Me and my husband stayed there from January 31 till February 2 and the AC unit had been down all week/ weekend and they failed to inform the customers as we were checking in. The entire hotel was hot in all the rooms. they was trying to purchase box fans and ran out.

It was a nice hotel. We were there just for one night prior to next day's flight back to CA. The $23 parking was a little steep. The other Embassy Suites on the other side of the airport does not charge parking. Also, there is no sound insulation whatsoever. We could hear everything from our next door's kids which knock on their door and were running in and out of their room the whole night.

The shuttle was supposed to run every 30 minutes but were waiting for over an hour at the airport. Finally Arrived at 4pm. Check in began at 3. Room was not ready until 5:30pm. Then after a long flight, transportation to the hotel and waiting in the lobby for almost 2 hours I just wanted to shower. There were NO TOWELS in the room. That took another hour to receive SOME towels not all. The bartender was very rude and moved at a snails pace. Took several bathroom breaks leaving guests waiting until it was time to close the bar. While not every stay at this hotel again. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else. Literally anywhere but here.

Fast efficient shuttle. The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport. Check-in was fast however, the hotel was not able to print a key since the system was down. The front desk had to call housekeeping or maintenance any time I wanted my room unlocked. I received a voucher for 2 free nightly drinks and daily breakfast. Room and the rest of the property was exceptionally clean. Would definitely return here if I need to be in this area.

Firstly, it was never clear to me from the start that I was booked into Embassy Suites SOUTH. I learned of the difference from the driver for the ES NORTH. Eventually waited 45 minutes and no shuttle arrived. It was 25* F and cold. The NORTH driver came back through 30 minutes later and picked me and another guest up, and brought us to ES SOUTH. It was very kind of her. In the morning the shuttle from ES hotel to the airport was on time.

The place is nice & breakfast was great, but their Ac was down and it was uncomfortable sleeping. They did give us a fan & it eventually cooled down after the Ac was fixed. They gave me points for the inconvience. (Hilton Honors)

My room was on the 4th floor. The bathroom was infested with baby roaches and the room smelt of mold. There were chip crombs on the floor when we walked in and the carpet was very worn and torn in some areas. Not the quality I would expect for a Hilton property.

Tub was unsanitary and disgusting. The bed skirt and sheets were nasty. I had to stay in the room because I was told the hotel was completely booked. They gave me a new room the next day. So, you know i did get much sleep or take a long nice shower after arriving in "Hot Atlanta." I had to go downstairs to get my own towels, toliet paper, and soap, because when i requested new ones i git tired of waiting after 1 and 15 minutes.

The hotel was disgustingly nasty. I had to change rooms two mins after getting room. Some was gross I would not sit on it. Wash clothes in bathroom had pubic hairs. The walls & curtains was nasty with stains on them. Desk had stick stuff and cup rings. Tub had rust in tub and holes in the wall that was not filled in. Mirror was old and film was peeling. Ac vent was black like mold and dirt on ceiling in front of it. Rugs looked dirty. Hotel need complete renovation. I booked there for breakfast but after seeing how nasty the rooms was I refused to eat here. I would like a Hilton credit! And they charged $100 a day incidental and $100 for the parking. Completely got robbed on this trip from this hotel. Gross

Once my family and I checked in. We went to the room and looked around I noticed that there was what was believed to mold in the vents, the tub had rust in it, and the refrigerator and harden food inside it. So, then I went to the front desk and there were two representative. I of them was actually working. She was on the radio with a team member and the other one was what appeared to be on her phone. Which is why she didn't notice me standing there. An that has become the new norm I've noticed. However, our room was switched to another room and the second room had a slight odor but I carry my own room freshener. So it wasn't a big deal but the carpet was torn and so was the drapes in the bedroom. Regardless if you pay full price or employee pricing everyone should be treated the same.

The room’s carpet was dirty, like it hasn’t been shampooed in years. There was some sticky stuff on the carpet. The gym had a piece of metal broker that could cut you. I never got the requested towels. 5 people were staying in the room. They would only bring 3 sets at a time. I walked down to the front desk at 10 AM in the morning requested towels to shower and by 12:30. I still hadn’t had any towels. I had to find a housekeeper that was cleaning another room and asked for a towel so that I can shower and get on with my day I was there for a wedding. The common areas of the hotel were clean. The morning kitchen staff one woman was really rude. Bernice was the sweetest and Monique. Jordan the front desk was also really pleasant and listened to my concerns.

My vent in my room was dirty nasty and needed to be clean. I stayed there four days and didn’t get my room cleaned. Had to call down there every day to get towels. No one answered the phone found some roaches in my room and ants the Embassy suites in every city are clean except this one I do have to say the breakfast was good and the service was great and the free evening drink was wonderful but the housekeeping desk in the morning to clean my room they didn’t do their job

The actual experience was amazing. Our only issues were the cleanliness of our room. The tub and sink still had hair on them as well as the shampoo dispensers and some of the wash clothes. We literally went and bought our own.

My son slept on the sofa bed and a roach was crawling on his face.. He slept in the chair the rest of the night.. My daughter took pictures of a roach in the shower with her.. I have pictures, we stayed in room 113 and this was just a week ago.. I called the front desk the young lady said she would have management reach out, I haven’t heard anything back from them…

I’m going to start by saying that I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars. The staff was kind, the breakfast was delicious, it’s centrally located near everything, and the shower had great water pressure and temperature. Also, the bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was with the air conditioning. It was extremely hot in the rooms. I’m not sure if it was the Georgia heat or if the hotel hadn’t turned up the AC. They did allow us to check out other rooms and we switched, but to be honest, all of the rooms felt about the same or worse. The thermostats seemed to be fixed and unadjustable. They were nice enough to provide us with fans, but unfortunately, the combination of the heat, the fan, and my sweating caused me to get sick. I had to drive 10 hours home with chills and body aches. Long story short: if the AC had been working properly, this hotel would have been perfect.

Perfect place to stay near the Airport. The outdoor decor will fool you as the furniture inside, bathroom TV’s and Channels are outdated. Imagine rust in the bathroom and face bowl in the bathroom. No Premium Channel (HBO, Showtme Starz) and no Live Streaming on the TV’s. If you only plan to sleep and awaken to a great free Breakfast, this place is for you.

The room that we checked into, the refrigerator was not working and the air wasn't either. So we ended up having to change room after coming back later in the evening from visiting family. After that our stay was up to the good quality we're used to getting staying at an Embassy suites. The breakfast was really good every day!!

We waited in line for over an hour to check into our room. We specifically selected this hotel because they provided pure allergy friendly room. Weren’t we finally checked no one knew what we were talking about even though there was a sign. Very unprofessional staff. They had no idea what rooms were available. Thirty minute after we checked in they knocked on the door to see if the room was occupied.

Check-in Experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, our stay started on a negative note. After waiting 20 minutes at the front desk—during which we witnessed an uncomfortable interaction between a staff member and another guest—we finally received our room key. However, upon entering the room, we were shocked to find a man inside who had not checked out. It was a frightening and deeply uncomfortable experience that no guest should ever encounter. I didn't appreciate the check out, the person was not at the front desk and I waited at 5 minutes(recorded) for her to come from wherever she was. This is same person that a little nasty when I needed to get my room key fixed because it was working, when I provided her with my ID she asked did I had a vehicle I said no, she continued you not parking I said no, had she paid attention to my ID she would've noticed that it was a non-driver's ID as I walked away she wanted to be sarcastic and I just didn't have the time for her, so I walked away

I had an overnight stay for myself and two co-workers. The hotel is very nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. There are a good selection of dining options within easy driving distance. The area immediately adjacent to Hartsfield-Jackson is OK, but one or two blocks beyond puts you in a fairly dangerous area common to most major cities.

Waste of my gift card. I have never written a public hotel review till now, but this was nothing like any of my prior Embassy Suites experiences and I feel the need to share: -the airport shuttle was over 45 minutes late, we sat outside in the hot humidity for even longer than that waiting. Other local hotel shuttle drivers offered to take us after seeing us still waiting after 3 of their own round trips, it was embarrassing. -multiple pieces of furniture in our room were missing handles, the overall appearance of the room is dingy and dated. Dents, scratches, scuffs, tears everywhere. Other parts of the property are also in need of maintenance or updates. -the mattress and bedding is nowhere near comfortable -the bath towels are so rough and scratchy -the breakfast spread was disappointing: no fresh fruit, the sides did not taste fresh, the omelette chef was not friendly & did not make the high quality omelette I've come to expect from my stays at Embassy Suites -they never made up our room even when we asked -we never got our drink tickets for the managers reception -the reception was a meager selection of stale snack options. The pretzels tasted like they've been put out 5 nights in a row. We could have stayed at a different hotel chain that cost much less, but didn't offer the amenities that Embassy Suites has. I wanted to splurge on a higher quality stay. But apparently, other chains have a much better overall quality than here...or this location to be exact.

The staff was nice, Maria, the bartender was amazing and personable. The food was great and seasoned, I’ve had the fried red snapper and the Cajun seafood pasta! I enjoyed The complimentary drinks and snacks provided in the evening. The work out area could use some new equipment, but it was clean. I enjoy the free breakfast, the man that makes the omelettes makes them exactly how you want them! The free breakfast is great as well. 9/10 hotel.

We had a great stay. Friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing, they have an omelette station where you get fresh made to order eggs any style and delicious omelettes. Complimentary evening reception was a plus. There are some dated furniture in the lobby they could improve, same in the rooms. Good location easy to get in and out. In overall good stay!
