Great location, staff were friendly. The gym is small, but was sufficient. The only negatives, our room had an adjoining door to another guests room, it was very loud. You could hear every word from the other guests, as if they were sharing the room with you. The WiFi didn’t work in the room, only downstairs.

We were there for five nights to ski in the Chamonix area. We found the hotel to be in a great location to catch the transportation and to then be able to enjoy the central city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice bar area in the hotel entry. We had a good dinner in the hotel and also had the breakfast several mornings. The breakfast area is very basic but is a good value. We did enjoy visiting with other travelers at the breakfasts. The room is small but worked out if one is organized. We also appreciated the large area for skis and the boot dryers in the lower level of the hotel. We would stay again.

Lovely hotel in a good location. The sauna is a nice touch but barely hot enough to make it worth it. The WiFi was not good 2 out of 3 days and we had to use our day. Would’ve liked coffee in the room as well as a room safe (had to give valuables to desk staff) and shampoo/conditioner. Had to go buy some. But very clean and safe.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, the bar area is lovely and boot room really good and accessible if skiing. Really enjoyed it! A few minor issues Breakfast is okay, and the hotel is very very noisy if you are located near the lift (108) the walls are paper thin and can hear neighbours toilets, drawers, doors all night. Rooms are spacious but the shower and bathrooms are tiny!

Really enjoyed my stay. When I checked in, Hugo at the front desk helped me with a few important items like kettle and a table. Despite cold weather, the hotel room was very warm. Breakfast for an extra cost was great and I was able to use amenities like the gym. Unfortunately I didn't get round to using the sauna. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Only slight criticism was rainwater came in through open windows as I had a room with a balcony.

Great hotel in a fabulous central location in Chamonix near train station and not to far from bus station. We were visiting our son for Xmas and it was beautiful. Great views of the mountains. Staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you. Had lunch in the bistro and it was very good. If visit again will definitely return to this hotel.

Nicely located in Chamonix downtown. Good breakfast. One drawback is parking as it was fully booked even 1 month before checkin. But I understand it was in early Jan when everybody comes to town to enjoy skiing.

Nice place in the centre of the town. Rooms are on the smaller side but our bed was big and very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Balcony and great view of Brevent from our room. Sauna is on the top floor with very nice view of the mountains. The bar and restaurant area are nice and they serve great coffee. We didn’t have breakfast there but instead chose to go out to the nearby bakery. Overall great location and very comfortable rooms.

Great hotel in great location! Room was perfect. We even had a balcony with a view of the mountains! Staff was helpful. Parking on sight with additional fee. Room rate was great value.

We had 3 nights at this Hotel and everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was modern and clean, the trains station is 200m from the hotel which is perfectly situated in the city centre. They came to clean the room every day. All good. Definitely coming back. Yes I recommend this Hotel.

Hôtel parfait mais les murs sont très fins ce qui fait que tu entends les voisins du couloir qui font des allers retours d’une chambre à une autre (merci le respect d’autrui) sans cesse jusqu’à 1h du matin. Nous étions situés côté rue et entendions tout ce qui se passait à l’extérieur.

Never stay here. Extremely loud bumping club music right next door until 1 am. Hotel doesn't care, just offers ear plugs (they have a giant bag on the desk, they could at least warn people). Plus wifi doesnt work in the rooms. They try to blame the weather but it works fine in the lobby and today the weather is clear.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Sufficient storage and bathroom adequate. Check in staff was friendly. The 3 twin beds room was not too crowded. A plus, hotel is on the route of the free city bus (Mulet) from the bus station. But did not know until after we arrived (may be good to incl. in hotel info). lso note not all rooms are air conditioned. Better check carefully.during summer. It may be hot with one window and a fan. A minor issue, Hotel charged my credit card twice, have to spend time to sort out and we lost small amount $ in exchange rate. Should not happen.

Great spot for exploring the area and well placed for shops and food in the centre of Chamonix. We booked a room with a mountain view and were lucky enough to be on the Mont Blanc side of the hotel. Worth checking when you book/before you check in. The room itself was all great. No air conditioning, but we didn't need it as it's cooler in the mountains than elsewhere in July. The only thing missing from the room were tea and coffee making facilities.

Very nice hotel, but somewhat spoiled by a cranky young man who waited tables in the restaurant with an air of irritation and a habit of ignoring the tables he was waiting on. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Pity about the young man waiting tables, however.

Very central for dining and shopping experiences; manageable ten minute minimum walk to the nearest ski lift, but necessary to take 15-20 minute bus or train to ski other included areas (ie. Argentiere, Le Ture, Vallorcine, Les Houches, etc.; the hotel staff is quite helpful and disciplined with daily cleaning; convenient ski room for equipment storage and prep. Could use some hot tubs. Hotel restaurant/ bar is good for all meals. Breakfast is classic European continental, but the bread and pastries were very fresh each day. While my experience this first time to Chamonix was standard to good, I’d probably look for another hotel next time.

So many positives for our stay. Just a short walk from the train stop. The hotel was beautiful. The sauna was relaxing and clean. The staff were very kind and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Will stay again!
