You know you’re in Sturgis when they have motorcycle parking that is monitored 24/7. The rooms were nice and affordable. The beds were uncomfortable. Staff was amazing as we had to check-out early.

Over all our stay was good. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean and towels were about the nicest I've used in this level of hotel. The ac unit is old, it did keep the temp at appropriate level but still felt humid inside. Vent fan didn't work most of the time in bathroom, which i think added to the humid feel. Parking was sufficient when we stayed, but not allot of room for trailers or big trucks. I will most likely stay there again in the future.

The room was very comfortable - needing and having one bed allowed for 2 easy chairs. The only thing missing was an elevator to help get our suitcases to the second floor. Their recommended restaurant was very good.

They were putting in new carpeting which is nice but there was an odor that went throughout the building at certain times of the day and evening that was not very pleasant .

This is a great place to stay. From the location, room, breakfast, everything. Will seek if I ever return to Sturgis. From a bikers standpoint, the bike parking up front and bike wash area are first class. Thank you so much.

Great last minute hotel. It was raining and they let us park our bikes under the overhang in front of lobby. Only thing that surprised us was the shared balcony and sliding glass doors in the room.

Check in staff were very friendly. Bed was comfy and the shower was great. Breakfast was easy and just what you needed to start the day The motel is a little warn. But you can see the owners are doing their best to make improvements. Overall it was a great place to stay

The room was very unclean. The carpets had a bunch of food crumbs and were absolutely filthy and we saw carpet beetles. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the vents were caked with dust. The bedding and towels were clean but it seemed like thats all that that was cleaned honestly. The man at the front desk was very polite and kind and accomodating to us. But the room was really dirty. We were only staying one night on our way passing through but i wouldnt have stayed more nights in that room because of the cleanliness.

Will not be staying here again. Carpet in a hotel room? Really! That’s nasty. Towels were white with stains all over them. Bed sheets didn’t look clean at all. Hallway smelt terrible, what more can I say Nasty! Wish I coul get money back since they price gouge you for a not clean room! They WAY over charged.

I would NEVER stay here again. The first room we were assigned was either already in use or had not been cleaned. When we unlocked the door, the bed was not made and the lights were on. We were quickly assigned another room but they didn’t have any more of our specific room type available so we got placed into a double room rather than the king that we had booked. Our second room was NOT clean. There was a pile of dirty napkins on one of the beds, beard trimmings in the sink, floor not vacuumed, a crusty bloody looking booger on the nightstand. I called the front desk and the employee was sympathetic but did not offer to re room us or give us any type of discount. We stayed the night out of necessity. When we crawled into bed we discovered a huge brown stain on the blanket. In the morning I told the person at the desk (same from last night) about how dirty our room was and he said sorry and that he would supervise cleaning staff more. He said there was nothing he could do about our charge except to offer 50% discount in the future but of course we would never stay here again.

A room with a private hot tub was just $20 more. We upgraded and was hilariously shocked when we arrived and our room had a giant, two person, red heart shaped hot tub in the living room!! The king bed was in a loft with a spiral staircase. We couldn’t stop laughing!! The bed was very comfortable, the room spacious. They served a continental breakfast.

Not a very good stay at all. We ended up with a basement room next to the stairs. The air conditioner was not on when we got to the room and it was incredibly hot and very humid in the room. It ran nonstop and never got comfortable in the room to sleep at night. Then being next to the stairs and apparently a small family with really rambunctious children above us we didn’t get much sleep. The rooms on higher floors might be better but the basement rooms I certainly do not recommend.

Upon check-in, I was asked to sign a waiver about smoking and pets. I advised the front desk clerk that I was traveling with my two small dogs. He said, “you didn’t tell me that!” I advised him that I booked through Expedia and there was nowhere to indicate a pet room. He changed the room without issue, but was quick to charge an additional amount for the dogs. We went to the room. It reeked of dog urine. I called the desk right away and spoke with a female. She said she’d call right back. The man who checked us in called back a few minutes later and asked if we had used the room. We told him no. He said he would move us to a different room. The room he moved us to smelled much better; however, the window was wide open and the carpets were soaking wet. I’m assuming they had shampooed them but not given them time to dry. We had to walk around with our shoes on. The room was on the side of the hotel facing the train tracks. When the train came through, the room shook and it was so loud. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. This hotel is within walking distance of another hotel they has a pretty nice bar in it with great staff.

This is a decent budget hotel for those of limited means. Accommodations were nice, but nothing great. I was really disappointed that the little fridge was plugged into an outlet that was on the same circuit as the room light which meant that when I turned off the light, the fridge turned off. Bad design! I got some ice from the dining room to keep my food cold in my cooler.

The room was cool, but the staff told us upon check in the room was cleaned every three days and that was not true. On the 5th day they offered to clean the room but it was not until 530pm. We also tried to check out a day early 48 hours before and they said everything was good to go but I got charged for the last night anyways.

Terrible customer service. Got locked out of my room. Front desk took a half hr to answer the phone and refused to make me a key, said its too late he was sleeping. Cops got called and forced the front desk clerk to make me a key for my own room. Worst experience ever.

No one was at the 24 hour front desk at 2am. There was a little buzzer on the counter which rang in the back room to no response. There was no other way to reach the staff, so I'm not sure if they had stepped away for a little while or were sleeping in one of the rooms, or if something bad had happened?? We waited half an hour, talked to multiple Super 8/Wyndham customer service people, and ended up getting a refund and having to go elsewhere that night.

Friendly staff. Average room but very clean. Needs some upgrades. The area around the hotel is non-descriptive (nothing notable but train tracks, buildings, highway). To me, landscaping can make such a difference, although not necessarily the point of staying in a Super 8. Convenient location to downtown.

Went to Sturgis ahead of main rally start on August 2nd. Room rates way more affordable. Got room there for 5 days at cost same for 1 night after rally start. A lot of vendors already there for shopping. Back to the hotel. Motorcycle only parking spots at front entrance.Room was clean. There were other bikers there but it was quiet and peaceful, lol. Hot breakfast was, every day, good biscuits and meatless gravy, boil in the bag eggs, heat probs on the chafing dishes, I just nuked it for 60 secs for piping hot, waffle station, standard cereals, fresh fruit, instant oatmeal, breads. Day, night and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was terrible. I have made many waffles at many hotels and this batter was awful. Sausage and biscuit gravy in all the choices. No eggs, nothing. Quiet for the most part. Very old building. Checkin was very nice.

Our room was very inexpensive, it also was undergoing repairs that weren't finished. Everything worked so that was good, just visually it needed to be finished being put together. Staff was good, needed pam for the waffle making machine, they stuck, hard to remove.

The room was fine, the gentleman checking us in was polite and friendly. Breakfast was non-existent. One biscuit and dried out gravy plus the coffee machine was out of order.
