It was quiet but in need of a serious upgrade. Thought i was supposed to have breakfast and kitchen not fully stocked. Had to pay for plates, utensils and pans if i wanted them.

Decent place to stay. Lots of available parking spots. Right off of I-95. Close to a mall and a few restaurants to eat at. Breakfast was muffins, porridge, and coffee. Staff was friendly and patient. This is a pet friendly and long-term residence. Full amenities in the room (full fridge, stove, sink). The is an aerobic center for cardio work outs. Didn't get a chance to see the outside pool. Room was in decent shape. The shower/tub was cracked on the bottom.

There was no hair dryer,tissues,there weren’t anything in the kitchen at all!! No garbage can in the bathroom and no where to get ice. Would not stay there again. But the room set up was nice and the bed was comfortable.

HORRIBLE! It shows that it is pet friendly. I called 3 times to check that I had a pet friendly room. At the desk I was told that while the property itself is pet friendly all of the truly pet friendly rooms were already taken. I spent most of the night trying to get my cat out from under the bed. I was also charged a $100 “incidental” fee that would only be refunded after they inspected the room. Ashley at the desk in the morning was abrasive and seemed put out when I told her I wanted the $100 refunded. She said it would take 3-5 business days to remove from my card. That’s on top of the pet fee of $25 per pet! The building and rooms are gross and dirty. The entire building smells awful. The rooms are painted some kind of dark yellow. They are old and dirty. The tub was dirty. While walking down to checkout even one of the employees said the place was nasty. Avoid this place completely. It’s a rip off and a pit.

The front desk is open only from 10 AM to 10 PM. That means late check in requires over half an hour for a staff member to come and let you in and give you keys. It also means that if you don’t have your own pots, pan, silverware, and glasses, you can’t use the kitchen that’s provided until after 10 AM the following day

This place feels like the projects. There was mold in the shower, a dirty sock under the bed (not mine), remnants of food in the cupboard, and when i took a shower, the handwritten message of the prior guest showed up on the mirror. I could hear guests trying to get in at night-only the main entrance worked, none of the side entrances, those are all disabled. They lock down the check in desk at night at about 10pm. From the look of the hallway, their vacuum is broken too. It really feels like a lot of people who are down on their luck live here, not like a hotel for a business trip. Ive been into section 8 a couple of times to get patients and thats what this place felt like. When i showed them the photos I took of the dirt and mold they did kindly offer a refund. But I would rather go to a campground than stay there ever again.

had reservations for 2 rooms, clerk only showed 1 room. had to show her my receipt . 1 queen bed and a pull out sofa as we r a family of 6. 1 room did not have anything where the sofa bed should have been. the one that did have the sofa was was stained and filthy! the hotel is run down, smells, someone vomited right outside the front door. not even close to worth the money i spent on these rooms!! never ever again! very disappointing

the front desk person gave us a room not clean .The bed was not made ,garbage was scattered on the table.Dirty towels were on the bathroom floor !!! .We have to complain to front desk person to changed our room !!! For all my travels our first time to check in to a dirty room !!! Please notify extended stay America for their mistake !!!Aside from card payment,I paid also $100 dollars deposit refundable after 5 days deposit.

Everything was pretty good except the puddle of (hopefully) water that was on the counter when we walked in. Another negative was how dirty the sheets were for the pull out bed in the couch. Completely stained and dirty, had to use personal blankets as sheets to sleep on.

Like: The staff was friendly at check-in Disliked: The Room smelled like raw sewage and a dead animal. The efficiency kitchen had nothing in it, even though the ads claimed it had basic things like dish soap, maybe a couple of paper cups, or a coffee maker. The bathroom had one sliver of soap the size of a quarter and a towel. The bathroom sliding door was broken and only closed partway. The tub was filthy with dirty footprints all over. The mattresses were like hammocks and the pullout bed had no sheets-only a urine and feces-stained tablecloth. And that's not all. As of 9:45 pm, there are no employees for the rest of the evening. The walls are thin. The place is like a house of horrors. It's too skeevy to sleep.

It was a convenient location, however it was very clear they do not maintain this place. The room had a funky smell and everything was outdated. The remote we had for the TV didn’t even work for the TV, it only was able to turn it on and off. It definitely was not worth the price i paid for 1 night. However, i will say that staff were very friendly when we arrived.

So noisy, someone kept going out the exit only doors setting off alarms at 1am. People above sounded like they were coming thur the ceiling from 1-4am couldn't get much sleep.

The second we entered the room it smelled awful. The sofa bed was broken, and some metal part was sticking up. We had four toddlers in the room. It was not safe and the room did not look clean. And there was no extra pillows very disappointed with our stay.

We were greeted at check-in with a sign that said helping another guest be back soon. It was not soon. The room is tired and dated. There are no washcloths or hand towels in the bathroom. There are no Kleenex in the bathroom. You have to ask for shampoo at the desk. I would have but I was taking a shower at 11 pm and the front desk is gated and locked. Thankful we didn't do a late check in.The TV remote doesn't work.

Very run down. Soda bed was broken. Mattress (if you can call it that) on the sofa bed had springs poking out. Had to ask for linens for the sofa bed even though they knew we would be using it. They also knew we had three people staying in the room but only had towels for one. No water pressure in the shower.

Booked for a queen bed , end up with a full size . Place look old , wifi service was poor unless you pay for an upgrade. Bed sheet was thin , the bed itself was uncomfortable to sleep on. Will not recommend .

Firstly, the staff that checked me in by the name of EVA was so rude and arrogant the way she responded to questions, and at some point she mentioned “I don’t have enough time I’m about to leave” Just the fact that she was that rude made not to ever use such hotel. The rooms were dirty, hall way smells bad, funnily she handed me a pack of two bottle of water and granola bars like when you’re not ready to deliver it.

I was not allowed to check in due to my skin color. The staff there made up a fake incidental fee that is not mentioned in the policy or welcome letter when I booked with Expedia I reached out to customer service for extended stay. They also confirmed that was not a part of their policy, I was told to go load money on my card by your front desk clerk and then when I got back, she still denied check in and i was kicked off of the property by threatening me with police. I was bullied by your staff lost hundreds of dollars and had to stay at another hotel that was absolutely horrible but thank Goodness because if not, I would have been outside in the cold freezing because your staff decided they just did not want to service me for no reason. The staff also made up a fake lobby, closing time of which didn’t matter because I came back from an ATM at which should have gave me enough time to complete my check-in. I’m just in shock. I was in fear for my life and my freedom. Your staff used their white privilege in order to make me feel as small as possible. i never cried so much

I called the property the day before my arrival to let them know I was going to arrive after 10pm, and they told me it was ok, that as soon as I arrived just pick up the phone at the property to inform I was there and someone will receive me. When I got there, and made the 1st call, for my surprise, they'd informed me that the person would arrive in an hour!!! After an hour passed no one came, we called several times and they kept telling us that someone was coming, they kept us there with that lie for approximately 3 hours. We were lucky to find a near hotel that could receive us at that time. The other person stayed there.
I called the property the day before my arrival to let them know I was going to arrive after 10pm, and they told me it was ok, that as soon as I arrived just pick up the phone at the property to inform I was there and someone will receive me. When I got there, and made the 1st call, for my surprise, they'd informed me that the person would arrive in an hour!!! We were greeted at check-in with a sign that said helping another guest be back soon. It was not soon. The room is tired and dated. There are no washcloths or hand towels in the bathroom. There are no Kleenex in the bathroom. You have to ask for shampoo at the desk. I would have but I was taking a shower at 11 pm and the front desk is gated and locked. Thankful we didn't do a late check in.The TV remote doesn't work.

The front desk is open only from 10 AM to 10 PM. That means late check in requires over half an hour for a staff member to come and let you in and give you keys. It also means that if you don’t have your own pots, pan, silverware, and glasses, you can’t use the kitchen that’s provided until after 10 AM the following day

This is a pet friendly and long-term residence. Full amenities in the room (full fridge, stove, sink). The is an aerobic center for cardio work outs. Didn't get a chance to see the outside pool. Room was in decent shape. The shower/tub was cracked on the bottom.

A coffee maker in the room I feel is something that should be offered or in the office. Other than that the location is good. Access to local airport and the main highway is good. It is about time hotels like this removed carpet from the rooms - it is much easier to keep a solid floor cleaner. The breakfast left something to be desired. Lack of in-room coffee was also not optimal.

When we got to the hotel, the room we reserved wasn’t available. The staff was very accommodating and was able to get us situated. Although the hotel served its purpose, there were a few things to point out as it’s not stated on their website. -breakfast choices were very limited. Muffins, oatmeal, and coffee. -laundry room is under construction so we weren’t able to do our laundry there. This was disappointing as we were there for five days. Overall, good stay.

The floor left my socks filthy. There was no shower curtain on the shower rod. A set of pots, pans, and utensils could be purchased as a bundle instead of being included in the cost to borrow. Only 1 bedside lamp worked. The TV had to be replaced - the first TV couldn't turn on. The staff was incredibly friendly. Our maintenance man was very kind and also apologetic for the room's condition.
