The breakfast had quite a few options and the pool was open until 11 pm. We arrived just after 9 pm. So, it was nice to be able relax from our drive.

Nice location, people, and gym. Clean room! Nice that they have tesla chargers in the parking lot too

The front door entrance was littered. The check in was fine. Got to the room and the bed mattresses were so worn out that we couldn’t lay on them without being poked. We asked to change rooms and that was no problem. The first bed I checked was in the same condition as the other rooms two beds. The second bed was fine so we stayed. Went down to swim and the pool water was frigid and the hot tub was broken. Ice machine was broken on our floor so had to go downstairs for ice. Breakfast is normally good at HIE, but… coffee was overly strong, out of 1/2 and 1/2. However, the staff did look for some. No unflavored creamer at all. No oatmeal packets, no biscuits, no bacon and the pancake machine was broken. They did have eggs and two kinds of sausage for hot choices. The cinnamon rolls were good. To tell the truth, the stay was not worth the $205.

Pool amd hot tub were wonderful after day of travel!

Easy to get to location off the highway. Has Tesla supercharging stations, which is awesome. Felt much safer staying here vs. somewhere in DT Albuquerque.

We booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. We arrived too late in the evening due to a snow storm that hit and couldn't use the pool that night, understandably. I asked at check-in what time the pool opened in the morning because my 7 year old was promised he would get to swim, the desk clerk told me it opened at 9 am. In the morning, my husband and son went down at 9 and the they were told the pool would be opening late at 9:30, that sucked, but fine. We waited around until 9:30 and went back down and were then told it would be another hour before the pool opened. We couldn't keep waiting around, as we needed to get back on the road, and checkout was at 11. I booked this hotel only because of the indoor pool, so it was very frustrating that we couldn't use it. We weren't told it was due to any issues, just that they hadn't rolled back the tarp. Also, i didn't feel like unpacking my shower stuff, so i thought i would use theirs. There was shampoo in tbe conditioner bottle, so i had to get out mid-shower and find my conditioner in my bag to finish, also annoying. The good thngs were comfy beds, cold room, very clean, an great buffet. The young lady restocking the buffet was super friendly and personable.

We have stayed at this location a number of times as part of a longer trip. The location is good with a good breakfast included. There are restaurants conveniently located nearby. The only problem was the pool was not available during our trip.

Convenient since it's off the highway however it's way overpriced. Breakfast was good, they need better parking and I would give them a 6 on cleanliness.

No signage to find the exit. Grumpy check in clerk. Pool cold and hot tub colder. The tile around the pool was slippery. Ice machine broken, go to the first floor to get ice. Tv did not work. Next time we will stay at the Hampton.

The comforters were dirty, we were looking at the maids carts as they were walking by and there were no comforters or covers on their cart. The floors were also dirty. There was some dirt/mud underneath the sink area in the bathroom.

Given the rising prices today, I will say this was a good value. Clean, comfortable and very good breakfast buffet! Kind of hated to move on after just one night.

The best part of this place was their breakfast and the bed was oh so comfortable. The hotel was overall nice, but our room had a bothersome smell and there was a nasty dried booger on the bathroom door. The hotel itself is on the updated side but there are some things that need to be done to keep it up to date. Parking was little obnoxious. Trailers taking up several spots making us have to park in the very back and when I went to move it closer in the morning a worker had gotten out of one of the spots up front.

Noisy and unclean. Blood stain and soapy scum (or something else?) on shower curtain. On one of the bed there are lines probably left by kids with pen.

It was a disappointing experience for the price we paid. Strong cleaning products odor throughout, but the hotel did not feel clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding felt stiff and scratchy. The breakfast was good and met the expectations. Not a welcoming reception. I have noticed it has become a hit and miss when booking a Holiday Inn. I usually don’t mind to pay the increased cost but I do expect the promised quality and comfort.

Suprisingly very clean room! That's number one to us. Bed was comfortable and we slept great! Not many dining options close. Came w a moving truck, while limited for truck parking, everything was there when we woke up!

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not. Quiet, clean. TV, Internet worked well. Refrig had freezer section.

The property was ok. It had good parking for the trailer I was pulling. But the tv was irradic at best. And the AC was noisy and struggled to cool the room in March.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Room had a fridge but no freezer. Also quiet room.

We got the last room towards Highway and it was sleepless $200/ night stay.

In need of updating. Free breakfast at motels are generally average at best. This one was definitely below average. No cut fresh fruit, no bananas no peanut butter.

No surprises. Clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Cheerful staff. Extensive breakfast buffet.

The woman who checked us in, Felicia, was so helpful and quickly checked us in. She made sure we had everything we needed. In the morning she was so cheerful as she greeted us for breakfast. Her demeanor and attitude just made our morning! She obviously enjoys her job and is very good at it. She definitely deserves praise for making people feel so welcomed and valued.

Jonathan at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Right off the highway makes it easy for a quick stop.

Clerk was helpful with directions to a nearby restaurant. She also offered us water bottles upon arrival which was appreciated.

We asked for a handicap room at check in and it did not have hot water, blinds did not work, no working telephone, and no refrigerator. I had to ask for a different room and it worked including having a refrigerator. However, both rooms had stains on the carpet and lamp shades. Bathroom caulking looks like multiple layers and yet still is in need from the cracking, stained tiles and staining in the tub. Gym at 5:30 am did not have towels, cleaning materials and clock did not work. Staff did not apologize to me for the inconvenience of the broken handicap room nor assist in helping us move to new room. We were simply told to return the keys to the front desk when we were done switching.

We stayed 1 night here. The hotel overall was nice & we'd stay here again. Breakfast was good. Its conveniently located not too far off the Interstate, but far enough to not hear the noise. Not much to do in this town...but we did find the Blue Hole that was pretty cool to see.

The property is very well maintained, walkable to good dining options, the staff was friendly and breakfast the next morning was excellent.

We stayed one night only, but it was a great place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice (room 318). The breakfast didn’t have vegan options but did offer oatmeal and walnuts- so that was good. Coffee was good. Location was fantastic! We used the Tesla supercharger onsite.

Other than the "hot" breakfast foods being lukewarm , everything else was good. It did seem like the ac ran constantly regardless of the temp it was set on. Loved the fact that the room had a chair, computer table and a chaise.

Breakfast was wonderful for the room price. Everything hot, restocked before it ran out, staff was great. Comfy bed, good nights sleep

Very clean, friendly check in person, room was large which we appreciated for 3 people. Bathroom was also large, thank you! Breakfast was awesome, Alicia does a fantastic job and is so friendly with greeting everyone and offering to help. The warm cinnamon rolls were wonderful! Only downside is our bed seemed too soft, we both rolled toward the middle all night.

Breakfast was not up to Holiday Inn standards. Bathroom needed a little tlc and not a super clean room!
