Nice inside, most staff very friendly. One guy on reception wasn't interested in doing any work and met him first on entry, worst first impression, curly haired chap, avoid him. Clean room. Busy with airport crew. Have to pay extra for parking £12 per night. Nice buffet at a good price of £19.95 Breakfast reasonable but very busy with airline staff.

Close to Gatwick. Good sized gym, nice check in, glad the room had air con and the ability to open windows for fresh air. I think overnight parking should be free for hotel guests.

Quick overnight between flights. Slight problem at check in as the computer went down but we were immediately given a free drinks voucher and led to the bar to wait, then once sorted, the key was brought to us. Room absolutely perfect - a king sized bed and 2 singles. Included breakfast was great, and given the price we paid for the room, it was a real bargain. Would 100% recommend. Shuttle bus to/from airport was handy, and cost £5 pp each way.

Worth every penny. I purchased access to the lounge and i wish it was available longer than 2 hours because you get free snacks and drinks but everything else was amazing. The food was great and staff was friendly

Single EV charging point was occupied from the time we arrived around 9pm to the time we needed to leave in the morning (by the same car). Having a booking system and 1 hour slots rather than 'first come first served' with only a single charging point. I informed the front desk staff, but he was not particularly interested, could have suggested a nearby charging station it would have been something...this is going to be a common problem with more EV's.

One night stay just to catch early flight out of Gatwick. - Very convenient since it is the last stop on the airport shuttle bus (about 20 min ride). We could not have breakfast but the dinner menu was great..

We was arriving quite late as been on a flight booked a twin room only told when we got there there’s no twin rooms left so I ended up with a double which wasn’t overly convenient for us The rims were big comfortable clean excellent bathroom facilities lovely tray of drinks are only complain was we didn’t get the right type of room be prepared to pay for parking which seems a shame when the rooms are obviously not overly cheap and then have to pay £12 parking car for the evening

Not the greatest hotel to stay for a full business week. Great breakfast but for the rest outdated hotelrooms. Dirty carpet and cold smelly room. Bed was not changed in 3 days, just put the duvets back in place. Very small room when with a big suitcase not much space to open your Stuff. Great receptionist (blond lady)

The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was incredibly clean and tidy. Would highly recommend staying in there if you’re in the area. There was also a large choice of gluten-free options on the restaurants menu, which was ideal for my wife

Firstly, all the staff were very nice and friendly……special mention to the breakfast team. However, the room was particularly disappointing, it was very worn and dated. It was also very small and the bath was not an average size. It had a shower overhead which we had problems getting hot water from , so had to have a bath instead. The toilet door when closed wouldn’t open, and my husband spent 10 minutes trying to get out…..which eventually he did, and we spent the rest of the time having to leave the door open. On the positive side, the food was good and varied and all the staff were pleasant.

The hotel was nice and convenient for the airport. The only reason I have for marking it down a star is that the air conditioning just didn’t work throughout the hotel. We asked for a fan in the room as it was so hot which was provided quickly. When I mentioned it again at check out I was advised they have to set the temperature throughout the entire hotel. Apparently the week before when it was cooler people were too cold so they turned the temperature setting up. Surely each room should be able to individually control the temperature? This is the UK and temperatures fluctuate. There’s a control panel on the wall yet it does nothing. Please sort it out, people don’t pay £150-£200 for a room to not be able to sleep.

The room was so cold, the air con was flashing with ‘filter needs cleaning’ on screen, could not sleep because of the cold- even got up and had a bath to try and warm up but just couldn’t get warm. Reception said they would speak to manager but we have heard nothing

Great hotel and great location for the airport. Great service and all good but ….. one thing ….. no plug sockets at the head of the bed. I use a CPAP machine which meant we had to trail cables across the room.

Should not be a 4 star property with those paper thin walls! We had a terrible nights sleep before our flight that ruined me for a couple days! I messaged the property after to complain and ask for refund because I was so angry about it and still never heard anything back from them! I had to listen to some couple talking clear as day in a normal voice way past midnight and get up at 4:30 to get to gatwick, no way that is acceptable it sounded like they were in my room! Don’t stay there unless you want to risk it?! If someone from the hotel had contacted me about my complaint then perhaps they could have avoided having this review for all to see, really lame!

There should be concierge service to assists guests to take luggage to rooms and down . This service was lacking , there should be dedicated staff for this , front desk staff were very cooperative and courteous.

We reached early around 11 because of the flight and the front staff (Himani) was very helpful. She tried to get us a room early as it was earlier than the checkout time she offered us the complimentary drinks but since we had to leave the hotel for lunch, she offered to store our baggage before we checked in. She assured that our family room would be ready before we come back which was going to be late in the evening. We came back to the hotel around 9:30 and Soumya helped us with quick checkin. Himani went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast had good variety and good options for vegetarians. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The room was impressive and well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. My only disappointed Is the lack of interest from the reception team. On each encounter the experience was not personal and instead seemed to be A Chore. I was also disappointed That I checked in as one adult with Two young Children, 2 large suitcases and 4 Bags and Struggled to my room (allocated at the furthest point of the corridor from reception on floor 3) and was offered no help, or to store any of the bags for me to return later to get. Also on departure The receptionist was disinterested sadly. The lady who waited on us at dinner was fantastic though and very friendly.

The hotel is advertised as ‘Gatwick airport’ but in fact, it’s about a 10-15 min drive to the airport. We did use the shuttle service on the morning we were flying out, but it was expensive from the station to the hotel itself. Room was comfortable.

Nice hotel but a bit far from Gatwick which is less than ideal as you are relying on a cab to actually turn up, ours was 25mins late. Just bear this in mind, there is no bus

All night there were really loud noises that were very loud and would wake you up. We had to leave early in the morning so I had put my room service tag out so breakfast could be available for the kids while we got ready. It was never collected so we had no breakfast. When we called the front desk to complain they were really dismissive.

Hotel reception, bar and breakfast areas were good and the breakfast options were great. However the staff were not as attentive at Breakfast as expected in such a high standard hotel. The coffee machine was always being emptied of products and always running out of cups to use and it was difficult to access the additional items on the menu. The bar and restaurant food was very good and we enjoyed a lovely evening in the bar with family for drinks. The rooms were small but adequate, but could do with a little TLC regarding painting, renew the showers with a better performing shower. Cleaning staff of the room was excellent and ensured the room was cleaned regularly. The beds was very comfortable with great pillows and I enjoyed a good night sleep.
