an amazing experience!!! The room was clean and beautiful. The lobby was so nice and the breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at La Quinta. The amenities were great! The buffet breakfast was really good and the staff were really friendly. Definitely recommend.

Clean and quiet. Enough parking. Close to some restaurants and gas station. Only down side was indoor pool area too hot and smelled a lot like bleach. Also breakfast could have more options all 3 days int was same Exact things( but it is free) lol. Not a game Changer would absolutely stay again!

The good things: convenient and friendly, helpful staff. The lobby and halls aren’t clean. Breakfast was just ok. Not enough tables and they don’t clean the tables. The gym doesn’t have much equipment.

The bed light was broken with wires hanging out of it. We had to go downstairs to the desk for an iron. The 3rd day we were there, the coffee ran out had to wait for more to be made, there were no forks, no eggs, no sausage. We had to wait for a while before they all were replenished. Not enough eating tables, lots of coffee table types.

We stayed at this property three years in a row on our annual visit to see family in Parker. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with an excellent, responsive kitchen staff. The king rooms face the highway but noise level did not interfere with sleep due to a/c fan. Overall, the beds could use an upgrade, a bit soft for us.
