Location is convenient. Room was clean but our thermostat did NOT work. We were ROASTING in our room at 74/75* our whole 2 night stay. Plus, the bed was quite hard. We were UNABLE to sleep much our first night there. The pool water temperature was perfect but there were no towels next to the pool even though we informed the front desk SEVERAL times that all the towels were gone. The elevator was out of service so we had to lug all of our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs every time. Plus, the hallway thermostats were set to 74*. The breakfast was decent. Overall the property was very clean but the customer service left a lot to be desired.

We stayed for three nights. The room was very comfortable for a family of 5. The pool and exercise room were nice. We really enjoyed our breakfast options. There was a washer and dryer which we were able to use with our stay.

Our room was spacious for us a family of five. The pool was room temperature and the jacuzzi was a plus. This our second time staying here so we already had an idea what we expected from this hotel. And we weren’t disappointed. We see more stays in the future.

The one problem I have had is the elevator has Ben out of order. I asked the clerks there and they it will be out for a couple of months. I’m just hoping they will be able of get it fixed because I have a bad knee.

Awesome stay. Comfy beds, kitchenette, big bathroom, nice pool outside. Thy can work on variety of available food for breakfasts. But that is not that big deal compared the rest. Would recommend a lot

A lot of dust and hair in cubby storage under bathroom sink. Swimming pool is closed for refurbishing according to a posted sign. Picture on website makes the room look spacious. Room was very small. Check in attendant took 40.00 from my debit to cover any incidentals according to her. There wasn’t any waters left in our room which was one example she used as an incedental to drink. She stated the money would be put back in my account as long as I didn’t drink the waters. Very weird. Only two luggage carts in lobby to carry luggage to room. We ended up carrying our luggage up because they couldn’t find the carts.

While this hotel was a little north of Fresno, it had direct access to the highway. Very comfortable, very spacious. Breakfast was good, and the staff even checked to make sure you didn't need more before they started to clean up. Walls between rooms are a bit thin, but we had a rody bunch next to us.

Hotel receptionist was awesome when it came to check in and just generally being pleasant. The property was also nice, in an out of the way area off the highway. There’s a Black Bear Diner next door which was super convenient. Room was great too; spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. One of my best hotel experiences

It was great BUT we couldn’t hook up our AppleTV. Also the tv sucked. When we did try to hook up the AppleTV, it would only be on full blast volume. Either remote would not work the volume.

Terrible service!!! Arrived late on a Friday night just for them to say “ sorry we’re overbooked “ yet I called a day before to notify them my situation! They “ tried” searching for another hotel and send us an ugly inn where we had to pay another fee and did not feel safe.

This is a hotel that is convent and clean. It’s right off the freeway and was noisy all night. The staff at the front desk did their job and never looked up from the computer. The housekeeping staff were friendly and wished us a good day. This hotel was clean and a good place to rest after our camping in Yosemite.

The elevators did not work throughout our stay and the staff were not helpful. The elevators were out several days before we arrived yet they failed to notify us ahead of our arrival. We are seniors, which made the whole experience more difficult.

This Overall Stay was amazing! The area was peaceful which helped as well , but my favorite thing was the customer service from the staff. Chris was able to work in a respectable manner and made sure I was well taken care of ! Chris was extremely helpful during my stay. Would recommend this hotel always!

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. My bed was super comfortable, I did have to cover the alarm clock and the crack under the door because it was bright, but that’s to be expected in a hotel. The area is hard because you are right off of the freeway, so not very walkable. Not many vegan options at the breakfast, but again that’s expected when staying in a hotel. If I ever work in the same area, I will stay here again.

The hotel is newer and the room was very nice with a separate sitting area with a desk and day bed. My only complaint is that the closet was locked and there were no hooks or any place to hang a coat or anything else. The breakfast provided was very good, one of the best in our travel experience, with scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels or English muffins. The hot cooked oatmeal was great with many toppings. The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere. The hotel and a Black Bear Diner back up to a freeway with a huge vacant lot in front and a medical complex on the other side of the vacant lot. There is nothing close by unless you are there for medical services.

Nice room with everything you need . Microwave and refrigerator . Sofa couch with bed was a plus . Bed was comfortable with extra comforter in the closet . Good location near 99 exit .Big Bear Restaurant next door . Breakfast was okay . Coffee was cold and was out of cream . Burger King and Carl’s Jr near by also Gas and liquor stores. Nice Swimming pool and jacuzzi it has privacy wall around it . Friendly staff.

It was a very pleasant stay. Staff was kind & courteous. The breakfast was fantastic-large selection to appease most anyone. They even had turkey sausage patties too accompany the scrabbled eggs. I'm not a cold cereal eater but there was a nice variety. The oatmeal looked hearty and the bagels would've been great with the selection of toppings available. Checking in/out was a breeze. I'd recommend this place & would stay again.
