I’ve been using this property for 24 years bc of its ideal location for me. Every year, I spend a cumulative 14 to 30 days here. Over the past 3 years, I’ve become increasingly disappointed with the declining quality of the “free” breakfast. On this trip , I ate at the restaurant next door both days. The rooms are comfortable and roomy if a bit worn and staff is excellent - friendly and efficient. Landscaping and pool are better than most. Price fluctuates. But the low quality breakfast has me looking . . .

Oh I loved this place. My husband and I had an amazing weekend get away. The concord pavilion is less than 15 mins away at the most which was helpful. The bed was amazing. It was a firm mattress but it was perfect. The bathroom was very spacious, mind you we did get the ADA accommodation room. The only downside was the fire alarm woke us up at 7:11 am. Apparently someone was doing something naughty in the early hours. But that just proves that the fire alarms work lol. The fire station is right across the street so you can hear the alarms once in a while. One downside was that the shower chair once folded was a bit moldy underneath so I didn’t want to use that but everything else was great.

I stayed here a week. Staff was very nice and helpful. Two different mornings I was awoken by a woman screaming because the staff was in process of evicting her unless she paid. The other morning was the fire alarm going off two times before 7 am. The location worked for me. There is a Nations next door. I would stay there again.
