Close to the area we want to see. Easy to find. Only downside no elevator to second floor

Staff were lovely and nothing was an issue. Has guest laundry facilities which was a blessing as travelling with children.

Convenient to highway exit. Outside appearance not appealing; no landscaping at all. Limited parking area. Room updated but rug should have been changed. Had to leave early before breakfast open. Staff did help get luggage cart inside.

Check in was easy as was check out. There was only 1 luggage cart and on check out the cart disappeared! The hotel had plenty of guests & 4 or more carts would have been acceptable! Room was fine but lacked drinking cups (had 1) & coffee had 1 coffee packet. Towels were good & the hotel was quiet.

Catered to the Motorcycle riders with up front parking with video surveillance. Close to downtown Sturgis and surrounding sites. Would certainly stay again!

Most of the carpet was new and my room looked like it was freshly painted. Great coffee available in the lobby, fresh and 24hrs

It was perfect for a night in a long road trip with my dog. Comfortable and accessible. Much appreciated to be able to bring him along and the pet fee was reasonable.

I am making a note to stay there again. Only downfall it didn’t have an elevator. But a comfortable night.

Bugs crawling on the pillow. Did get another room. The hotel is run down. Would like money back but said since I went through Expedia online I could not get money back. It was a horrible stay and my family will drive to Rapid City before ever staying in Sturgis. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone either.

Staff was very nice. Bathroom was dirty around the tub and floor. You could see urine on the back of the toilet.

Our room was in terrible disrepair. It was unclean and smelled of smoke. There was an arm chair in the room that belonged in the dump. The waffle mix in breakfast room was lumpy and had an oil sediment on the top when poured. Although the staff were friendly, I would not recommend this property.

This property is so dirty. Rooms were not clean and the sheets were stained. We asked for a cleaner room and the other room they showed us was just as dirty. The bathroom floor hadn’t been moped. It had white goo on the tile. So dirty and smelt horrible.

We spent one night here as part of a cross-country trip This is an older hotel with dated furniture in the rooms, but everything was exceptionally clean. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Would stay here again if I’m ever in Sturgis.

Clean room but could use a little updating. It was safe and comfortable at a good price.

I was checked I to an already occupied room, the air conditioning didn’t work properly and the electrical outlets are so worn out the plugs either hang out of the outlet or don’t stay at all.

Room smelled like marijuana. Beds were hard and can hear movement from creaking on other floors. Just an old property. Breakfast was minimal. Otherwise room was relatively clean.

Nice location for the attractions in the Black Hills. Room was good size and quiet.

Booked this last minute and wasn't disappointed. Our room was one of the biggest I have ever seen. Beds were comfortable, and staff was exceptionally friendly. Our toilet was old and shrieked for a long time, which made bathroom use awkward for everyone. Otherwise, highly recommend.

The only place I have stayed with 3 queen beds in the room. It was a very large comfortable room. Clean and quiet.

Would stay again. Clean, older hotel. Management really nice and helpful. The room did have a slight smell, like old smoke, but easy to get used to. The only negative would be the pipes thumping. Anytime water was running in a room beside or above you, it was loud

all of the fixtures in the room were falling off the walls .. no anchors were used on the install and the grout was coming out of the seams on the floor tile

Affordable. Unfortunately, every 2-3 hours throughout the telephone speaker would go with a dial tone and place an incomplete call. Very challenging to get a good night’s sleep.

Room is very clean and updated. Beds are comfortable and offered a good night sleep. Air and heat worked perfect. Breakfast is your basic with options. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I’m always skeptical about reservations at Days Inn because I’ve had some bad experiences well traveling. Highly recommend Sturgies SD Days Inn!!! ❤️

The manager would not issue us credit to check out a day earlier. Said it had to be done through Expedia. Contacting Expedia and they contacted manager and he still wouldn’t change. We checked out a day early anyway and will be charged for a night we weren’t there. Lousy customer service. I will not stay at a Days Inn again ever

I am very happy with my stay at this place. Very clean, convenient and a super friendly girl at the front desk greeted me and my dog. She always had a smile and pleasant look on her face every time we pass by her. I think her name was FALI. She’s amazing. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. I hope you stay kind and sweet. Days Inn is very lucky to have you.

The man at check in was very friendly and super helpful. We had quite a bit of stuff to take up to our room and there was no elevator and he offered to help us carry things up to the second floor. Very pleased with this hotel.

Paid through Expedia, Checked in and they asked for CC for incidentals. After I left they charged my card for the room again. Called and they said it would drop off. It didn’t.

Great location for Sturgis and Deadwood.

The location of the hotel looked a little suspect upon arrival, but inside it's clean, quiet and up to date. It came with a free breakfast (waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, yogurt, juice, etc.). The location is conveniently located to explore the Black Hills area (easy access to Sturgis (5 minutes to downtown), the interstate highway, to Deadwood (15-20 minutes), and about 35 minutes from Rapid City which leads to Rushmore, Crazy Horse and the Badlands National Park.

Clean rooms, comfortable pillows and bed. Walking distance to Pizza Ranch. Close to main road but it was quiet. Good breakfast.

Check in was super easy and quick. Room was clean and moderately updated. Quick access to the interstate. Pretty good biscuits and gravy! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Days Inn provided a safe, quiet place to rest during the Sturgis motorcycle rally. The staff were pleasant, but not really interested in engaging. I tried conversing a couple of different times with the front desk lady. Very little response was given. She seemed bored. However, she was polite, and polite is enough. The coffee was good. It was Folgers brand from a machine in the breakfast room. No complaints about the coffee. There was only one thing we thought should have been better, such that I will probably never come back again: the "breakfast" was generally poor quality. Everything was pre-made like most cheap hotels, but this was worse than most. The powdered eggs were made into a fake looking fried egg shape with a yellow center, their "sausage" was factory produced and tasteless. They offered generic cereal including raisin bran. The muffins were intensively sweet, tiny and just seemed bad for you. The biscuits were cold. The gravy was served cold in a warmer. I could not believe that the gravy was served cold. I picked out a bagel from the bread case and found it wet. The only thing I felt safe to eat was the oat-meal packets. The Days Inn breakfast is terrible. They should not serve it at all. It would be more honest to offer no breakfast.

Front desk staff was great, but hotel room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Maybe that’s to be expected with this level of hotel and location. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was marginal.

The staff was extremely friendly when we got in late. The check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable, and their breakfast was absolutely amazing.!!
