It was easy to get to from the Interstate. The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean. It was quite even with the airport close by. The only negative thing was the 4th floor was super warm but nothing that would prevent me from staying again.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. The only feedback I would have is the hall ways are extremely hot. I think of housekeeping staff as they work and it’s at least 82+ degrees

It was a nice hotel, it was clean and easily accessible to where I needed to be. They had a good breakfast with waffles, sweet breads, cereal, eggs, yogurt and juices. The only complaint I had, but this is it alot of hotels, was noise between rooms. Need a few more parking spaces too.

Hampton Inn are one of my favorite hotels whenever I travel I try to stay there what attracts me to the hotel is that has a really decent or excellent bedding which is a top priority for me because at times I travel I’m tired but we drove seven hours from Redding, California to Madera. We were tired got into the room. The bed was very uncomfortable very hard almost like a boxspring, but we were so tired. We fell asleep next morning. I told the agent on board she said she would let her manager know.

I didn't like how check in states at 3 pm. Reserved this hotel because my family and I were comming from 3 hours away. When we arrived they said rooms were not going to be ready until about 4:30 pm. This was very frusruating because all we wanted to do was rest and get ready for an event. My sister is pregnant and had to literally wait in there lobby with pain until they gave us the rooms. I understand if they are short staffed but if check in is at 3 pm that should be it. We asked for a discount because of the delay and said they cannot do no discount. I will not be staying in this hotel anymore.

I walked in and the gal at the front desk was very friendly and quick. She answered all my questions with a real smile and patience. Room was clean, hotel is near airport, and away from all the downtown loud commotion, quiet, feels great to be here. I’d stay here again.
