Couple loss plug in room. All staff were excellent Not happy we had to pay extra to park

No time for breakfast but all was fab as usual

Firstly overpriced. Basic rooms Amhet price is for 3/4 star. Room no water to drink and staff were so u helpful. Everything was rushed like we were Sadinesehich of curse we understand we would only be booking to catch flight early hrs but surely good customer care is needed. Holiday Hiltons the way to go

Our key concerns re the property: - We may have missed it when we confirmed our booking, but when we arrived we found there was a GBP 12.00 parking charge. This seems very high given the cost of the room. - The room was unbearably hot, and even after adjusting the thermostat it stayed hot all night. - The room smelled like it had previously been a smoking room; it was very musty. - Finally, we had dinner in the restaurant and it was appalling. *My son ordered a pizza, and even though it was only 7ish pm, they had run out of pizzas. *I ordered a steak; it was GBP32 on the menu, and came out cold and overcooked. *My husband ordered a burger; the patty was the size of a beef slider, and was so overcooked he actually had to use a steak knife to cut it. Also on the burger was one slice of tomato, and one slice of lettuce. It was shocking for the price, particularly as it was almost inedible. I will say the service in the restaurant was very friendly, but the food was terrible. The ibll for the steak, two burgers, two glasses of wine, and a non-alco' beer was GBP 99.00.

Reception and restaurant staff were lovely, my children really appreciated the Easter egg.
