Our girls trip was a fantastic experience at the moxché hotel. The amenities, the room, the service and the food were all amazing! Seriously, you won’t regret spending your vacation here.

It was an amazing stay. Service was great and everyone was very friendly. For a place that seemed full it never felt that way. Plenty of space at the amazing pools and options for quiet water front or entertaining pool side

I thought the food was good for an all inclusive, 8 out of 10 and if you get the preferred club, the food up at the preferred pool is th best in the resort. I didn't care for the dark room, so bring a make-up mirror for that and there is only 1 outlet in the bathroom, don't bring heels as I saw plenty of people fall on the cobblestone walkway, also it was different at this resort that they did not have a bunch of liquor in your room. You can order a drink on room service. The resort pools are Amazing and lots of options for busy fun pool or quiet pools. The evening bar and entertainment is really good. Loved the dancing and sports bar. The room size was nice and the bed was kind of hard but I think it was memory foam which some people like.

Room and staff were good, restaurants (with very long wait times & no reservations) were subpar. Power went out each day we were there (5 days) but only lasted a few minutes. Not much for the younger crowd (~30s), definitely catered more towards the older crowd.

The front desk for check-in, the receptionist they have a terrible un professional customer service and absolutely no communication between the staff and a front desk
