Cholula is a lovely, clean, and well taken care of hotel in the beautiful Condesa neighborhood. The vibe is pleasant, all the staff were welcoming and happy to help in any way. I was celebrating my birthday and they arranged the delivery of a huge beautiful lily bouquet along with a gift box of snacks in my room. They also have yummy pastries in the reception area. I enjoyed my stay and felt secure with the double set of gates. The neighborhood is walkable; you can get to many boutiques, restaurants, and clubs on foot. We walked over to Bobo's for brunch and El Mekong for dinner, and got to enjoy omelettes on-site at Calma. Highly recommend all of these options if you decide to make Cholula your temporary home

Highly recommend the Cholula Condesa Hotel by Lumina! We really enjoyed our stay; the property is modern, clean, and has a great atmosphere. The location in the heart of Condesa is perfect for exploring the neighborhood. Most importantly, the service was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they provided a huge service by storing our luggage for us while we were away on another trip. A fantastic choice for anyone visiting Mexico City.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is small and very private, there are stairs which we didn’t mind but may be hard for someone with a disability. On our check in day we arrived early, too early for check in, but we were able to leave our luggage and go explore the city. It’s about 15 to 30 mins to Mexico City center depending on traffic. There is a lot to do in the area, many walkable places like Chapultepec. The hotel room is clean, and air conditioned. I would suggest extra trash cans as ours only had two. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Uriel offered suggestions on where to visit in the area and also how to get around using public transportation. The rooms are well stocked with towels and other necessities. I would 100% recommend staying here especially if you want to be away from the bustle of the City and noise. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.
