Staff not so friendly, wouldnt give extra towels (towels old and dirty looking) tv going bad, didnt feel the cleanist or the best place to park vehicle...but it works if you need a place to sleep

It wasn't all bad the room was ok waat i didn't like was one of the washing machines was broken and they knew it and didn’t have a sign on it saying it wasn't working and they didn’t give me the money back even though they knew it was not working

I was very disappointed. The restroom was dirty. The blankets were dirty. I realize that this is not a higher end motel/ hotel. But this place truly needs some TLC. The chair in the room was filthy. There was something that had been splattered all over the shower wall. The shower was dirty itself. The towel rack had dust and webs. The toilet was dirty. The base boards were filthy. The stand where the the tv is is so neat up on the bottom. The curtains didn't open on one side.

There was no rubber strips or rubber mat in the bathtub, and I slipped and fell inside the tub. Also, the hotel maid did not make the beds or throw the trash, although she/he did provide clean towels.

It was a really dirty room, 1. me and my wife noticed the floor as soon as we walked in the room wasn’t swept/mopped. 2. there was human pieces of clipped nails in between the bed and side table on the right side 3. Couch on corner was stained all over 4. Dust all over the TV and table/desk

It was definitely a 2 star hotel. Badly in need of fixing up. The room didn't even have Kleenex. The walls in places need filling in with plaster and then painting. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was friendly room was clean. Only thing I have a complaint was I was woke in the early morning hours. Someone’s music upstairs was blasting they were yelling and disturbing the whole hotel.

Please be aware you have a 3 hour window after check in to arrive. If you can't arrive within the check in time, they will cancel your reservation without a refund. Not the place for a tourists that is traveling through California.

We stayed for one night.i would say,that was terrible experience.nothing there ,was satisfactening,the ac and bathroom fan,sounds like a taking off boeing !the guy at reception was very rude . There is nothing good about this place.

It was a wonderful room, they honored my hotel insurance of holding my room. The paint appeared new with furniture in excellent condition. The room was so very clean, they provided shower shampoo, conditioner and wash. It was great to see the new microwave and new small refrigerator, since seeing the last few reviews, they did not mention. The bedding was very clean and they provided four pillows for the bed. The floors were just mopped and we are very happy that we stayed in the hotel. We were really impressed with the cleanliness and the hotel night manager, who was very respectful and kind to us. They deserve all the business that comes their way. They serve no breakfast, but Denny's next door and if you want you can drive to Madera to many fast food places and a huge Walmart to purchase breakfast to microwave. The food truck that they list as highly rated on street in back, is also excellent Indian food. Only complaint is that ther Naam is kind of pricey, http://goldenpunjabfresno.com , but food was delicious. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you.
