Julie at the front desk in Davenport was very nice and helpful. We loved everything about this motel except the hot tub is no longer there. One of the reasons we usually stay at a Best Western is to use the hot tub, so that was the only thing that disappointed us..

Was disappointed that the pool was “being renovated”. It didn’t look like it was being renovated as all of the poolside chairs were still there and the pool was full of chlorinated water. Also, this is a large property. If you have any issues walking, then don’t ignore the instructions from the front desk to park near a specific entrance. Good breakfast with hot foods. Comfy beds! Very quiet when we were there.

Was disappointed that the jetted hot tub wasn’t there anymore. Was the whole reason we booked for relaxation away from home and to help with our backs. The breakfast was good but we miss the waffle maker. Pool was nice but freezing when you got out. Had no pool towels but hotel was fast to restock (10mins). Over all seems the atmosphere wasn’t the same as past stays. Staff though were very friendly and helpful.

I liked the location. All the machines in fitness gym were broken or didn't function properly and no notes indicating out of service. The cold water in fitness area didnt work. There were no towels in fitness area. The entry door in southwest corner slams shut. There were many times people came in and out in the middle of the night making it difficult to sleep. The breakfast items didnt get replenished regulary. There was no meat or bananas for breakfast. Not many healthy options. They did have free hot chocolate.

Great value! Beautiful pool! Breakfast was a nice spread. Hotel is great, especially for the amount of money. But especially enjoyed my time in the restaurant/bar Big. Our bartender helped us after a crappy day. He was absolutely awesome.

The rooms are very outdated and not super clean. The pool area is awesome but the hot tub is broken and the pool was really cold. The customer service was superb though. The bar was awesome. We'd definitely stay again if the pool was warmer!

Property and room was very nice. Dining options relatively close. Great pool area and other amenities. My only comment would be is there were a lot of items out during breakfast. Didn’t appear to be an attendant keeping track of what was needed to be stocked.

Our room smelled like an ashtray. Our sheets had holes and stains. Vent fan in the bathroom sounded like an actual jet engine taking off. We chose to stay due to having booked the room through a nonrefundable third-party, but unfortunately dealt with noise and partying in the hallway outside of our room all night.

I did not enjoy my stay. Carpet in room was filthy, hair on bathroom floor, just gross. Bed was not comfortable. Room was by pool and was extremely noisy.

It was not so great. Bathroom floor was very durty, hair all over. No chairs or table to sit at. Barely any counter space for our items used during shower. Outside was a huge mess. Weeds and trash. Probably not stopping again or recommending to friends or family.

The room had bugs everywhere. While most were dead, we did find live bugs too. They did move us to a different room but couldn’t sleep all night knowing what we saw in the other room. We could not cancel the room and move to a different hotel because we booked through a third party “hotels.com”. After driving all day we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Obviously that did not happen. We felt a little helpless because we were unable to find a number to call hotels.com. All their instructions gave us was the number to the bug ridden hotel we were staying at. We learned not to use hotels.com and still had to paid full price for the disgusting room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were however extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of this place. We walked into our room and it smelled like it had been smoked in, the floor was disgusting. There was food all over it and you can tell it haven’t been properly mopped in a long while. We didn’t dare walk around without shoes because the one time we did our feet were dirty.

We stayed one night here, for the room, hospitality, cleanliness of both room and hotel building to what we paid for the night I would say we got a pretty good deal. For what I paid for our visit I wasn’t expecting anything too fancy but I was shocked by the entire hotel. The staff from checking in to the breakfast staff were all very professional and nice. Check in was very smooth and fast. Our room was very clean and spacious. The only thing i would ding was that the queen beds were actually fulls but we still fit. The pool was nice and the courtyard was also a nice touch. I would definitely recommend to people and would book again here in the future.

The only complaint I have is some guests played in the pool (which was right outside of my room) well after 10pm and kept up a lot of noise. Other than that, the property was great. The only other minor issue I had was the ceiling above the shower itself was very low and I kept hitting it. But that’s more of a minor setback. Overall, great property and I’ll certainly be back!

Check-in was easy & quick. Staff was helpful in answering questions. Room was clean. Some mildew around the tub that if taken care of now, will ward off later problems. There was tissue stuffed in the door peephole & in a ceiling tile where a hole was cut too large, which we thought was odd. Mattress will need replacing soon as there is a large dip in the middle. Beautiful bedroom furniture.

Pictures make it look way nicer than it really is. Layout is a little different but with the open concourse, it made for a louder/echoey visit. Our room furnace was terribly loud and had it not been 11pm when we noticed it, we would’ve asked for a different room. Had to use ear plugs to somewhat block out the noise but the fan on it sounded like rain or hail falling on a tin roof and we could not turn the fan feature off. Old furniture and lamps where the bulbs we barely hanging on in the socket of the lamp. We really just needed the room to sleep and leave so it worked for that.

Large enough room but the tv is small versus the distance to the bed. There isn’t an ice machine on the 2nd floor and the elevator is on the other side of the building. We are off the pool and it’s very humid, my husband is on oxygen and this wasn’t the best option of a room for us. There is only one plug in on either side of the bed and his oxygen needs to be plugged in but the plug is at the very edge of the frame and hardly fit, so the plug in on the other side couldn’t be used. We couldn’t have our phone next to us for this reason. The bed is a king bed but the pillows are the size of a couch pillow. The lobby had a horrible burning smell. I will not pick this hotel in the future.

Needs to update badly. Carpet worn and shredding. Not enough bedside outlets. My husband and I both use CPAP machines, there was no clock in the room, the furniture is in need of replacing. It was clean, but just needs some work to meet minimum standards for today’s travelers.

Very comfortable beds. Loved the two lighted mirrors in bathroom. Larger rooms however our room was missing a leisure chair in the corner. The manager made it right and brought us a chair. Receptionist did not address our concerns about online pictures not matching room. Hot breakfast choices good, but no fruit or pastries. Staff was very nice.

Staff 100%! Super nice and accomodating. The pool area is lovely but was dirty. I felt bad for the staff because there were trashy guests. However, they do need to keep communal areas like the pool clean for all guests.

I requested late checkout 1 hour after reservation and was told on the phone that it would be fine without an extra charge, however housekeeping knocked on my door two times in that hour and then i was charged 25 dollars extra for the late checkout. The front desk told me on the phone that noon would be complimentary. It wasn't even worth the extra charge because I was distrubed twice and called once. The bar and restaurant is a nice option at this hotel though.

The air in my room did not work. Upon my mother approaching the front desk with this concern as well as my husband they were both met with attitudes & the only solution they were given were 3 box fans of which only 2 worked. The toilet did not work so we had to leave our room every time we had to use the restroom. I requested to speak with a manager multiple times and was given the run around because there was not one on site for some reason. I spent $234 with an extra $50 deposit trying to give my daughter a good birthday staycation for a night and this was the joke of a hotel I experienced. We’ve stayed here many time before it was supposedly sold and it was NOTHING like this. The staff acted unconcerned, rude and lacked all forms of hospitality. Their only concern was to keep money flowing in.

Midnight shift clerk rude and disrespectful, even after a man entered our room at 11pm, with a key! We were both assigned to the same room, hours apart! No apology and accepted no responsibility. Very disappointing experience.

We were on hotel #5 in 6 nights. Our expectations were low and our pockets light. From the second we pulled into the very well light parking lot we were impressed. We entered the lobby and were greeted by the very lovely Kristina. She was just getting ready to end her shift but greeted us enthusiastically! She was so cheerful and helpful. Recognizing the look of exhaustion on us she told us to take the elevator instead of the stairs; because it was close to our room anyway. She also encouraged us to take a cookie for our walk down the hall. When we arrived at the room we both said this is the nicest room we'd been in all week. As the sun shone in our window this morning we agreed it was the best nights sleep we'd had this trip. Breakfast was so impressive with tons of options: I appreciated the lucky charms and sausage and my friend was all in on the French toast. I even grabbed an oatmeal cream pie for the road. On our way out the door, I'm assuming it was the manager, was standing near the front desk. He greeted us and asked us if we enjoyed our stay. What a refreshing staff and establishment! The value was excellent! They really set us up for a great day to return home.

Beautiful facility, looks like it would be fantastic for a wedding or business conference. Well maintained, clean, helpful staff,. Dinner at in house restaurant, 1 hundred, was great. Crispy fries, cool music. Complimentary breakfast was well done and abundant.

Check-in was fast and easy. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was noisy making it hard to sleep. Breakfast was not so good. Out of scrambled eggs. No napkins so attendant brought roll of paper towels. Every table was dirty and trash cans were disgusting (no trash can liners).

We stayed on New Year’s Eve. Lots of loud kids running around the pool area, not many adults supervising them so that was a bit annoying. The restaurant was amazing - really great food and drinks and reasonably priced. Overall we had no issues, was a good hotel, would stay again.
