Disappointed with the room, certainly not what I would call a suite. The spa facilities were lovely.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly, professional, and very helpful staff! The SPA went above and beyond for our couples experience! These people have the hospitality nailed down! Beautiful location too. Very accessible and lots to do in the area.

Location was perfect, we booked a room overlooking Central Park, walkable for reasonably fit 60 year old to take in the sights. Subway close by to get to Brooklyn Bridge and 9/11 museum etc. we found the kitchenette handy for breakfast making and reheating deli food. As we are not coffee drinkers, they quickly provided us with a kettle for tea. The doormen were very helpful, calling taxis and explaining which train and subway we needed. We didn’t use the restaurant but a resident said it was very good. The swimming pool, changing rooms were all immaculate. The gym had all the up to date equipment (peloton bikes). We stayed for a week and felt very relaxed there.

The Trump Hotel's meticulous attention to detail truly elevated our stay, making the experience unforgettable. This was especially evident in the gym, which was, without a doubt, the most well thought out hotel fitness center I've ever encountered.

The staff was very attentive, truly over and above. The water and fruit was a nice touch. Trump kids bag was great, too. Very disappointed in the executive suite. This was not 5 star. Needs maintenance work - bathroom very tired, walls/door need touch up painting, etc. Sofa bed horribly uncomfortable. Dining chairs ripped up. The fitness room and pool were amazing.

Great location. The workout facilities were excellent. The Jean George restaurant was amazing. My room large and had beautiful views. Staff was warm and friendly. I will definitely be back.

We had high expectations for this five-star hotel given its luxurious rating and prime location near Central Park, surrounded by excellent shopping and dining options. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several key areas. While the location is undoubtedly fantastic, the hotel itself felt cramped and lacked the sense of grandeur one would expect. The lobby is extremely small, with no lounges or comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy. The staff, though polite, didn’t go out of their way to assist – an example being their lack of help when we struggled to carry a stroller up and down stairs. We stayed in an executive suite with park views, expecting a stunning perspective of Central Park. However, we were disappointed to find ourselves on one of the lowest floors, with an obstructed view that only showcased the first row of trees rather than the park itself. On a positive note, the room was spacious and clean, but it lacked basic amenities like hand lotion – a surprising omission for a five-star property. The highlights of our stay were the indoor pool and gym facilities, which were truly top-notch and met the luxury standard we anticipated. Unfortunately, these features weren’t enough to redeem the overall experience. Having stayed in other five-star hotels in NYC, this one doesn’t measure up. The lack of attention to detail, subpar service, and disappointing accommodations mean we won’t be returning. For the price and rating, there are far better options available.

Was disappointed that the pool did not have adult hours for lap swims; instead children with beach balls and jumping in and out of the pool where I couldn't swim in a calm environment. The reason for us coming to Trump was due to my heart condition I need to swim every day. They should have "adult only" swiming hours.

First class stay. Great location with top of the line facilities to the smallest detail. Very friendly and helpful personnel and staff. The gym is outstanding! Greatly enjoyed our stay.

It was not wheelchair or kids friendly at all. Staffs were extremely inattentive! Rooms were filthy and the house keeping service did a terrible job. They just took the tips and didn’t change sheets, clean the bathroom nor dusting and vacuuming.. it was horrible!!

Everything in the room is outdated, looks worn, and there are visible stains. The fridge is extremely loud, which is not surprising considering it’s at least 20 years old! It’s hard to understand how they can advertise a 5-star experience without reinvesting in even basic upgrades. The biggest issue, however, was the moldy smell and dusty air conditioning system. The HVAC system clearly has mold and dust inside, making it very difficult to breathe. If you have allergies or asthma, this is a serious problem. We requested another room, but it was the same issue, which leads me to believe the entire system is old and poorly maintained. Because of this, we ended up checking out one day early. To be honest, we did not enjoy our stay at all

My husband and I loved everything about The Trump Hotel. We felt completely safe, the rooms were spotless, the amenities great and we even had free Evian water in our room. The staff could not have been better. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do!

We did not have any hot water and the room was dirty. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, she apologized, but flippantly, and moved on with her day.

Our stay at the Trump on Central Park was absolutely horrendous with the smell of damp, mould and just an old building smell in every room. We initially booked a suite which was smaller than any normal studio room in another hotel. There was a horrific smell of mould throughout our stay we complained on the first night they forced us to stay there on the first night on the second night they upgraded us and moved us to an even bigger suite which was still tiny and had the exact same stentch of mould. They tried to charge us an additional $200 a night for upgrading instead of realising that we were being sick from a disgraceful room they gave us in the first place. When we complained and spoke to the duty manager Pedro, he told us that he could not cancel our stay and refund us the remaining money And even put the phone down on us. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars staying in Trump hotels all over the world. I run a media company and we often have our entire team staying in locations across the world. This one is a abysmal counterpart to the brand. The hotel is old, badly looked after, very small and uncomfortable and the Management staff are clearly the cause of this because they clearly do not care about the state or condition of the hotel. We will still be initiating legal charges for damage our health which made me very sick and also to get a refund for the time that we were there as we paid $1000 a night and had an abysmal stay.

Staff are very friendly. Central Park view is excellent. Location could not be better. The room is kind small, does not have 463 sft as advertised.

Room was old and needed an update. Cupboards broken. No mini bar. Bar and restaurants difficult to access and needed booking. Concierge and door staff either recognised you and said hello or completely ignored you.

Flew into NY for 1 night as I had a business engagement today . Arrived at the hotel last night at 6:00 pm the room was 83 degrees . I lowered the thermostat to 70 and went to dinner . I came back 4 hours later and the room was 83 and unbearable . I called the desk and asked for another room .. they told me they were sold out and could bring me a fan.

Great location, wonderful, helpful and friendly staff! Clean and very spacious rooms. Evian water and chocolates are nice daily treat. Very good restaurant next door. Definitely we will stay here again!

Fabulous location and views over Central Park, but let down by really bad room design (a tiny bathroom with 1 sink for 3 people) and poor service. Expected a lot more from a Trump hotel.

Great location, very friendly and hospitable service. The hotel itself is tired and in need of refurbishment. Our air conditioning and room lighting did not work properly. The hallways are pretty beat up. But for us, since we were dining at Jean Georges, located in the hotel itself, the convenience more than made up for this.

i used to always stay here with friends and family members and kids but this time i really am turned off by this hotel. Depressing. Horrible customer service. Will probably avoid going forward

They threw me out of the hotel because of late checkout and when I tried to pay the security guard was disrespectful towards me

Wife and I had the Park View Deluxe and it was phenomenal. Love the room ambience, the high ceilings, and the location right across from Central Park and many midtown endeavors. The service though is really what sets this place apart. The staff is top notch. From the front desk greeting, to the concierge (who got me last minute dinner reservations in Soho), to the bellhop, and the room cleaning staff (who were incredible, knew my name, cleaned at least twice a day), you will be pleasantly surprised. I travel a lot for work, and take my family (wife and three young kids) all over (Europe and Americas). So I have discerning and high standards. But this hotel far exceeded them all. Highly recommend.

The people at front desk and especially bell hop were most helpful , friendly people I have ever met at hotel. It was crazy how helpful verses other first class hotels. Another planet in terms client service.

Trump tower did NOT disappoint!!!! And I canNOT say enough about the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING staff!!!! James as well as the rest of the staff were far beyond the BEST!!!! Wonderful experience!!!!

Great location at corner of Central park and subway entrance only steps away

This property is centrally located. It is walking distance to Broadway, Central Park and fifth Avenue. The two Michelin restaurant in the hotel is out of this world and the rooms are very spacious compared to rooms in New York City. The staff was very hospitable and nice.

Wonderful stay! Right next to Central Park and Columbus Circle. Walking distance to Times Square as well. The lobby had a beautiful Christmas tree.

Staff was fantastic with the location on the park and next to Columbus Circle is the best in midtown!

Best thing about this property was the front desk staff and the view. My first time in NY and I was shocked with the over all quality of this hotel. I stayed previously at other trump hotel locations and this one does not relate at all. It was very bad and I felt like I was robbed my money staying with them. Thank you to the front desk staff who always greeted my family with a smile and warm welcome. room service manager needs to understand that serving bad food (bad yogurt) is not ok and returning it back is ok and I would not feed it to my child. Serving frozen fries of low quality is not ok and should be reviewed by FB (Food & beverages) , she seemed annoyed that I complained and did not offer a sincere apology or to take it off the bill but she sent someone to pick it up immediately. I almost took a min to ask myself if offended her by complaining but I realised that I didn’t just kept it to myself. This hotel is overpriced on a big note and I couldn’t stress this enough.

They cannot consider themselves a 5 star hotel: they have room service times that are totally unnaceptable. 7am start weekdays and 8am on weekend. A complete joke for those of us that have early meetings .

Empty mini bar, no water in the room, no room service after 11 pm. There is not even a proper lobby, other than 4 chairs. Very disappointing 5 star hotel, it doesn’t even deserve a 4 star
