Booked this hotel as not expensive and centrally located (about 20 min walk from old and Spanish quarters). Nice, clean and modern hotel but rooms a little on the small side (just enough space for a double bed) although did have separate bathroom. Pleasant room for breakfast that had a good choice, although no hot food.

This hoyel was more than expected. It was supposed to be a 1 nighter, on the way. It really impressed us. Staff courtesy is maximal, they really pyt an effort in making you feel welcome. The room is quite small as the halls and 'make shift"elevator, but that subsides as you roll in and make comfrortable. Breakdast on the top floor terrace is very nice and tasty with an assortment to choose from while viewing the rural life (you see the close rooftops)

The hotel is in a renovated building with the area surrounding the hotel looking a little rundown but that's how much of Naples is. Everything in the hotel worked, the hot water was hot, all the plumbing was working, the sheets and towels were clean. The hotel doesn't seem to have staff present at all times, the desk certainly was often unmanned but that's how some hotels operate these days. You have a key to the front door and let yourself in and out. The breakfast area on the roof was very pleasant with the option of eating on the terrace. The staff who operated the breakfast area were friendly and efficient.

Hervorheben will ich den tollen Service! Obwohl die Rezeption nur bis Mitternacht besetzt ist, hat hat man auf Grund von Flugverspätung bis 2 Uhr auf uns gewartet. Das Zimmer war Klein, besaß aber einen süßen Austrittsbalkon. Bad und Zimmer war leider etwas abgewohnt, aber sauber und funktional. Super war das Frühstück im obersten Stock und dessen Terrasse. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Location is great . Close to center city. Our kids are teenagers and they were fine but would not feel the same with young kids. Be careful with parking . Although the hotel provided the garage parking. The rental car was bumped and scratched on both sides! The front desk staff very friendly and helpful .

Die Lage vom Hotel ist gut, da es an einer ruhigen Straße liegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbüffet war abwechslungsreich und hatte eine gute Auswahl. Ich hatte das Hotel gebucht weil es Roomservice hat. Leider war das nicht der Fall.

Great location just below the Centro Storico, and within easy walking distance of the circumvesuvio train and the main station. Fantastic customer service from the three girls who seem to run the place (!) - super helpful and efficient. Breakfast on the terrace is a real treat.

Hotel facility is a dump, not worthy of 50.00 per night. In an ugly neighborhood. I overpaid. Elevator is like 100 years old, can take only one person and one suitcase at a time. Room very small. Shower stall a joke l, designed for miniature people. Breakfast is on 5th floor, not accessible by elevator. Whie staff was very nice, the facility is the worst I have ever been in.

Definitely not worth the price. Floor greasy, toilet had no seat and flush button was partially broken. Asked about fixing toilet and they said they would get someone to look at it. No alternative room was offered, and no further mention or action regarding toilet over 3 days. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am which means if you're doing tours you're already gone. Enquired if they do a packed breakfast and they said yes, I was left a banana and a small packet of toast with a pot of jam in a paper bag at reception. Area around the hotel is not the best.

The amenities were not as advertised. No bar/lounge, no coffee available anywhere on the property, no cafe and no breakfast available. The only thing in the room was a kettle and 1 bag of tea. It was not a double bed but 2 singles pushed together that sagged in the middle. The pillows were uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty. The handle to the room door fell off when opened.

Nel complesso è un 3 stelle da migliorare molto. La stanza molto piccola de ben arredata potrebbe essere un valore aggiunto m, ma la cosa più deludente è stato il box doccia un po’ fatiscente e con dei pezzi rotti. Anche il buffet della colazione da rivedere. Il mio giudizio deve aiutare la proprietà a sistemare il tiro. Se sistemato ci ritornerei in caso contrario mai più.

The owner of this property is an excellent fellow and goes out of his way to make his guests comfortable. He even gave us a lift to the train station without charge. The outside of the building is not great but don't judge this book by its cover. Inside, the rooms are modern, clean, and well cared for. Would definitely stay there again!

La posizione è molto comoda sia dalla stazione per chi arriva in treno, sia per arrivare al centro. Il personale è veramente gentilissimo, pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi tua esigenza. La colazione è ricca, varia dal dolce al salato, ed ogni giorno abbiamo trovato qualcosa di diverso e sfizioso. La sala colazione è al 5° piano, da dove si ha una magnifica vista. La camera, anche se piccola, è pulita e con arredamento nuovo. Unica cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è la doccia, perchè essendo un po' datata aveva la porta che si faceva fatica a chiudere e alla fine non chiudeva bene. Ci siamo comunque trovati molto bene.

Struttura senza infamia e senza lode. Il livello di pulizia può essere decisamente migliorato, il bagno così come gli arredi della camera sono abbastanza datati, lo spazio è ristretto anche per sole 2 persone. Ma è accettabile. Ci è stata assegnata la camera fronte strada proprio sopra la reception: capisco che siamo a Napoli, la città che non dorme mai, ma il livello di insonorizzazione è bassissimo: Inutile dire che si sentono clacson, schiamazzi e passaggio di auto/camion a qualsiasi orario. Ma il tasto più dolente è stato l'organizzazione: personale INESISTENTE!! Se chiami il numero di cellulare indicato per le richieste non rispondere nessuno, il titolare credo svolga un'altro lavoro in quanto alla reception è presente solo un paio d'ore ad orario cena, poi gli ospiti sono abbandonati a loro stessi. Al momento della colazione è presente una ragazza giovane che a quanto pare viene solo quando può. In sua assenza, nessuno viene a preparare la colazione e per ben 2 mattine consecutive siamo stati costretti ad andare a fare colazione fuori a nostre spese, nonostante il titolare ci avesse rassicurati di trovare una sostituta per la mattina successiva alla prima senza aver trovato la sala colazione pronta. Inutile dire che nessuno ci ha rimborsato, tanto meno ci hanno avvisato o si sono scusati del disguido. Comportamento inaccettabile per un hotel a 3 stelle!!! Insomma, si può trovare decisamente di meglio a questo prezzo!!!

Fin beliggenhet. Vi ble godt tatt imot ved innsjekk og de ansatte var veldig hyggelige. Rommet var komfortabelt og med god aircondition. God frokost. Gåavstand til metro- og togstasjon. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake igjen hit ved neste besøk til Napoli.

Ci è stata assegnata la camera fronte strada proprio sopra la reception: capisco che siamo a Napoli, la città che non dorme mai, ma il livello di insonorizzazione è bassissimo: Inutile dire che si sentono clacson, schiamazzi e passaggio di auto/camion a qualsiasi orario. Ma il tasto più dolente è stato l'organizzazione: personale INESISTENTE!! Se chiami il numero di cellulare indicato per le richieste non rispondere nessuno, il titolare credo svolga un'altro lavoro in quanto alla reception è presente solo un paio d'ore ad orario cena, poi gli ospiti sono abbandonati a loro stessi. Al momento della colazione è presente una ragazza giovane che a quanto pare viene solo quando può. It's a cute hotel, but our room was very small (couldn't unpack) and the area seemed iffy at night. The breakfast was indoors/outdoors on the top floor, requiring a few stairs to reach, and you had to arrive early to enjoy the full selection, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and adequate, but I think I'd look for a more central & scenic location next time around.

Hotel facility is a dump, not worthy of 50.00 per night. In an ugly neighborhood. I overpaid. Elevator is like 100 years old, can take only one person and one suitcase at a time. Room very small. It is a fair hotel. Well located for transport into Pompei and Ercolano. Room is small and double bed was made out of 2 single beds together. Pillows were good. The blinds are excellent, block light completely. The shower is small but good pressure. The amenities were shampoo and conditioner together, shower gel, bar of soap, shower cap. Breakfast is simple, but always had fresh fruit and savoury and sweet breads, cereal, juice from carton, ham and cheese and Parma ham, butter is real butter. Coffees made to order. The area where the hotel is located is uninteresting and not much nearby, can feel unsafe but I don’t think it is actually unsafe. We circulated on foot a lot, nothing happened. There is a tube station nearby as well.

Definitely not worth the price. Floor greasy, toilet had no seat and flush button was partially broken. Asked about fixing toilet and they said they would get someone to look at it. No alternative room was offered, and no further mention or action regarding toilet over 3 days. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am which means if you're doing tours you're already gone. Enquired if they do a packed breakfast and they said yes, I was left a banana and a small packet of toast with a pot of jam in a paper bag at reception. Area around the hotel is not the best.

The owner of this property is an excellent fellow and goes out of his way to make his guests comfortable. He even gave us a lift to the train station without charge. The outside of the building is not great but don't judge this book by its cover. Inside, the rooms are modern, clean, and well cared for. Would definitely stay there again!

the hotel staff and manager can not speak English well. mostly they dont understand what the guest means. Its ulmost impossible to communicate with hotel staff and that might lead to mistakes and errors which can effect your trip negatively like unfortunately our experience which we asked for a Taxi to airport for our return flight. they said its possible to pay the Taxi with Creditcard at the Hotel and we did so. But when we arrived at the airport the Taxi driver asked again for the money. We said we paid at the Hotel and they must have paid you! But he said he did not receive anything! the whole issue turned into a complex problem concluding in Taxi driver becoming rude and offensive to us. At the end we paid him again and calling to the Hotel at the haste of catching our flight! Turns out it was their mistake and the Hotel staff did not transfer the money to the driver, and afterwards the hotel manager did not take responsiblity for their fault and started to send me meaningsles texts via WhatsApp and mocking me when I objected to him because of their fault, leaving us a concerning issue and a very terrible mempry at the end of our stay in Napoli. Furthermore we were not satisfied with the check out time of Hotel which was 10:30 in the morning! and at the end the location of the Hotel although it seems that is located in city center but was very dirty and unsafe! Overall not recommended at all!

Hervorheben will ich den tollen Service! Obwohl die Rezeption nur bis Mitternacht besetzt ist, hat hat man auf Grund von Flugverspätung bis 2 Uhr auf uns gewartet. Das Zimmer war Klein, besaß aber einen süßen Austrittsbalkon. Bad und Zimmer war leider etwas abgewohnt, aber sauber und funktional. Super war das Frühstück im obersten Stock und dessen Terrasse. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

The property is OK for one night stay in Napoli . Pretty clean, air conditioned room has everything you need to relax after sightseeing tour. Location is not pleasant for walking or dining but CENTRO STORICO begins right across the Corso Umberto 1 and port area is in walking distance too.

Great location just below the Centro Storico, and within easy walking distance of the circumvesuvio train and the main station. Fantastic customer service from the three girls who seem to run the place (!) - super helpful and efficient. Breakfast on the terrace is a real treat.

The amenities were not as advertised. No bar/lounge, no coffee available anywhere on the property, no cafe and no breakfast available. The only thing in the room was a kettle and 1 bag of tea. It was not a double bed but 2 singles pushed together that sagged in the middle. The pillows were uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty. The handle to the room door fell off when opened.

There was no breakfast option or coffee in the building. One of the reasons I selected this hotel was the advertised breakfast in roof lounge. It was being renovated. This should be communicated in description.

We spent 6 nights in this hotel and we're very happy with the room. Small size but very clean, nice AC, excellent breakfast. Only 5 minutes walk to thetrain station to Vesuvius and 10 minutes to the ferry port. Close to the old city live. Recommend strongly! 👍

Hervorheben will ich den tollen Service! Obwohl die Rezeption nur bis Mitternacht besetzt ist, hat hat man auf Grund von Flugverspätung bis 2 Uhr auf uns gewartet. Das Zimmer war Klein, besaß aber einen süßen Austrittsbalkon. Bad und Zimmer war leider etwas abgewohnt, aber sauber und funktional. Super war das Frühstück im obersten Stock und dessen Terrasse. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Struttura senza infamia e senza lode. Il livello di pulizia può essere decisamente migliorato, il bagno così come gli arredi della camera sono abbastanza datati, lo spazio è ristretto anche per sole 2 persone. Ma è accettabile. Ci è stata assegnata la camera fronte strada proprio sopra la reception: capisco che siamo a Napoli, la città che non dorme mai, ma il livello di insonorizzazione è bassissimo: Inutile dire che si sentono clacson, schiamazzi e passaggio di auto/camion a qualsiasi orario. Ma il tasto più dolente è stato l'organizzazione: personale INESISTENTE!! Se chiami il numero di cellulare indicato per le richieste non rispondere nessuno, il titolare credo svolga un'altro lavoro in quanto alla reception è presente solo un paio d'ore ad orario cena, poi gli ospiti sono abbandonati a loro stessi. Al momento della colazione è presente una ragazza giovane che a quanto pare viene solo quando può. In sua assenza, nessuno viene a preparare la colazione e per ben 2 mattine consecutive siamo stati costretti ad andare a fare colazione fuori a nostre spese, nonostante il titolare ci avesse rassicurati di trovare una sostituta per la mattina successiva alla prima senza aver trovato la sala colazione pronta. Inutile dire che nessuno ci ha rimborsato, tanto meno ci hanno avvisato o si sono scusati del disguido. Comportamento inaccettabile per un hotel a 3 stelle!!! Insomma, si può trovare decisamente di meglio a questo prezzo!!!

Hotel balconies are under renovation with scaffolding outside. Lots of noise and debris from the construction. No complimentary bottle of wine as listed or breakfast service referenced in other reviews. Room and bathroom were clean but headboard and built in furniture scratched and worn. No mini bar and room safe doesn’t have locking mechanism. Lady who opened front door for us could not have been nicer and allowed us an extra hour checkout in the morning (meeting family who were arriving Napoli airport) to continue on to Sorrento. Overall, the bed was comfortable and the stay fine, but the stay didn’t seem like €124 value.
