Super 8 by Wyndham Hurricane Zion National Park

We stayed in one of the suites and it was nice having the extra space. The jetted tub was so nice! Definitely used it every day! The outdoor pool is very cold. We tried to go swimming but it was to cold. Overall it was a great stay for the price!

The room was clean. The TV did not work, when asked at the front desk the clerk said "I could call the technician", Me: How long would that take? Him: "I don't know, couple hours maybe, I don't know." Available ice machine did not work, when I asked the clerk if there was another one: "No, there's no working ice machine, it's been out a couple of days" There was a electric vehicle that was plugged in behind the ice machine, not sure if that had anything to do with the ice machine not working. Where the smoke detector used to be there were wires hanging down. The shower was pretty much a slow drizzle.

Location worked really well for Zion. Pool was nice and open even in mid October. Breakfast was sub- par with only waffles, cereal ands toast. Ice machine was broken and, based on previous reviews has been broken for several months.

The first room they put us in hadn't been cleaned. They moved us to a different room and the A/C unit sounded like a freight train. Parking lot was dirty/muddy and filled with potholes. Rate was low, but probably won't stay here again.

Sent to a room that was not serviced from previous guests. Cleaning cart wast left in from of front door. Time was 5pm and I was assigned to that room by front desk. However they did correct with a clean room. Dated facility with grave parking lot. Would I stay there again, no sure.

Beds were so hard my hips still hurt. After just one night. Definitely needs new mattresses. Walls are very thin and you can hear people talking in the rooms next door. Pool and hot tub were advertised but the hot tub has been removed and filled with concrete. The pool has no water.

It was near a restaurant that we could walk to. Pool was closed during our stay. Had to ask for wash cloths everyday they would only give 1 wash cloth per day. There were 2 of us and we dont share a wash cloth!

Decent Stay for the Price This hotel is definitely on the older side and could really benefit from a major renovation. That said, it was one of the more affordable options in town, which made it a reasonable choice for a short stay. The room itself was fairly clean, and the surrounding area felt safe and wasn't too bad. However, there were no breakfast options available, and the pool was not operational during our visit, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, it was just okay — nothing fancy, but it did the job for the price.

Property was clean, staff was nice, and came back to a clean room every night. Would definitely stay again.

Not much bad to say. Minor inconveniences are that the springs on the bed are getting old, the pool was quite small (but pleasant), and there was no breakfast. The first room I was given turned out not to have been cleaned yet so we were given a bottom room (though staff told us there were none available when we requested one to begin with.)

I personally prefer less black mold in the bathroom. Also, at least one table or chair would've been cool. But there was a bed and I did not have to sleep on the floor.

Stayed 2nights to go to Zion National Park. The carpets are very dirty, needs an upgrade. Bathrooms were clean. Average Continental breakfast.

Website makes it look much nicer than it is. One of the property rooms had a leak and lots of black mold in the ceiling. The pool was advertised as open but was closed the whole time. Lady at the front desk was impatient and talked too fast. I’d seriously consider lodging at a different location if money is not too tight. It’s doable, but I will not be returning.

Beds were old. Bedding was old. Sheets were NOT white. Carpet wasn't vacuumed. Found candy and a body piercing on the floor. A/C unit grate is broken which is a safety Hazzard for young children (see photo).I guess they thought new paint would freshen up the room. Nobody at reception counter, they had to be called by phone. The desk was a mess. Check out was a basket you placed your keycard in. They offered free breakfast, but based on the overall appearance, I ate at the restaurant that was in front of the hotel. I WILL NOT BE STAYING AGAIN!!!!!!

Hotel Zion Inn is extremely clean with a very comfortable bed. Nice furnishings and friendly effective staff. I highly recommend it.

BED BUGS, dirty, old, and poor service! STAY AWAY! My children and I recently stayed at this hotel. We had booked two nights, and arrived late. I could tell that the room was not very well maintained and I found dried stuff on the table surface, indicating that the cleaning is sub-par. The mattresses felt 50 years old. All this would have been bad enough. When we woke in the morning, I discovered little bugs on the sheets of the bed. A google search confirmed that they were bed bugs! I took several photos as proof, then went to the front desk and requested a refund for my entire reservation- the night we had stayed, and the second upcoming night. The desk clerk was apologetic and refunded my money. He informed me that they had just had the pest control over the past week- he was trying to appease me, but it only made it worse to know this is not the first problem they've had; obviously they aren't dealing with this situation! I thought the incident was over at that point. However, when I checked my card charges, I found that, while they had refunded my two nights through Expedia, they had re-charged me a higher rate for one night! I contacted them directly with photo evidence, and they finally refunded me completely. None of this paid for the suffering we went through with bed bug bites for the rest of our trip, the hardship and expense of finding another hotel on short notice, or the cleaning I had to do to make sure we did not take bed bugs into our house. STAY AWAY!

Great 1 night stay. Very clean. Probably the cleanest bathroom of anywhere I have stayed. Good neighborhood behind and police dept across the street so i felt safe. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant next door. 5 stars would stay again.

The room was just ok, but in need of improvement. One side the bed was terrible; you could feel the springs. The toilet wouldn’t refill consistently. The shower faucet leaked and dripped on the floor.

Wifi was not good

Large room, good continental breakfast, nice pool, great location only half an hour from Zion NP.

The room I had was in desperate need of attention. The door handle mechanism came apart when I shut the door. The deadbolt was detached and lying on the floor. There wasn’t a safety chain on the door either. The shower and sink stoppers were broken as well. The room was clean and the bed comfortably so there was positives.

Reasonably priced, clean, comfy bed, massive room. The only downside for me was that there were no lights near the bed, so you either had to have the main light on or complete darkness.

I was really surprised when I saw the spa on my bedroom!!!! That was amazing, I went for the senior games and I am a runner! So I love the bedroom! And the housekkepers are amazing!

This place was good and i loved it at first. Then the night came. The room next to us gave us a very rough time. I called the front desk and they called the next room right away to take action. But the core problem was the the sound proof of the room. My room and the room next door had a door which connected the two rooms and it made it extremely difficult for us to fall asleep as we can easily hear the guys next door talk. Had no sleep that night.

The rooms are past due for a renovation and no water pressure in the shower.

Sofa was missing material, many cords plugged into a power strip, water temp fluctuated with toilets flushing, live wires exposed just outside the room, AC unit in the living room didn't work and was told that's ok you can stay in the back room. Argumentative and rude staff. Worst hotel I've stayed in due to the check in time I couldn't go somewhere else.

The rooms were ok needs some updates . There breakfast selection was terrible. We left a day early due to a family emergency and wouldnt even give us a refund nor a partiall refund on the two rooms we had .

Noone at the front desk to check us in, I physically had to go find someone. Issued a room key, open the door and it occupied, go back to the desk wait for the guy to verify (like he didn't believe me) and get assigned to another room, no apology or anything

Room was old and dirty. It was cheap though, so you get what you pay for. The television didn't work. I told the front desk and they said someone would come fix it, but no one ever did.

The entrance door was very hard to open and close to the room. Convenient location. Clean and ok stay for a night or 2.

Nice place near town, but out of town. Conviently located to nearby attractions and eating.

Perfect place for a few nights stay. Nothing spectacular, but did the job. The rooms are a bit dated and the lighting wasn’t the best but overall it was fine. I wish the breakfast offered a few different options rather than only cereal, toast, apple or orange, or a waffle.

The service was mediocre, but not bad. Breakfast didn't provide very many options but it was still nice to have it included. For the price I'd still stay there again.

This place is exactly what you would expect from a super 8. It was average all the way around. The parking is somewhat limited and sits right behind a gas station with big chug holes to avoid. The room was decently clean but the room was not in good shape with paint peeling off the walls and door. Lots of wear and tear on the furniture. The staff were nice but during breakfast the waffle liquid was out and they don’t bother to refill, etc. the dining area is super small and can’t accommodate very many people. No fruit even. Some toast and cereal is about it. Don’t have high expectations

Staff wasn't immediately available. It was winter so pool was closed and landscape was "sleeping". There wasn't enough space for breakfast. Breakfast was very limited; there was NO protein available.

Here for 5 nights while enjoying Zion National Park. My only observation is that the breakfast was spartan. Would definitely stay again.

Don't be fooled by the nice picture of the pool. This place is basic and okay at best. The room we were given at first hadn't been cleaned, with unmade beds and overflowing garbage. They did give us another room, but it was a bother at the end of a long day of travelling. The breakfast room is way too small for the number of rooms and was unpleasantly crowded and nearly impossible to get our breakfast. The kids never got close to the pool because it, too, was so crowded.
