Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya All Inclusive - Adults Only

Beautiful large resort in a great location. Staff was great and especially attentive to food allergies at every restaurant.

Great company, excellent food and service, staff constantly at our room for cleaning and turn down service. Shows and entertainment were pretty good. Staff were friendly and fun. 3rd time returning might be back for a 4th!!

Attention to detail on everything and the entertainment staff were amazing

The room was fine but everything was pretty bad.We only spoke with two friendly people the entire time we were there.One was a bar tender and one was a golf cart driver.Everyone else didn't want to help, pretended they didn't understand or would just walk away.We called the day before and asked for early check in between 8-10am.They said no problem.We showed up at 9:30 and was told our room would be ready at normal check in time, which is 3pm however with our Expedia package we were promised early check in. After complaining to the hotel manager we were able to check into a room at 12:45. The food was terrible. It was one of the main reasons we booked this resort as most of the all inclusives have sub par food, but the food reviews here were great. We got to the pool around 9:45am and they had recently power washed the pool tile which made it extremely slick and I slipped and caught myself before falling but in the process, stubbed my toe which cut it open. Called to get someone to help bandage it up and it was a bellhop that changed his shirt to look like he was medical personnel, but you could tell when bandaging my toe and cleaning it, he had no idea what he was doing.The bandage fell off about 45 mins later so a few hours later we called for assistance again. This time a real medical person came to help but wanted to charge us money. This is not standard for a small cut at a resort and put yet another bad taste in our mouth.Very spread out so expect lots of walking

The facilities, personnel and restaurants were fabulous.
