Did not plow drive or parking spots causing dangerous conditions and the pool was way over chlorinated then closed the following day causing very very very disappointed grandchildren. I came all the way from Arizona to treat my grandchildren to a fun filled time only to be very let down. Beds were very comfortable however.

Always very quiet when staying there, courteous and very knowledgeable staff. Very easy parking, especially if you have a trailer. Handy location it is. All was very clean and up to date.

Quiet -even though building is close to truck stops & interstate rooms are quiet. The entire facility; lobby, pool, exercise room, dining room are clean. Easy access from interstate. Pleasant staff. My room was very large. Used computer in lobby and able to print several pages. Speedy internet.

One elevator was out of service and the ice machine on our floor was out of service. Neither of these issues really affected my stay but they make me think that the property isn’t valued enough by corporate to ensure it’s cared for.

Perfect for one night stay with a family. The pool was a great addition for the kids. The only issues were the shower rod was bent so water got all over and the mattress was pretty old or cheap so it wasn’t a great sleep. I wouldn’t want to stay for more than one night at a time though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful however the hotel is showing its age. There were stains on the carpets in the hallway and on the shower curtain. The stand up corner lamp had an odd tilt, just basically enduring is getting old and worn.

There was hair in the tub, the carpet was dirty and overall, just didn't feel clean. The window valance was falling off the wall, the TV was dangling crooked off the wall and there was just an overall sense that it was not well cared for.

Fairly easy to get to from I-80. The room smelled like smoke covered up with air freshener. We had requested 1st floor when I made reservations and when we checked in all they had was a room on the 3rd floor. xc.cov up.covered up

Just passing thru so we only stayed one night. Only two things that weren't perfect. The ac only had high or off. So freeze or sweat to death. Also thin walls & a fighting couple next door. Not the hotels fault tho

When my husband and I had left the hotel I realized I had left some necessary food items in a small cooler in the fridge of our room. I called the hotel and told them we would be coming back through in a few days and could they hold onto it for me. They let me know they had found it and would place it in their breakfast fridge until we came to get it. They were so sweet and helpful. Thank you!

We never made it to this property. There was a huge storm and made the roads unsafe for travel. When I called and spoke with an employee and explained the person was VERY RUDE about the whole thing. Expedia called the manager and asked for a waiver and they refused. I paid extra for the insurance through Expedia and I’m having to jump through hoops to get my money back. Sorry, I don’t know if the hotel is clean but I do know that these people lack compassion for a mother driving with 4 kids across a country with a trailer. I wasn’t going to risk my kids life driving through that storm for the price of that room.

EXPEDIA screwed this up. I booked the room in June for an October date, they charge my card and NEVER notified the motel. The girl at the front desk was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and got the situation fixed. The staff at this motel were all very courteous and professional. The motel was clean, the rooms were big and everything was spotless. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good with numerous selections hot and cold. We have stayed here several times in the past and will continue to do so. I definitely recommend this motel.

The stay was good overall, but one was at the front desk when I checked in. I had to shout “Is anyone here?” to get service. I have stayed here twice and this has happened each time. What is so enticing in the back rooms that the desk attendant isn’t present to meet and greet customers? I mean we’re only the people who keep the hotel in business.😒

Hotel is easily accessible, and right off interstate. The staff was wonderful. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Like the room, the bathroom was very clean, and it was also very large. Lots of clean towels and soaps. The only problem we ran into was the gentlemen’s club next door. The music (bass) made it impossible to sleep. Based on other reviews, we asked to switch rooms to the opposite side of building, and our request was honored with no hassle. This was at 11:00 p.m. I would definitely stay here again, but I would request a room on the east side of the building. The noisy club next door will probably be a deterrent for people to stay here, and that’s a shame, because all the other positives outweigh the one negative.

The hotel was great for its price! Beds were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was great! Not the BEST hotel I've stayed in, but for the price, it's a good choice. FYI, there is a strip club right behind the hotel, so if you're a parent, just be aware of that.

I liked the convenient stop off the freeway, with gas stations, McDonald's nearby. Not so liked was the truck traffic and confusing traffic lights in the area. Also, parking areas in back lighting doesn't give you a feeling of security, it's location attracts lower-class type people. The lobby seems cold, doesn't provide a warm, restful place, but I would stay there again.
