Good location. Rooms have bare necessities. Could use some major remodeling. Broken door, exposed wiring, broken couch outside door that looked like homeless person used for sleeping. Not worth the $75.

It was convenient. It was clean. It is in a good area for my needs. It was quiet and safe for me. I was happy I stayed. The only downfall was there was not any ice.

I do not recommend this hotel. Room was dirty, no remote or coffee pot, cigarettes burns in bedding. Both ice machines were out of order. Other guest were loud, running up and down the stairs, playing loud music, banging on doors well into the early hours. One of the worst hotels experiences I've ever had.

Husband awakened to find roach crawling on his arm. Ended up killing 9 roaches. Could not stay there a second night. Since we paid for 2 nights in a bundle we lost the money on 2nd night. Perhaps they should use that money on an exterminator. Nothing to hang clothes on (rod or hangers). No blow dryer, no ice or vending, no shampoo.

Issue with room odor on day 2…room, bedspreads smelled like urine; floor sticky. First question staff asked was “Does anyone have a key to get in your room?” Really, like I’d give a key to my room to a person of that caliber. Would not give me a credit for the 1 night because I “prepaid”. Really, I want a credit for the inconvenience as in order to have our room changed we had to pack our belongings and put in our car because a new room was not ready. Lost all the food in our refrigerator. And, had to lug our belongings up and down the stairs. Squatters / long stayers in the hotel…one urinated outside by the culvert. Others smoked on the landing in front of their room. Baby roaches in the bathroom (second room). Housekeeping does have roach spray on their carts. The odor may have been from the old air conditioner units.

The room was fairly clean, except for the roaches. Once we saw the first Roach we left halfway through the night. The shower bar that holds the curtain was coming out the wall and a roach climbed out of it. Bed was comfortable but definitely wasn't going to sleep with roaches

I travel often & stay on average of 25+ hotels per year. This is the first time I’ve ever checked into a hotel and immediately checked out. I went up to my room after driving 12+ hrs to discover more than 10 cockroaches of various sizes crawling all over the bathroom. I immediately went down to the front desk looking for a resolution. He stated he’d put me in a different room, a step up room for my trouble although I explained my hesitancy if one room was that infested, I was nervous the other one would be as well. I went to the other room, it was just as bad with beds, crawling up the wall behind the couch, dead moths laying on the couch. I requested a refund, was denied that. At that point it was fine, I just wanted out of that hotel.

I was told that I had a non smoking room even though the door clearly said it was a smoking room. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and moldy. The non smoking room even came with an ashtray, go figure, I booked the room thru Expedia and paid immediately so I was surprised when the desk clerk told me I had to pay additional money because their price was higher than Expedia. I told him to take it up with Expedia not me.
