The shower curtain had a lot of mold on it snd needed to be replaced. The key machine was not working and had not been for several days. So none of the outside doors were locked. Our room could not be locked if we left it. The beds were not as comfortable as most hotel 8 beds are.

There was no breakfast after 730 am not until the stated 6-9 we tried to eat they weren't making any more this was 7:45. Absolutely ticked me off. No pool thats a lie they dont open it. My mother and I woke up to some extremely suspicious botes and hives.

The worst property I've ever stayed at. Filthy dirty, hair clogging both drains, mascara on the shower curtain, poop in the toilet, and people kept propping the back door open. Super unsafe! Both front desk girls could not even be bothered to get off their phones. The worst!!!!!!!

The entire room stunk. The shower curtain had pink and black mold & mildew on it and there were hairs in the tub. There was a used bar of soap on the floor right at the entry to the room. The sheets were paper thin & grey and smelled of chemicals. The pillows were rock hard and seemed more like foam inserts than actual bed pillows.

Room was not clean. Mold in shower. Toilet paper holder bent so toilet paper would come off as you pull. Room stunk. Tv remote wouldn't work. Was very noisy. Musty smell. Beds were very uncomfortable. Sheets didn't smell clean. Parking was good.

We just needed a place to crash after a long day of driving, and for that this place was adequate. There was an unpleasant odor in the room (kinda like a carpet after it’s been cleaned and not completely dried). The Wifi did not work.

Just a so-so experience at this property during an overnight stay while traveling. My room was an enormous king bed room. It was odd as there was plenty of space in the room (a couple of chairs & a bench, no sofa), but very little sitting furniture in the room. Bathroom was quite small considering how big the room was. Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was disappointing.

Evening-night attendant was very rude to the nice gentleman that was in line ahead of me-very offensive to him:(. She was not a very good first impression of the motel. That being said, the gentleman attendant the next morning when we checked out was great!:)). No coffee maker in the room, but there were coffee cups. Batteries in remote very low n needs replacing. Plastic sack in ice container torn so worthless to hold the ice. Bedspreads n curtains need updating. Conditioner out in shower. Weeds needed trimmed backside of motel where pets go bathroom. Stepping stones into back door entrance n outside seating crumbling n uneven-very dangerous.

It was a quick stop when we got too tired to drive. Checked in late and left very early. The beds were comfortable and great that they are pet friendly. Check-in was quick even though the place was busy. Was not disappointed in our decision to stop.

The lady checking us in was excellent, the room itself was great with a very good shower, clean room and very comfortable beds. The gentleman on the desk in the morning was doing double duty trying to set up breakfast and run the desk at the same time. No breakfast was available at the scheduled time, though he was working on it, and he was relatively rude at checking out. Though probably because he was over stressed from being alone trying to get things done when he should have had help. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we couldn't wait to have it all set up. We would stay at this hotel again, but they really could use more morning help.

We found the staff to be unhelpful and even rude at times. When my friend forgot her toothbrush and asked at the desk she was told to go find the vending machine which was nonexistent according to the desk clerk the following morning. He did give her a complimentary one. He told me to dig around in the cabinets in the breakfast room when I asked for napkins etc. he did not offer to get out of his chair. I actually helped other people who experience the same lack of interest in their questions.

The bed was comfortable! Room was clean! Breakfast was easy and simple, but great for an early start. Upon arrival on May 25th around midnight (leading into the 26th) we were greeted by a grumpy employee who was short and curt with all customers checking in. The process was quick, but unwelcoming. Upon checking out the next morning the same employee was still behind the desk. When handing over the room key he tossed it across the counter and the same curt and rude attitude was present. Again, the process was swift, but very unwelcoming. This process was repeated by all customers checking out that morning. I would stay here again, but hopefully the desk will be manned by another employee.

Overall was a great 3 night stay. The only thing was the AC unit smelled like a dirty towel and the heater smelled even worse. Luckily the second day we stayed it rained so we didn’t need the unit. The rooms could use some air freshener or something for sure! Other than that, beds were comfy, it’s in a great location right across the street from the Blue Hole and Lake, it’s located in the center of a small town so it was perfect.-Breakfast was decent coffee was good, and the staff were very polite and helpful. There wasn’t any sketchy vibes or weird people hanging around so it felt secure for myself and my daughters. Will definitely stay here again in the future. For the price and comfort I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The beds were very comfortable. The mattresses look new. It’s not a super fancy hotel but they had great amenities. The breakfast was very good. Coffee was great, waffle machine, eggs and biscuits with gravy.

We arrived late after a long day of car travel, and the front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING! It was a simple hot breakfast with a waffle bar, scrambled eggs, and SPECTACULAR biscuits and gravy. There were muffins, cereal, yogurt, and juices as well. The family consists of a single mom with five children ranging from 6 to 21.

We actually thought we were renting one suite with three beds, but it turned out to be two joined hotel rooms, which gave us an extra bathroom. Breakfast was not grab and go bags like advertised. They had hot waffles, eggs and sausage, which was great.

Good place to stay, very busy during summer roadtrip time! No soap in the bathroom and room service knocked on our door around 9:00am. I understand they need to flip the room. Breakfast wasn't much of a variety.
