Negatives: On site they have a rainforest cafe, service was so SLOW. Everything was very expensive on the menu and was not worth it. Pool was very big compared to others in the area but pool area was very musty smelling and humid. Parking on site but they charge you $20/ day for a vehicle. Also would be nice if they offered a mini continental breakfast. Positives: Room was nice and clean. Bathroom had hair dryer and they had built in shampoo and Conditioner dispensers in the shower. Bed was comfortable. Also on site Starbucks was a huge positive for me. Would book here again despite the negatives.

Amazing customer service, super clean, everyone was so helpful. I felt like everyone here was smiling and so warm which made us feel so welcomed. This is rare in today's hotel industry. We travel a lot and really enjoyed our stay here. My kids left their bathing suits in the bathroom and the post and found gentleman has someone grab them for us so they were at the front desk. We stayed here for 1 night with 5 kids in 2 rooms. It's close enough to walk to Niagra falls. It's in walking distance of restaurants. The indoor pool is absolutely amazing, especially with kids whilst road tripping. We tried to find places where the kids could enjoy themselves and play after being in the car/ plane. This was absolutely perfect! This is the ultimate family vacation hotel. I wish I could copy and paste this place for every destination we travel to. Thank you to everyone for the hospitality and we look forward to our next visit!

Room is average but clean. Beds are reasonably comfortable. Lobby is nice, check in was easy. Room HVAC is good. Bathroom is small and you do have to decide between hot water and water pressure. The pool was the worst part of the stay- it was absolutely filthy with black mold/mildew lining the pool walls and floor. Proximity to Niagara Falls State Park was convenient and walkable.

They charge you a daily amenity fee just to use the pool. Family of four only got three towels each day despite calling the front desk. I had to take pool towels. Buffet breakfast gross and overpriced.

Overall the stay was good. The pool is very nice. There are 2 hot tubs and neither were hot. The carpets in the room and hallway should be replaced. The toilet and shower could use some maintenance. The shower would be hot and get cold and the toilet would barely flush. The staff were friendly and helpful. This was out of the hotels control, but there were bus loads of hockey players and their families. The parents were tailgating in the hallways and the boys were wild. 2 young boys were fighting in the hall, parents no where to be found.

The pool is everything if you have kids! Its big and is surrounded by couches, very family friendly. You can bring food and drinks and relax while your kids Go nuts. Game room is VERY expensive but also fun for kids.

Was pleasantly surprised how clean and nice this hotel was. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. The rooms are a great size easily fit our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids under 8). Pool was nice and this hotel is in an extremely walkable location. We walked to the falls and easily found a place to eat.

The property is in a convenient location. They put us on the second floor. It was very noisy. You could hear the Restaurant Below till really late at night, it was extremely loud in the room in the bathroom on the tile grout. There was mold growing. The beds were soft and slept good. The carpet was ripped very bad in most places going down the hall The carpet in the room was not very clean. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Horrible hotel, we got at the room, they decided to give is a second floor, with a bed that was dirty, ( never changed the sheets) the phone didn’t work, the bathroom was dripping, and the roof of the bathroom was with humidity. This was a terrible experience. Do NOT recommend. The air conditioning wasn’t working.

Hotel had a toilet with unflashed Debries from Previous resident who may have used toilet. Dirty phone and sticky switches from Dirt. There were carpets ripped and duck tapes on carpets. Def. Poorly managed and cared for. Should not be marketed under Marriott Bonvoy.

Good: The receptionist was nice and we were able to get early check-in but were charged $40 + taxes for it. The location was very convenient and walking distance to many restaurants and Niagara falls. Bad: The room was really dated. The AC/HVAC unit made so much sound whenever its compressor would run. I don’t know why we were given the room farthest possible from the elevators that it took a good long walk to reach the elevators. The shower only has some pressure on one setting that has half the holes blocked.

Our room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Our room was a little outdated, but I believe they are renovating. Not noisy at all. We had a suite with 2 queens and a bunk (full size bottom bunk). Had a sitting area with a couch and chair. Nice to have the extra space. You could see the nightly fireworks from our room. Convenient to restaurants and the falls.

Requested two additional towels upon check in since the room only had three sets and we were four in total. We didn't get the additional sets until the third day after the third request. Stains all over the room (headboard, behind the bathroom door) Advised front desk and he couldn’t care less. This hotel was four stars decades ago but not in 2025. A lot of wear and tear in the common areas. Needs a lot of tlc and a decent front desk clerk that actually cares of their guest. I literally saw my “verbal complaint “ go in thru one ear and leave thru the other ear of the male front desk clerk (I wish I had his name to write in this review)

We had a wonderful vacation stay at the Sheraton Niagara Falls. The customer service was great from check in to check out. Ashley at the hotel was absolutely phenomenal! The hotel is centrally located to everything you need and want at Niagra Falls with everything in close walking distance. I would definitely book there again.

The staff was great. Very friendly. Ashley checked our family in and my kids talked about how kind she was repeatedly. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Laundry machine available on site was wonderful. Kids loved the pool. I loved having Starbucks onsite. Walking distance to Falls was perfect. The kindness and little touches of the staff made our stay extra special. We just did a 2 week road trip and stayed at 8 different hotels. This was by far our favorite and I wished we were staying another night. Would definitely like to return. Thank you

Customer service was great and prompt, location felt secure. They need new pillows but room clean all around, including the shower. the restaurants in the hotel left a lot to be desired and all closed early many guest complaint about this. It was great to have the Casino across the street for food and bar, but sometimes after a long day you just want to stay in.

Stayed at this hotel during a recent trip to Niagara Falls, NY. While the location was convenient and the room was clean, a few things made the experience less than ideal. First, the Starbucks inside the hotel closes way too early — not ideal if you’re arriving late or want an evening coffee. Most of the nearby restaurants also shut down early, leaving very limited food options after 8 or 9 PM. Also surprising — no coffee machines or refreshments available in the lobby, which is usually a basic amenity in most hotels at this level. It felt inconvenient, especially for early risers or late check-ins.

Everything is but dated but the signs say they will.be undergoing renovations soon. The staff were all very nice. Everything was clean. Yhe beds are comfy.The pool only has ladders, no steps, that was disappointing. I wasnt aware ahead of time that you have to pay for parking but it wasnt terrible considering you can walk just minutes to the falls and didnt have to pay additional parking to drive to them. And continental breakfast is mentioned but only available if you upgrade to concierge service. All in all it was well worth the money spent.

It was very nice to be so close to the falls, but there are so little walkable, restaurants and or bars that were open. The staff was polite. It was nice to have the casino right across the way. Hotel does need some work, carpeting in the hallways,holes in walls. Would be nice to have a restaurant that serves breakfast lunch dinner, etc. in the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff doesn’t quite make up for a hotel that is in serious need of updating. The bedside lamp in our room blew out half the room’s electricity when we plugged a charger into the outlet at the base. Bathroom was dated, as was decor. There was no proper place to have breakfast.

One of the beds in the room had dirty sheets and looked like they just made the bed but didn't change the sheets. The carpet in the hallways had duct tape holding it together in many spots. They charged me a two hundred dollar deposit after I had already paid for the room online, and also charged thirty three dollars for parking. There was no breakfast, after they said there was breakfast available for another twenty three dollars . I WILL NOT stay there again and DO NOT recommend this hotel
