Jet Luxury at The Signature Condo Hotel

Close to many things and the indoor walkway to MGM and monorail was nice. Starbucks was also right in Tower 1 which you can walk to inside from any of the towers. Pool was clean and enjoyable, especially the Tower 2 pool. Overall was very clean but carpet in the room needs updating but not a huge deal. Shower faucet was plugged up a bit but did not call to get it fixed. For the price, convenience, and walking distance to most anything I would certainly recommend.

4th or 5 th time over the years. Rooms are finished nicely. Pools are awesome. Connected to mgm walkway.

Great place. Spacious rooms. Great valet service. The one thing that was disappointing was that they only had 1 of the 5 pools open at the MGM property. The hot tub was full of kids who wanted to splash in it.

There wasn’t any communication that parking was limited and if they ran out of spots you had to park at the MGM Grand self parking garage which is at least a 15 minute walk. Came back from shopping at the mall and ended up having to park at the garage. It was very frustrating.

The pool area was too crowded and there was no shade, unless you paid for it. Also a 5:00 pm closing is ridiculous.

stay away from this property if you have a vehicle and want to walk 30 minutes back to your room from mgm self parking lot. They have limited valet parking space so if the lot is full, youll have to wait. I waited an hour one evening because they wouldnt take any cars to pull in whether you are checking in or returning back. I returned one night after 3am and they told me i have to go park at mgm grand because theres only 1 valet guy taking vehicles OUT, not taking any vehicles coming in. What kind of hotel does this??? Especially in vegas. I had to walk literally 30minutes from the lot to tower 2. Also, the signs in mgm does not say jet luxury so i got lost on my way back around top golf area and of course theres no one to ask because its 3am… if you planning to uber your way around, go for it. But if youll be traveling by your own car,,, good luck to you if you want to gamble your luck.

Would have given 5 stars because overall the stay was great with one exception. Valet parking was included which was a bonus, but on Saturday night there was a hockey game nearby so the resort allowed attendees to use valet parking and when we came back they told us ‘valet had a soft close’ so we as guests had to use MGM’s self parking lot. Although they validated our parking there, it was a 15 min walk which became quite an inconvenience. I understand they prefer to make some money for nearby events but I feel heists at the resort should have a priority while stay there. Other than that I’d definitely recommend a stay here.

We checked in on Thanksgiving day. Valet parking was not available and were told to park at MGM Grand self parking which was quite a walk away and not easy to find. While being short-staffed on Thanksgiving Day was somewhat understandable, the check in was a harrowing experience and caused us to miss our dinner appointment.

The room is very nice and spacious and clean. The fridge made noise and the management company didn't return our call until the next day so we just unplugged it. The bathroom sink was gurgling and backed up, the management answered that call and did send up a person to snake the drains. No valet parking, they said staffing issues so we parked at MGM self-park garage and trekked .5 mile walk to check-in so I wish I brought my roller bag not a heavy duffle bag. They did give us MGM parking validation, but you have to ask for it. The location is great so despite the issues I would stay there again just not expect valet.

Bought a room with a view of the strip. Got a view of the parking lot and top golf. The headboard was peeling, black mold in the bathroom, water damage on the wallpaper, and mattress hard as a board.

My room in Tower 3 was dirty sinks and old furniture. The carpet is in very bad condition, all in stains.

Room was gross - I found an earplug in the bedroom on the floor, the shower heads caked in residue

The condition of the condo was terrible ; carpet and furniture (sofa, chairs, etc) were badly stained & dirty and the smell of the pillows were so awful.

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the bed was comfortable with good-quality towels. However, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. There were visible residues or stains on the closet door, table, and couch. We had to cover the couch due to its dirty and heavily stained condition. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was also unusable because of significant staining, which suggested a lack of thorough cleaning. The sink was clogged, and my husband had to remove a hair clog, which was an unpleasant experience. Additionally, I discovered after booking that this was a condo-style accommodation rather than a hotel suite, which explained the lack of housekeeping. While I accept responsibility for not noticing this detail during booking, it’s an oversight that hasn’t occurred in my past travel experiences. Despite the convenient location, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Cleanliness and maintenance are paramount, and I would prefer to stay at a 4.5-star hotel that upholds the standards its rating suggests.

Everyone on the staff was nice and the rooms were clean

Our room had an unbearable smell of raw sewage. However, the front desk switched our room for us without any issues.

I enjoyed the spacious room and mini kitchenette. The room is dated and living area needs a deep cleaning... sofa and carpet. My overall stay was enjoyable.

Great location. It’s nice to not have to deal with the casino smoking areas if we don’t want to. Short walk to MGM for food and entertainment. The room was very clean, spacious and quiet. The only down side was the mattress was very uncomfortable.

This place is valet only so it’s not ideal when you have to wait in line to get your car. The doors, walls, floors and curtains were a bit dirty. One of the outlets didn’t work in the bathroom and there’s no fan in the bathroom which was awful. The doors to enter each unit slam shut so I was woken up multiple times from slamming doors. The location is amazing! It’s right off the strip. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The pool hours were weird so they’d be open later one day then closed the next.

this is the second place I stayed there lot.. of nice things here but management at at front desk is terribly doesn´t want to respond to wrong things... for ex the wifi of this hotel is so bad and last year they promised to fix it... next year it was just as before nothing had changed, when I asked for management they always where on meeting even at 6pm.... also they advertise 3 swimming pool but only one of open... and the reason... they don´t have staff??? also the bar closed way before the swimming pool because they don´t have staff .. because staff have points and can leave in a middle of the day.... also lifeguards are just kids... in socks and shoes watching the pool but mostly on their phone

Great spacious room, easy walk to MGM. Mattress was super old, we slept in pockets because it was so worn out. Check in was rough- gave us the wrong key then a key to an occupied room. Awkward.

We found some of the front desk staff to be less than friendly. Arrived early and asked about early check in. We were told that "since we booked with a third party, we would have to wait till regular check in time". She easily could have said your room is not available or even hey did you know about the perks of booking direct with us including early check in but no, she made us seem lesser by not booking direct. When we did check in at regular time, a different person helped us and she was friendly and professional. The room itself was fine. There is a race track experience nearby and you can definitely hear the cars most of the day if you are in the room.

The resort was a beautiful place to stay, the only issue was the communication with the front desk on small things like check in and towels. They were very rude and was not providing no customer service for the guests being there. They kept referring me to call the number to speak with someone about checking in and asking for things like towels and soap. The number I called they were closed and still didn't receive any additional help. As a guest I did not feel welcome at the resort and this is a matter that should be addressed across the board with the hotel front desk.

OK, so let me keep it real with you. The hotel itself is wonderful, not too much traffic and the staff is always amazing. Valet parking is easy and they are kind and respectful. The rooms are beautiful, I got the balcony strip view one bedroom, don’t get me wrong. It was beautiful. And the bed was very comforting, I slept great. The kitchen was wonderful, there was more than enough space to invite friends over for a game or two, the jet tub and the shower was the star prize, I really enjoyed them both lol. But, the lack of lighting in the living room is very needed, floor lamps can only do so much. The cover that belongs to the light in the room was off and there was a box with plates and cups in the bathroom closet area so I couldn’t place my things there, but the great thing about this room is that it does not lack closet space so I won’t complain. There was a washer and dryer all in one I guess, but it never worked. Now, if you are a smoker, just know that even though it is a balcony, you are not allowed to smoke at all. And yes, I understand the thought you’re having right now because the fact you want a balcony, but they don’t allow it. But other than that, I cannot complain about anything else. Everything was wonderful, check in and check out was super easy better than a lot of these hotels around the strip and beyond. But trust me, will I stay here again? Absolutely I will. I would love to make this hotel a place where I can be all the time I travel to Las Vegas.

Check-in was terrible. It was not busy, the clerk basically ran my credit card and gave me a room key. He didn’t give me a map of the resort nor explain where or what the amenities were. He acted as if he was annoyed by me. It was around 7:30 pm. The bell hop was more helpful and friendly.

They gave us a late checkout for free! Very rare will you find a hotel to do this. Our suite was awesome our views were great we will definetely stay here again!

The actually property, room, people at the front desk were lovely. The issues is the property management & customer service. On 7/26/24 there was an issue with getting to Vegas from Southern California. A big rig turned over carrying batteries which are haz mat had exploded which caused severe back up on the 15fwy and 40fwy. A 3.5 hrs drive turned into 13 hours. I paid for 4 rooms with family flying for my daughter’s 21st birthday and was told previously, prior to this disaster of a drive I would.Have place peoples names down in order for check if I’m not present. Mind you there is no service with the internet during these 13 hrs of a drive so it was unknown on why the freeway was like this nor did I think my family that was flying was going to get there before I would.I called jet luxury (btwn me and my daughter) 126x in 3 hrs, left 6 voicemails and 4 emails and NO ONE answered the phone during business hours or return my emails as of yet, 5 days later. It was a nightmare for me and my family checking in because they could not. Thank God when someone from family went to The front desk they gave me MGM number To speak with a manager and was able to get them into a room but was not able to tell Me which ones or what type of room As I paid for 4 rooms, 1 of them being a suite and not a 1 bedroom. The rooms are individually own and Jet luxury manages property. If nut shell, if you have a problem with anything you won’t get anyone

It’s a condo-hotel which a lot of the rooms are privately owned. They give you a number to call if you have questions, need help, or have any issues that need to be resolved, you can’t call the front desk for help. Our room safe was broken and they never fixed it. We tried to call wit another request and finally hung up after we waited on hold for 15 minutes. We will not be back.

We stay at this condo-hotel from 9/18/2024 to 9/20/2024. We were very pleased and impressed with the hotel. The cost of this privately own condo is half of what MGM hotel would charge for a king room and it also include valet parking, kitchen, jetted tub, and more. The room is large, clean, luxurious, with full view floor to ceiling window. The location is near the strip and we just walk 10 minutes to all the famous attractions such as Bellegio, Venetian, Caesar Palace, the Sphere, etc. We give it a 5-star rating for exceptional.

It was really nice, not on the strip but yet steps away, felt so wonderfully isolated from the chaos. Connected to the MGM but you don't smell the smoke, and yet get to enjoy all of the amenities of the Big MGM. Game changer for my next visits..

Was a perfect location…just far enough off the strip to make for easy access but close enough to easily see the sights! Great pools, also have access to MGM lazy river! Would definitely recommend!

Nice spacious room with kitchenette features. Once you learn where the Uber pickup spot is and the entrance to the corridor to MGM Grand you realize how close to the strip it is and accessible. Rooms are not all identical (subleased condos) and no full hotel staff or restaurant, but lots of stuff at MGM is easy access. And many rooms have a view of Top Golf, if that matters…

It was AMAZING!! I had a kitchen that I used while I was there. The pool was beautiful and the lazy river was great. With poolside bar/food. My views were great! I’m definitely going back next year!! I stayed for 3 days. Next time, I’m staying for a week.

Stay was good. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was pretty quiet and clean. Cafe located inside had great food too.

We booked this thru AAA, we asked for additional coffee and was told since we reserved thru a third party, we would have to contact AAA for this service. The property was exceptional. Very surprised there was no in room service. No restaurant on the property available during regular standard las vegas time.

I love that I can make my own breakfast in peace before exploring the many hotels.

This was our second time staying at the Signature Condo hotel and we absolutely loved it. The suites are exactly what we need with a kitchenette and a jetted tub in the room. It is connected to the MGM grand via an underground tunnel making it easy to move around without needing to go outside in the heat. Lots of food and entertainment options at the MGM grand. We ate at the Netflix bites pop up restaurant and it was delicious - had options for adults and kids. We also enjoyed our time at the hotel pool and the hot tub this time around.
