Rooms dated - more like an Inn. Not a lot of parking. Elevators not serviced and not clean - windows from elevator to hallway filthy. Looks like they ensure everything is clean in the foyer and then let you lose to your room and it’s dirty

When this hotel was built, it was obviously quite a high-end hotel. The indoor atrium with all the balconies for the rooms is still quite impressive. They have done a renovation recently, and did a very nice job. However, they left the original tub that has rust and chips out of it. Also, the atrium furnishings are needed to be cleaned or replaced. I never can understand why a hotel can’t keep things up. We were only there for one night, but all in all it was a good experience. The bed was extremely comfortable!

Mostly everything except the area near the pool. My wife slipped on wet floor. There was lots of water on the floor. Need more mats, one mat is not enough. The sign was facing the wrong way or it was moved before she slipped.

This hotel was a little disappointing. The room was clean but it smelled a little mildewy. The beds were very comfortable but they had metal base that made noise if we moved. The pool was dirty and green so we were not able to enjoy it after a long hot ride. The breakfast was soso. They offered donuts, bagel but no cream cheese, waffles, cereal, and premade breakfast sandwich. The lady working in this area was very helpful.

The hotel was under remodel. Dirty and urine soiled mattresses stacked in common area. Quality of workmanship poor in the room. Staff was pleasant.

It was perfect. Staff was amazing! Breakfast was amazing and the pool was perfect!! Room was great! Our room had floors and NO carpet which made me very happy Even used the laundry facilities and the gym. We stayed 5 nights. I’d stay there again for sure!!

This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever been to in my life! I walked into our room and it smelled horrific. The walls were filthy, like never been washed filthy. The plug ins were not screwed into the wall properly (such a safety hazard) The baseboards were filthy. I don't think the room had been properly cleaned in months. The safe didn't work! When we asked about it, we were told "I don't know about the safe" We were told they never get complaints about their hotel but I find that hard to believe. We were with a bunch of other people (5 rooms total) and 2 others in our group even had cockroaches in their rooms! Nobody slept with their lights on and didn't sleep in the sheets. Stained sheets, cigarette burns, disgusting. DO NOT stay here!

Hotel is next to an abandoned bank, homeless are living there. Originally had a king room, spiders were in and on the bed. The curtains had holes all over the black out curtain, mold in bathroom. Moved to another room, bathroom was not much better. Hallways smelt of way too much air freshener, someone is trying too hard to get rid of the old mold smell.

Floor felt like a movie theater, dirty and sticky,bathroom had brown stains on the door-jam, a lamp didn’t work, extra door lock was loose and corroded, lots of corroded fixtures extra. Didn’t want to stay the night, much less sleep in the beds but it was late and had no choice. Picked the hotel because the Quality Inn’s from our town are fairly clean and are a nice budget options. This was not up to standard at all. Skipped the free breakfast because was concerned about cleanliness.

Property was in need of a good clean and repair. Flooring in elevator cracked . Outside looks good but inside not so great. Floors in room sticky . Top sheet on bed had stains , staff did replace when we pointed it out. TV in room had scratches on it .place is just a bit run down . Couldn’t change us to another room when we pointed out the issue because we had booked through a third party . Air conditioning smelly , had to turn it off due to smell. Breakfast was very limited and small . I guess for the price , you get what you pay for

The staff was very kind but the room had a smell, had a few bugs around, one of the comforters had a blood stain on it, and the shower didn’t drain well. It was just in rough shape for the cost of the hotel.

Room was decent if your passing through for a night. Don’t get a room near the elevator tons of noise from people running kids like little monsters. No fresh coffee in the morning. The hotel looks like it’s in a revamp might have some potential. Bed was alright pillows sucked super flat like normal. You would figure spending $8 per room for pillows isn’t a big deal but hey oh well.

I called the day before to request early check in, the young lady said that would be fine. I get there to check in and she says there’s a $20 fee to check in early? I mentioned that she did not tell me that the day before when i called(it was the same person)… she ended up waving it which i appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable , but be aware that it is right next to the interstate, so be prepared to hear the traffic and honking all night.

We get there and it is is very out dated. The the alarm clock was broken and could be set at all. They brought me 2 other ones that were also broken. When they brought it to me you could tell you could see the buttons were broken inside at least the last one we could at least set the time so we could know what time it was. Hair dryer didn't work. They could have had more lights or better Lighting in there. Only that light in the entrance was set to a light switch. All the other lights in the room you had to go and actually turn them on physically. In the bed was on a frame that moved around so anytime you sat down the bed moved you laid down the bed moved. There is no vent or at least if there was it was not working in the shower area. The pictures make it look like it's nice but it's very outdated and almost on the verge of being more ghetto the nice. The staff is friendly but it seems to be lacking common sense

While the hotel looked fairly new, when you look close, there was rust in the tub, cracked and chipped paint, and the bed was so hard I couldn’t sleep comfortably. And that’s not even the worst of it; the room smelled of smoke so badly. I was exhausted and it was late so I didn’t complain, and just went to bed.

The hotel is very old but only sort of maintained. My door stuck and in the middle of night mode air conditioner front fell on the floor and woke me up. Everyone who worked there was nice however

Booked room through hotel.com and took hrs to check in due to hotel claims couldn’t get their funds even though room was paid for..after checking in, still was called several times while with family about pymt..once received the room, room was very smelly, linen dingy and nightstand drawers wouldn’t stay closed..hotel appearance is very deceptive compare to actual appearance!

The room was AMAZING! There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower and a pretty decent sized bathtub. The water was actually warm unlike most hotels. Breakfast was pretty good too. The front desk staff was really nice. The only thing is the cleaning lady was rushing us out of our room before the time was even reached. I got this room for a Comic Con and couldn’t even fully get ready due too this. She knocked once an hour before the check out time then 30 minutes later.

THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY FRIENDLY. OUR TV IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK. THE BREAKFAST WAS ADEQUATE. HOWEVER, WE WERE DOUBLE CHARGED FOR THE ROOM. I AM WAITING FOR THE CHARGE TO DROP OFF MY BANK ACCOUNT WHICH PUT US IN A BIND FINANCIALLY.

The only thing that was less than perfect, is something the hotel has no control over. Because the business next door is shuttered, the access road to the hotel wasn't as welcoming as I'm sure it would be if the bank was still in business.

The general area was kinda rough/ shady. The staff was competent and professional. The breakfast was pretty solid & they let our kids swim past the posted time. The room was well insulated but we did hear some traffic noise being so close to the freeway.

Hotel was a little difficult to get to. The drive to entrance is around a closed run down building. The area seemed a bit sketchy. The bed was comfortable but room run down and carpet felt dirty. No closet door or covering, bedding had old cigarette burns, roach in bathroom. We arrived at 8p exhausted from a 10hr drive. All in all it was a bed for the night but I would not stay again.

This is a great place for a quick trip. The breakfast was good they had egg, sausage, waffles, pastries, toast and cereals. The rooms are comfortable and decent. The staff is super sweet!
