We are traveling with a boat so parking is a big problem. The hotel has several extra long/semi-friendly spots which are perfect for our needs. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious.

Hot tub, swimming pool, and exercise room were open. One of the cleanest, tidiest breakfast areas and rooms we stayed in. Nice breakfast with eggs, sausages, biscuits and sausage gravy. Very comfortable beds and lots of fluffy pillows. Shower only but had a handicap bar for stability. Plenty of hot water with no wait for the hot water in the shower. Very good big clean parking with very friendly staff. Very safe feeling.

The room was nasty. The sheets were stained. The floor was dirty. I’m nevof the doors didn’t lock or closed. The place was also under construction I wasn’t told any of this till I was checked in and saw my room & pulled the covers back. I asked for cancellation and my money back. Said I’d need to contact Hotels.con. I just couldn’t stay there. It was aweful.

The hotel was great...mostly. This is the 3rd time we've stayed there and every time we walk around in the room our feet or socks get blackened dirty. The rest of the room looks clean, it's just the floor. I'd suggest to the hotel to run a swiffer or something over the floors each time. The breakfast is good too.

We always enjoy staying at this comfort Inn because it’s convenient for us, and we enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. However, this time I felt like the room could have been a little cleaner. I would say they clean the floors right down the middle, but the bathroom floors had hair and dirt Around the edges of the bathroom, shower area, I moved the footstool and there was crumbs under there from somebody eating something. I don’t typically complain too much about a room because, like I said, we really enjoy staying in Santa Rosa. We felt like the air conditioner was exceptionally noisy as well this time , so not the best nights sleep.

The staff was amazing. Kyler at the front desk at checkin was professional and courteous. Then check out in the morning, was so helpful and friendly and she recommended which coffee was the best! The hotel is older, which is fine, if the room was clean but unfortunately it wasn't. I vacuumed carpet with change in the middle of the floor and food that my service dog found. I would also just recommend a basic remodel, laminate flooring and new tub that's not cracked and rusty. The staff is why I gave this review better than 1 star. The courtyard was dirty with broken glass and trash everywhere. Bthe breakfast attendant was on top of things too as it was very busy. Overall, great staff makes this place! But could use a clean up overall from the owners.

I'd like to let you know this hotel needs an elevator. My husband and I were told no first floor rooms were available. Note we had this reservation months in advance. My husband has heart issues and I have a torn ACL making lugging our luggage upstairs difficult and unhealthy. I also want to let you know our room #241 smelled musty and the shower had an orange ring of sludge at the bottom. It was removable because I used a kleenex to remove some of it to see if it was a stain or dirt. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

Well, I thought the price was excellent, we are traveling with two service dogs and thought we’d give days in a try, but the floor was vinyl which was totally acceptable, but The floor it was filthy My shoes were black on the bottom and stuck to the floor and my puppies feet were black. On Floor in the corner opposite heat/AC was dog poop old hard and my dogs of course did not wanna leave it alone so I tried to wipe it up. Everything else seem fine. Bed was clean and comfortable so I try not to complain. Just noticed it asked for photos. I wish I would’ve done that, but I didn’t even think of it.

Old hotel, modern pricing. Not good value We were give a room with a window to the pool. We could clearly hear children playing and screeching until 10pm. It was also quite humid. It was weird. We ran the bath fan all night, and it freshened up. I think we are given a “mobility” room. Broken and poorly patched tile. Needs updating.

It was overall a nice short stay. However, the rooms were a little dated. Which wouldn't normally be a problem, but some calking/sealent in the shower was coming apart and there were a couple other things in the room that had been aged that could have been fixed but werent.

Property was just as advertised. No complaints with cleanliness. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was just so-so. Bring earplugs as this hotel sits right next to a busy Interstate with lots of truck traffic but that's not the fault of thew hotel. Would stay here again.

Great hotel. Updated interior and exterior. Room and hallway was like new. Comfortable bed and pillows. However, I-40 was just outside our back window, probably 100 yards away. It was noisy. We ran the heater fan in “continuous” mode, and used earplugs. Then slept alright. If you stay here, ask for a room opposite the interstate.

Convenient location, right off the highway. Surprisingly quiet even though it is adjacent the highway. While the hotel is a bit outdated, the room and bed were comfortable. I got a very restful sleep before another long day of driving!

Great place, but they could use more help, the poor lady at the front desk ar 6 pm was overwhelmed. And there never seem to have towels at the pool, second time I've stayed here. Silver moon restaurant across the street is amazing.

This was a nice place. The check was a bit rough. There wasn’t anyone at the desk when I arrived. After about a 10 minute wait she came to the counter. There was no apology and she was rather rude. The room was nice, clean and comfortable.

This stay was not planned - three family members stopping at a hotel when tired of driving. Booked through hotels.com - but OH NO had another (not with us) family member book the room...accidentally booked it for the wrong night! When we checked in, we had no reservation...it was for the next night. The night clerk was very nice, but said she could do anything about it. We paid the hotel directly for the night we stayed. But this meant we were out $$$. We contacted hotels.com (which is a chore in itself), but finally got someone to contact the hotel to get a refund. The manager was not in that night, but was in the morning. I explained to the Manager (MaryAnn) and Hotels.com followed up with a phone call to her. She was awesome...said mistakes happen and wanted us to have a great experience - what an awesome person - MaryAnn was GREAT! The hotel stay was very good. Our only complaint is that there is no elevator and the only room available was on the second floor. We made it work. THANK YOU, Mary Ann!!!!

The staff at the front desk were very helpful to extend our stay, due to truck problems. In addition, the person at the front desk had a good suggestion for a repair location. We used her suggestion and hopefully their help will get us home (530 miles). The hotel is still dated, but it is clean and in great repair. Also, the trailer parking is handy and significant.

This is an excellent property to pull into and get a good night's rest and take a shower. However, the eating establishments nearby are substandard. Many of them have closed within the last few years. If you set your bar really low, you won't be disappointed but be prepared to wake up early the next day to push on to ABQ or Tucumcari for food.

Santa Rosa, NM is famous for The Blue Hole - scuba certification, but there is also a lot more to see. Staying at the comfortable Comfort Inn allows easy access to all activities and easy, free parking. Each room also has a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker so it is comfortable for longer stays.

This is a very comfortable and nice hotel, right next to Silver Moon Cafe, which is delicious! Great parking for trucks, even if you have a trailer. Quiet area, a good stop to get good sleep!

There is one thing that I will not forget in making reservations at a Comfort Inn and that is there is no elevator. This makes it difficult to climb stairs with any luggage, etc. The only thing was they did manage to change my room to the first floor but I had to change the bed selection. Breakfast was just so-so. There was little to choose from.

All was good, until breakfast, which was scheduled to be available from 630 am to 930 am. We got to the breakfast area about 645 am. The eggs were gone, there were only 2 sausage patties left, there was no apple juice, and the biscuits were dried out.
