When we arrived and talked with the very unhelpful manager, we were told the room we booked on hotels.com didn’t even exist, and the pictures on the site were inaccurate. They were unable to provide a room with the sleeping arrangements we needed, though we paid extra to have the accommodations, so we requested a cancellation. The hotel is under construction, and didn’t even have restroom signs up. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was not anything bad but note that the hotel is under renovation so there are some inconveniences around that.

It’s completely under construction. Down to the bones, this should be a notice to click thru when booking to decide if you want to go further for booking.

Staff were very nice and friendly . Overall nice stay Watch out for Service Charge during Breakfast. Not sure why there was Service Charge for 2 . 4$ for 14$. There is no fridge in the room I knew there was some construction work going on but in my room blinds had problem, light needed bulb replacement and there was an hole from construction that was left open in ceiling, the bathroom door did not fully close. I requested to send someone but no one took care of it
