Convenient restaurant & bar inside. Inside pool even though the water was cold. Room wasn't what i reserved. Ceiling has horrible patchwork from water damage.

Exhaust fan did not work. No electric outlet in bathroom, spiders, poor lighting in bedroom, bar was closed, outside facility was trashy & saw roaches. They charged and hold $25 for incidentals on your credit card and takes around 4 days to get your money back!

We had trouble at check in. Booked on Expedia, but hotel also took credit card and it looks like they've charged me for the room as well at a higher rate. She said they charge it then it is taken off your credit card. Doesn't make sense and as far as I know it hasn't been credited yet. We had booked a 2 bed suite and were sent to one, but it hadn't been made up yet that late in the day. So returned to lobby and a new room was assigned which wasn't a suite, but we really didn't care about that. We really liked the bar and dining option at the hotel. We appreciated not having to get in the car and go out again. Hotel and rooms were clean and shower had nice hot water and great water pressure. Good for the weary traveler.

Overall i had a good stay, the breakfast was subpar. Both in food selection and in quality. Also parking was very difficult. Often times there were trucks with trailers taking multiple spaces. Making it more difficult to find a space or park safely

The beds were very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The indoor pool was freezing cold and did not circulate well which caused the water to be a bit murky. The area around the pool was dirty as well towels left everywhere dirt and outlet covers missing from plugs. The first room we were given the floors were so sticky we had to be moved to another room.

Wonderful hotel. I stay here 2-3 times a year. This time I had my two dogs. My 2 complaints are : the doggie bag trash outside needs emptying- overflowing. And they put us next to another room with dog. My dog barked every time he heard the other dog so they just egged each other on. Maybe spread them out?

Well. I am sure the was a day this place was a great option. We had tile falling of wall. Cracks in the tub. Room wasn’t bad but we couldn’t get an extra towel. The over hotel was just dirty. Elevator pretty nasty. Lobby was gross. Staff. Super friendly but you can tell management is dropping the ball. For almost $200 a night was expecting better.

We have stayed at this property before. At this time, it was little things that we noticed- like the bedspread was dirty, the faucet on the bathroom sink was so loose It seemed like it was going to fall out, cord to roll up the blind was broken. It just seems like little things were adding up, still of the location of this property

The room wasn’t clean and the liens weren’t looking clean! The hotel description stated breakfast available! BUT NO CHEIF WAS AVAILABLE!!! I’m a Hilton Honors Member Award; BUT THIS HILTON HOTEL WAS VERY POORLY MANAGED !!!!

The hotel was mostly clean and modern. The coffee makers in our rooms were dusty and did not appear to be clean. This hotel did not offer breakfast. Would have been nice if they offered breakfast type items in the canteen area

The room was standard and adequate, but when we discovered that we were assigned to a room where the bed sheets had not been changed and were dirty, we were appalled. The front desk responded quickly by offering us a new (and clean) room but they never offered an apology, and it was very unnerving to stay in a hotel with such low standards for cleanliness, and it greatly affected our satisfaction.

Upon check-in I was given a handicap room which is different from a regular room. The person at the front desk said that was all they had left. The electronic curtain did not work so I couldn't put the curtain up to let some light into the room. The bed sheets and of the towels had hair in them. When I returned to my room after attending the event I was in town for. (after 11 pm) There was very loud music playing somewhere. The front desk attendant said it was coming from the club across the street but it sounds like it's coming from a from a room here in the hotel. It is now after 1 am and the music is still playing. This is totally ridiculous!

Really loved the comfortable bed and great tv. Room was spacious and chairs comfortable too. The carpet could have used some spot cleaning. We had some trouble figuring out the ac which was actually controlled by a thermostat and a lovely, pleasant young woman came and demonstrated how easy it actually was. Plan to stay at this Hilton again.

Our TV didn't work, and we were unable to get anyone to come help us with it. We asked for more towels and were told to find someone in housekeeping on our floor. We never did get the towels because the person I found didn't have any. The person at the front desk was nice, but not particularly helpful.

The television, curtains and telephone did not work. Told there was nothing that could be fixed and no room to move us to. Night shift told me they would comp breakfast and morning shift had no idea about it. Extremely disappointing to not have anything in the room work. Additionally guests are never to be booked in a room without a working telephone as a safety precaution. Extremely disappointed in the conditions and lack of response and assistance.

The front desk clerk was rude at check in. There was no coffee made at check in. When I came back down an hour later coffee was still not ready. The coffee creamer was empty in the lobby. There were flies everywhere at the coffee station. The room was clean enough. I would pick a different hotel if I were to go back to this area.

Nothing terrible about the hotel, just for the similar price at other Birmingham hotels, it was a let down. While fairly clean, there was just a lot more wear and tear than I was expecting. Minor, but both mornings when I came down for coffee, it was cold and gross both days.

The property seemed a bit old and could use some care. The deal around our shower needed resealing and I had to fix the washroom sink drain stopper myself. The bar tender knew nothing about wine and the food/drink menu was out of date with no clear substitutes, until we pushed on a wine substitute.

I was not pleased with the charge for breakfast, 14.60 on top of that! Continental breakfast has always been free anywhere I’ve ever stayed. I won’t use this chain again due to that fact and not to mention it was never told to me that I would be charged.
