NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES! Hotels.com was completely incorrect when they list this hotel as having laundry facilities. I was on a 4 day basketball trip so of course i need laundry and believing there was a washer and dryer is the only reason i chose this hotel. I will no longer book through hotels.com and will go directly through the hotel. Hotels.com will not take responsibility for false advertisement but going directly through the actual hotel will ensure that the advertisement is correct and make it right if they mislead a consumer.

The stay was typical EXCEPT the elevator was down most of the week and I was on the 5th floor. I know "stuff" happens but the elevator company didn't consider it a high priority. The reason the rating was as high as it is was based on your staff's willingness to help me get a large load down to my car at check out, which was 5 floors down. That was an excellent level of customer service and I appreciated that.

Nice hotel, great value. As others have stated, the free breakfast was well above average, with oatmeal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, sausage or bacon, and french toast sticks or silver dollar pancakes every morning. Fitness center is 24/7 and has a Peloton bike, which is a fun addition to an otherwise standard (small room, treadmill, dumbells, one adjustable bench) hotel gym. 10 minute walk to the Battery (there are sidewalks), hotel could easily charge $20 for Braves parking. Only drawback was weak Wi-fi, which was still usable some of the time. Overall it’s a strong recommend.

We come to atlanta at least omce a year and I think we found oir new stay. Very clean and comfortable room. I love to sleep in a cold room and the AC was able to blast it to a wonderful 67 without any issue. The front desk guy on the overnight was wonderful as well. He knew where to go to get some late night dinner and was super friendly. Plus you don't have to pay to park.

There were pretzel pieces and crumbs on the floor in my room. The soap holder In the bathroom was also cracked. I listed these concerns on a survey and the manager called the next day to apologize, and asked if we wanted to change rooms. Although we did not change rooms, I appreciate his willingness to address my concerns and will stay at that property again.

“I” expected more based on the prior reviews. I’d advise not to stay here if you’re used to a certain type of quality of hospitable services. This is NOT the place for you. I’d say it was worth the price but I do believe that’s incorrect and it’s over priced vs. the room (smell), size of room, non functioning room (why is the tv adjacent to the bed) perhaps it would be best to choose 1 area for it either to sitting area or the bed. What was the thing on the wall for, and the bathroom is the smallest I’ve ever seen. Carpet needs cleaning as the overall smell is seeping through as if the room once allowed smoking. The BREAKFAST - Nasty!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All of it was either microwaved or squeezed out of a package. The orange juice tasted like someone stretched it by adding water. No seasoning besides those salt/pepper packs. This hotel is strictly for those who come from out of town on business and just need an overnight sleep. And maybe those looking for temporary housing. It’s shelter for a fee.

The staff was amazing and the rooms were clean. I like the locked door after a certain time and guest have to use their room keys to get in for a safety precaution. The only thing I didn't like was that the breakfast bar was dirty and no one ever came around to clean it.

Hotel was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The pool was also in great condition. The employees were extremely friendly/helpful. The only downside was it was quite loud. We were on the 5th floor facing the freeway and there was a constant "roar" of traffic, many sirens and trucks down shifting throughout the night. Its also quite loud when your neighbor runs the shower. Which we weren't aware of until the next morning, and we took showers after coming back from the ball game/fireworks, around midnight. Sorry neighbors! Hallway noise is also a bit louder than most hotels. We would probably still stay here again because everything else was perfect... probably just bring ear plugs or request a room in different area of the hotel if you are a light sleeper.

The room we had was fantastic. Plenty of room to move around and the setup was just right. The only issue was that the rooms were not soundproof as you could hear a lot of conversations in the hallway. Not a major issue but one that could be addressed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were in town for a concert at the Roxy in the battery. Very easy and safe walk to the battery from the hotel. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Bathrooms in the rooms are a little tight where the shower and toilet are, but still nice.

We booked this hotel to be able to walk to a baseball game and it did not disappoint. Check in was super fast and easy, and since we drove, we could park wherever and come and go as often as we wanted. No valet to worry about and no daily charge to park. The staff members were all super friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. The room was great. We had a king bed but there is a little living room area with a small sectional and the tv was giant so you could watch from the bed or the sofa and see it perfectly either way. We visited the pool one day and it was spotless and equipped with big towels and was nice and relaxing. The breakfast bar each day had a nice variety including french toast, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, and so much more. Walking to the stadium for the game was very easy and took maybe 15 to 20 minutes. There is a nice Italian restaurant practically in the parking lot where we ate dinner one night and there is a Panda Express and Papa John's a very short walk away if you want late-night snacks. There is a bar in the hotel if you want a cocktail and the front desk agent made espresso for us. All in all it was a great experience and we highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay there again when we go back for another MLB game.

I made the reservation through hotels.com and paid for the entire room. When I got to the hotel, there was an incidental fee but come to find out they did not accept chime. As chime is the only checking and savings account cards I had I offered to give the Reservationist cash to double it and he declined. I had to get my daughter‘s mom to come to the hotel and put the fee on her debit card which is on a local bank.

The check in was great, and the gentleman was very helpful. The room was great, and very spacious. The issue we had was at the bar/ restaurant Saturday night (11 pm). There was one young man obviously trying to do everything by himself with no help. When i say everything, he took our order, cooked the food himself, came back and got our drinks for us because the bar person never came, and apparently he was also supposed to man the front desk. We only know this because the assumed manager came around after about 30 minutes and proceeded to berate him in front of us. Another lady also showed up to "help". She couldn't even figure it how to punch in the order and walked off without saying anything. When we asked her if we were finished she said she needed to get a pen for the receipt then we could go. The manager never spoke to us at all. The young man that helped us did his best, and we have no issue with him. If the manager had an issue with him she should have taken it up with him away from customers, and she should have come and helped him herself if they were short staffed. Very unprofessional!

The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff was fantastic. I'd never been to Atlanta before, didn't know my way around, but they couldn't have been more helpful. They reflect so well on the company. I'd definitely come back, and would recommend without a second thought.

Stay was great check in process was good accept they didn’t take Apple Pay or chime but staff were super friendly and when I returned from my concert that night the young man working the desk was also the bartender he was super friendly and helpful he was pleasant company with my cousin and I. The only thing I wish was they had was bigger blankets for the pull out couches other than that hotel stay was excellent would definitely stay again.

Everything was clean, bed was decent, breakfast was pretty good. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very close to everything. The only thing off was it’s RIGHT next to the highway. So as a light sleeper, I would ask to have a room on the opposite side. Otherwise we would stay here again!

The other reviews were pretty accurate. This hotel is clean and the front desk staff is efficient and nice. It is within walking distance to Battery Park and Truist Park, but it is about a mile walk. There is not much more in the immediate area that is nice.

Hotel was in great proximity to Truist Park and an easy 10-15 minute walk. That’s why we chose it and we all agreed (6 adults, 3 rooms) that we’d stay again! The rooms were clean, cold, extremely well kept, and even smelled good! Everyone we interacted with was pleasant, though we didn’t need much (we were only there 1 night). The only bit of feedback would be the bathroom size - at least in the King rooms, which we each had. They were beyond tiny, like an afterthought! Also, the sink/mirror is outside of the shower/toilet space and so something to consider if with multiple guests, as the light would have to be on in the room if someone is up getting ready, etc. You cannot beat the free parking, free breakfast, and free WiFi that this hotel offers in the Battery area. Would recommend to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Nice room. The bathroom and shower are a bit hard to negotiate, the space is too crowded. The breakfast room was too small for the large number of people, and some of the hot items were cold. Overall the staff takes good care of you. It's very handy to Truist Park; we were there for a baseball game.

The breakfast was amazing! The staff were great. They were friendly and helpful. The toilet and shower area was small. That was really the only deficit with the room and it wasn’t a problem for us but a larger person might have a problem with it. I don’t know if that is the arrangement of every room. Overall the room was very nice and large. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped with lots of flowers. The hotel is in a nice area and we felt perfectly safe walking to a nearby restaurant.
