Very nice property. Pool was not functional. The pool not functional was the disappointment of the experience. All other experience was very good. Microwave and fridge in room. Property was clean and well maintained. I will be staying there again.

We stayed for 2 nights and, overall, the experience was decent. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was polite and professional. However, there were several issues that impacted our stay. The biggest disappointment was that the pool was closed — something we weren’t informed about until after checking in. We specifically chose this hotel because of the pool, and had we known it was unavailable, we likely would have booked somewhere else. Additionally, one of the exterior access doors was broken, making it inconvenient to get to our room. A smoke detector in a nearby room also chirped nonstop for the duration of our stay, which made it hard to relax, especially at night. We appreciated that the basics were covered, but the lack of communication and maintenance issues made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

The jacuzzi wasn’t open and the air conditioning in the fitness room was broken (90 degrees!). The a/c unit in my first room rattled and was super noisy. The front desk quickly and kindly moved to another room close by. She also offered to give me a discount due to the amenities not working. The 2nd room a/c was much better but the bathtub was chipped and not very clean. There were bite marks (from dogs) chewing on the bathroom counter.

Nothing special about this hotel, and actually was not a bargain in any way. Out of order signs on ice machines, breakfast equipment, work out equipment, even the elevator one day. The wifi is extremely difficult, the front desk clerk was able to get it for me. Our door handle of the room was loose, yet the door stuck and had to be shoved open with your shoulder. Notified the staff but can only imagine it's been that way for a long time. The staff was attentive, courteous and friendly. They really made the stay comfortable and worth paying the money for very standard accomodations.

I was surprised at the $10 parking fee. I mean, come on, this was not downtown Seattle or Portland. Tons of parking space already out there. Receptionist had no personality. No sympathy. Put me on 4th floor even though i had a service dog

The people that work there are nice. However, the pool was not available and you can see that there’s been damage to a lot of things inside, and the bathtub did not drain water very well.

The sink in the bathroom spit up sewage. We had to switch rooms, then the air conditioner didn’t work in the room. The next morning we went to work out in the gym- the air conditioner in there wasn’t working as well…81 degrees to workout in😡 after breakfast we wanted to sit in the hot tub, yet that was ice cold. Frustrating that the amenities were not working. That is one of the reasons that we made reservations there.

Was very unhappy with this property. I stay at la quintas often, this ones hot water wasn't working, the pool and hot tub was drained which really upset me since i was picking up my son and i planned on letting him swim. There was no notification about the pool. Tried to call the front desk in the morning about the hot water and find out breakfast times phone didn't work. So called from cell phone put on hold and never returned to the call. Had to have someone go down and the front desk looked like she couldn't be bothered or didn't like her job. Never had this experience at any other of their properties.

The rooms need a serious upgrade and they are not clean and for them to be charging what they are charging for people to stay there with the level of the way the rooms look it should be more like the cost of staying in a motel the Hampton Inn, however excellent

This hotel was absolutely filthy. Our room, specifically the bathroom looked untouched as far as cleaning goes. One of our pillows had what appeared to be a fresh blood stain on it. The hallways were filled with trash from other guests. No air conditioning in the hallways. Barking dogs on our floor. Only one elevator and it was extremely slow. The pool was out of order. We checked at after 3 hours and went to a different hotel. Staff was very understanding about our decision to leave and approved our refund- just about the only positive. My advice: spend a little extra money and stay somewhere cleaner & nicer.

Bathroom shower looked like it had black mold, behind dresser was so much dust and i think dog food, main door of room on inside of room had dirt stains all over it, elevator was filthy in the tracks and wallpaper ripped off the walls, dog poop all over the property around hotel and they use old key card which i had to go to front desk because both key cards would not work overall I would not recommend this hotel, i think motel 6 would of been an upgrade!!

The tub looked really dirty my phone wasnt able to get the right angle to show, the floors were dirty as if it hasnt been swept, very dusty on the tv stand, tv all over the dressers. Cleaniness the room was bad.

Stayed 5 nights in what I would describe as the hotels.com special I guess. We were in the suite next to the elevator next to a door that worked only as an exit as per the paper taped to the door and on the bottom floor so right by the parking lot. For 5 nights we stayed we had a do not disturb sign on the door the first 2 days. The last three days we did not and the room WAS NEVER CLEANED. I cleaned the drain area under the long metal plate in the shower as the shower wouldn’t drain… it was disgusting. There was mildew all Over around the shower. The bathroom in general needs an actual cleaning. Front desk staff was kind enough. The elevator by the front desk broke on our first night there and remained broken as per the cone and sign that remained through our stay. The elevator next to our room at the end of the hallway worked the whole time so we enjoyed that…. The hotel smelled of marijuana every evening. Seems strand as I had to sign a contract stating I wouldn’t smoke in my room or be fined yet the hotel was lit up every night. We had stayed at this hotel a few years back and it was a much better experience. If this is the new la Quinta then the rates should be much much lower as this was only a step above a motel 6.

There were about 6 people that I could see running the whole hotel, which could be the biggest problem. They were all working very hard and they were extremely helpful and friendly. However, on first notice, was there was a hair clip under the sink area in the bathroom. No vacuuming done lately. I had paid extra to bring our puppy along and he had made a small mess so I grabbed a towel to clean the floor. More than puppy mess came up! It looked as if this floor had never been mopped! Disgusting filth. It made me wish I hadn’t taken a shower in the bathroom. And I wondered about the linens. I will probably not be returning.

Nice seemingly quiet area at night since it's mostly professional/industrial area. I felt very safe in the immediate area. The property itself could use some maintenance, cleaning up. The rear door is broken so anyone could walk right in. The elevators aren't very smooth. My bathroom light switch was a little messed up and had to push it just right for it to stay on. I just left it on the last day after popping the gfci outlet once. The toilet paper is in a completely inconvenient area. Very hard to get to. The wifi worked excellent. I connected once, and never had to again in my three nights. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fine. I could never find a sleep mode on the TV remote, but that's not a big deal. The breakfast was good. I wouldn't have minded a couple more hot items. The scrambled eggs and sausage were good. Waffles are always great with enough syrup. lol I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if the price is decent.

Everyone is very nice and thankfully able to provide a room for me. They have two elevators and long way between. I had a suite which I thought I never mind. The furniture needs to be refurnished because the cushions on the chair and loveseat was flat. Very uncomfortable. Bed needed dusting but the bed was very comfy and I liked the pillows. Need to check carpets that are visible to us need to be clean of dust and buildup. I have pic’s

The room itself needs some serious attention. Not the daily housekeeping kind of attention….that was good. But the deep down overhaul of the room. The door handle was questionable. The handle flopped down and had to be “reset” in order to gain entry into the room. The security latch metal plate was barely attached to the door. It seems like it’s a known issue as it looked like there had been work done on the door. The room…spacious and that was nice. But everything was nicked or dirty or repaired. The doors and walls need to be cleaned. And the furniture. Ewwww. I’ve seen better cleaner chairs for free on the side of the road. The yellow chair was gross…it has stains and dirt and is frayed. Pretty sure there was two dried up blood spots on the arm. The couch was a bit better, but still I covered the seating part with towels. I was unwilling to walk barefoot anywhere in the room. The area around the hotel needed some picking up as well….and cleaning. These issues aren’t daily cleaning issues but long term use issues. The location is ok. But to be honest I don’t think I’d stay here again unless I knew it had been renovated or something. It just felt unclean and gross.

Pretty sure there was two dried up blood spots on the arm. The couch was a bit better, but still I covered the seating part with towels. I was unwilling to walk barefoot anywhere in the room. The area around the hotel needed some picking up as well….and cleaning. These issues aren’t daily cleaning issues but long term use issues. The location is ok. But to be honest I don’t think I’d stay here again unless I knew it had been renovated or something. It just felt unclean and gross.

I got a little cranky with her (as a side note, I lost my home in the Eaton fire and was there to look at places to live) and she finally re-programmed the keys and dropped them on the counter without saying a word. I have stayed here twice before for business and the rooms were nice. The room I stayed in this time (421) wasn't so nice. Every light was dim and the one at the refrigerator/microwave section didn’teven work. The bathtub had a horrible stain and the drain plug wasn't in the tub and wouldn't stay up to allow water to drain. It looked as if the soap ledge had come off and was just glued back on. The water would start out hot, but would then go warm and one time went stone cold for 5 minutes even when turning to the hot even more. Also charging $10.00 a day for non-secure parking is crazy, especially when I was staying two weeks. The clerk was nice and waived it for me this one time. I can say that the staff here is very nice, courteous and helpful. I doubt however, that I will stay here again as it seems the place is going downhill.

I was switched to another room, just as bad and was completely taken back by the Hotel Managers customer service. He told me that he wouldn’t be able to switch me another room after switching me a second time and he would just give me back my money! Front desk clerk was very unfriendly, and extremely rude. I explained I chose because of location and they had a hot tub. When I was checking in , she told me it (hot tub) was unfortunately under repair indefinitely, then offered no solution as far as customer service. Only a horrible attitude. The stay was great! Check in was fast and Super friendly. Dawson was awesome from the time I checked in until it was time to check out. He was very engaged in being welcoming. He should be in management for training people on how to be top notch in Hospitality.

Good values for your bucks. La Quinta by Wyndham Las Vegas Sommerlin offers good, safe, quiet location, lodging is comfortable, breakfast has pretty complete food items for everyone. Facilities are not quite new or maintauned. But, I had a pretty good stay there.

The television did not have any user settings available. This caused it to be very bright at night with the room lights dim. More importantly I was unable to reduce the volume below a set level, making it too loud in the late evening. The "Included Breakfast" was an absolute joke. Nothing was available; the hot food was limited to only scrabled eggs or waffles. They actually had a sign stating no sausage was available (how about ham, bacon, maybe breakfast potatoes!). There was an "out of order" sign on the juice. No muffins or pastries, only white bread. There were only 3 or 4 yogurts in a big, empty refrigerator. I was so disappointed that I almost snuck in to the Hilton next door!!! Wyndham should really take a look at this property!!!

The hotel is located near a Hwy so it’s very noisy; even the AC fan couldn’t drown it out. They had no juice for breakfast in the 3 days we were there (machine was out of order). Some mildew in the shower. Staff was friendly and everything else was good.

Everything was great. The execute king suit was perfect, comfortable, clean. It was very quiet, the walls aren't thin like other places. The breakfast they offer was delicious. The hot tub was out of commission but everything else made up for it.

When you drive up the property appears to be very nice and clean. Once you walk into the door the first thing you notice is that there is a hole in the ceiling above the reservation desk. The door to our room did not work and I had to go to the lobby twice before someone came up to "repair". It wasn\'t until the second day that someone was actually able to repair the lock. The room was less than clean. It was so bad that we went out and purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned it ourselves. The only reason we did not leave was because there were no rooms available anywhere else. As for the free breakfast, it\'s great if you like bread, because that is mostly what was provided. And the juice machine was out of order both days of our stay.

You have to pay an extra $10 per night for parking. You wouldn't be able to get to the hotel or go anywhere without a car, it should be free. The had a very nice breakfast.
