This is my 2nd time staying at this property and both stays were pleasant. The staff is friendly and greet you each time you return to the hotel. The area was nice with convenient shipping and dining options a short distance away. There are several food options in the same parking lot. There is plenty of parking at no charge. Also, has EV charging stations.

All staff members were excellent and very attentive! The shuttle was a bonus for us since we were going to and from the Star for the weekend events. Highly recommend and will reserve this hotel if we ever come to that area again!

Worst experience my wife & I have ever had at a Hilton Property! The AC didn’t work in the first room…The TV didn’t work & the thermostat was ripped off the wall in the second room…Finally at 9:30pm we were moved to the third room! Pictures; The bottom of the AC was ripped off @ exposed…The TV would not work at all…Lastly, two pictures of the filthy, unsafe to swim in pool. STAY AWAY!!

Great customer service! Everyone at the desk was friendly and personable during our stay. The rooms were very clean and cute! Loved the industrial NY loft feel. The beds are extra firm which was my only complaint and they really need softer sheets and heavier blankets because it does get very cold with the excellent A/C but I did ask for blankets and they provided them. Bar staff was friendly. Pool patio is VERY slippery. Sauna was nice. Pool was clean, a hot tub would be a perk! We are looking forward to staying again! And again! The price was perfect!

Great place. Very clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. One minor problem was that the air conditioning rattled. A big plus was the free shuttle service within 5 miles of the hotel. Take advantage of it if you're heading to Legacy West because parking is really bad there. Will stay here again.

The potable water supply was off when we arrived. Couldn’t use the restroom; wasn’t offered any bottled water to drink. The water supply was off twice more during our stay. There wasn’t hot water for entire day due to mechanical issues. The guests were offered Hilton points for the inconveniences which basically forces the guests to stay at a Hilton to make use of the points. No confirmation was given as to how many free Hilton points the guests were getting or if we even got them.

This property has nice curb appeal and I’ve stayed here a few times before. I do not believe I will return due to the ant problem in my room. I never brought food or drinks other than water in the room and I woke up to ants in my bed, suitcase, and all over the floor by the air condition unit. I am highly concerned and I had to ask housekeeping for trash bags to put my clothes in.

The room was dirty. There was hair on the sheets, something strange in the shower and vomit under the beds. Was given a new room, but was still grossed out. The beds were supposed to be Queen size they looked smaller than a Full. All of the floors, walls, everything is cold concrete. The bar in the lobby closes at 11. Oh and we had to bring an extra child with us last minute. When I asked the front desk if they had cot or roll away It would not have never fit in the room. Felt more like an overnight stay at the local county jail. Would not stay here again.

To start got there at 4:30, checked in and room wasn’t ready. We had issues with the shower not turning on, dryer wasn’t working, and the day we were checking out there was a foul order coming from the bathroom. When we went to shower again there was black stuff on the shower floor that smelled so bad.

The hotel is really nice and modern. However, there’s no cleaning service. no one came to take dirty towels and change the sheets or make the bed. there was a bug in my shower. Lastly, the comforter was filthy. It’s clear they don’t wash the comforter/ duvet cover.

The front desk staff at this hotel were lovely! The room was clean and so was the rest of the hotel. My experience was nice but some parts of the room were a little odd: 1. The narrow bathroom sink faces east to west making it difficult to use without leaning very far over the sink. However, the bathroom mirror extends far away from the wall, blocking access. The mirror is SO close to the sink there was actually a warning sticker on the mirror, "Warning: objects in mirror are closer than they appear, please mind the sink". 2. The bathroom is a false wall and the door is a sliding door. So if you have the the AC on in the room, the bathroom cannot warm up, there\'s also a lack of privacy should you be sharing with another person. 3. My room did not have any hooks to hang a towel. There were 2 brackets which looked like they USED to be hooks. 4. I left a "Do not disturb" sign on my door and my room was still cleaned and the sign was removed. This is a minor grievance - a clean room is a great thing but sometimes you want privacy 5. The light on the AC unit shines right in your eyes when you\'re in bed. Better placement of the AC would resolve this. 6. The floors are concrete, keeping in mind the bathroom is small and only has a false wall and a small bath mat - it\'s pretty easy to get water on the floor and accidentally slip after a shower. 7. Bed was very clean, but sheets weren\'t soft. There also wasn\'t a top sheet? It was a quilt slipped between two sheets vs. a duvet.

Everything was fine The only thing I didn’t like was that we couldn’t control the air it got real hot at night and we couldn’t change the air conditioning because it was locked which I didn’t appreciate My husband and I have traveled a lot and been in many hotels and this is the first time this has happened. So for this reason we won’t be back it night not be a big deal to a lot of people but for us it was you want to be comfortable and relaxed where u stay especially where u sleep

Never stayed at this type of Hilton. It was a unique hotel. I did like the industrial feel of the rooms. Our pull shade on the window was broke and did not go up or down. I liked the exposed concrete on the floors in the rooms. At night time there is not enough lighting in the room.

Awesome stay! Ayinde, Charles and staff were excellent ambassadors to Hilton and NYLO. I can actually say that this was the best customer service I have had in 10 years at a hotel. Hotels.com did not have my payment sent to Hilton and the staff rectified this issue. They actually were the key part of the problem solving, Hotels.com customer service did not help at all… they just said to “check back with the front desk to see if it was solved and paid” several times on the phone. The front desk staff was very communicative and let me know that it was resolved. We frequently use this hotel and will continue. It has great proximity to restaurants and its amenities are top notch.

Great facility and location. The hotel is very clean and secure. Very well situated for shopping and night life. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the NY and modern-industrial vibe. Jon Henry at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful.

I asked several times for items that they said that they replaced and they didn’t then when I asked the final time they said that the house keeping left for the night and that I had to come get it it. This was over two days. Sydney was extremely rude and was completely unprofessional. When I came down to ask for the items she said that she didn’t have them anymore. I started to film her and she finally seem to find them! I reported them to corporate as I am I Hilton diamond member. I will never stay here again. They catering more to prostitution that I saw in the halls than higher end clientele. I also had to call for help 4 times in the restaurant because there was no one available to take our order each time we wanted service. The service here is horrible. I will request for our money back.

I did not have breakfast. The front desk staff was nice & helpful. The maintenance guy that came to my room to fix the tv, which was never fixed, said he was going to go “check a switch” & would come back. This was @ 9:00 pm & by 9:45 he still was not back. I called downstairs & told the front desk guy to cancel him coming back. Really frustrating & ridiculous! The tv guide on the tv does not match the channels. I found ABC on the on screen guide, clicked it but it was not ABC but the History Channel. None of the tv stations were correct. The guy who came to my room had no idea what the hell the issue was or how to fix it! Also, there was no thermostat on the wall—was completely gone. Only way to control a/c was on the unit itself & “auto” did not work. I had to turn it down to 61 to get the room cooled down. A very disappointing & frustrating stay! Will not ever do a NYLO property again.

We really do like this place but management was extremely unprofessional and unwilling to honor her commitment to us. We booked the presidential suite and were looking forward to that specific room. Unfortunately, we were told 2 days before our trip (18 days after booking) that they couldn't honor our pre-paid stay due to overbooking. The manager offered a different room but it wasn't comparable to what we booked. She said she couldn't comp our room but agreed to provide a voucher for another stay to make up for the error. I accepted this resolution and was prepared to put the situation behind us and enjoy our stay and return visit. When we arrived, we learned they booked us 2 rooms for the same night. When we explained to the front desk that this was not what was offered and that we didn't need 2 rooms for the same night, they contacted the front desk supervisor. He called us later that evening to tell us that the manager said we needed to use both rooms that night and that they couldn't provide a voucher for another night. We ran into the manager later that night who told me she never agreed to the voucher for another night and never said that word at all to me. It is very disappointing and disheartening that she would tell me I was mistaken and not honor her commitment to us to make this situation right. If she honored her commitment, I would have rated this hotel positively but she was willing to throw away a long time customer for what amounts to around $150.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property and both stays were pleasant. The staff is friendly and greet you each time you return to the hotel. The area was nice with convenient shipping and dining options a short distance away. There are several food options in the same parking lot. There is plenty of parking at no charge. Also, has EV charging stations.

I have stayed at the NYLO Las Colinas many times and every stay was stellar. This was my first time at the Plano NYLO and I will not go back. Bar closed early on a weekend night because nobody was there (until we showed up). We ended up finding somebody and she was nice enough to get us a couple of drinks. We were able to sit by the pool but could not get in pool because it was closed. I have sat in the Las Colinas pool well past midnight, but Plano was closed. AC was leaking onto the floor in the bedroom and got some of my belongings wet. But the big issue was that when I charged our drinks to the room, something in their system got messed up. Nothing to do with me. They called our room and woke us up Saturday am but we didn’t answer. So they called my mobile. I went downstairs and the lady seemed to be able to get it to work fine without issue. I thought that was the end of it. We checked out and then they chased me down in the parking lot because their system didn’t process the payment, but I could see it on my Apple card transaction list and it had worked fine. I kept showing them and they clearly did not know how to work their own system. So I spent 15 minutes trying to leave while waiting on them to figure it out. Their solution was to charge me twice and said the extra charge would drop off. I told them they should just comp the drinks and let it go because they had already irritated me by not knowing how to work their own system, waking us up, and wasting our time.

Great customer service! Everyone at the desk was friendly and personable during our stay. The rooms were very clean and cute! Loved the industrial NY loft feel. The beds are extra firm which was my only complaint and they really need softer sheets and heavier blankets because it does get very cold with the excellent A/C but I did ask for blankets and they provided them. Bar staff was friendly. Pool patio is VERY slippery. Sauna was nice. Pool was clean, a hot tub would be a perk! We are looking forward to staying again! And again! The price was perfect!

The lady at the front desk was amazing!!! Our bathroom floor was dirty. I believe from recent construction. She quickly changed us to a different room. The lobby smells amazing!!! Pool area is very pretty!!!

Amazing stay at The Clara Hotel. The property was very clean and gorgeous. It smells amazing! The room was so nice and I loved how sound proof it was. There were people downstairs in the courtyard and I couldn’t hear a thing. Comfortable pillows and bed. We will be back!
