It was great except for the elevators need attention. One clunks really bad when it stops n u think it’s ready to break down. The other one says you’re going to the 10th floor when I want to go to the eighth floor and then it would just sit there with no floor at all. I thought I was going to get stuck there, but lucky enough someone needed the use of the elevator, so I was able to get to my floor without being stuck

This is a really nice hotel overall. The staff was professional and courteous. The hotel is clean inside and the lobby is very inviting. The room was above average, very comfortable. I wish that Hiltons, in general, would give you a couple bottles of drinking water as a courtesy. There were no bottles of drinking water in my room, and I stayed in a Hilton in Napa the night before that charged $8 for the bottles of water in the room. I find that a bit petty. My only other criticism of this hotel is that the hot tub was filthy. For a hotel that presents such overall good upkeep and luxory, one would not expect the hot tub to be in such bad condition.

A lot of things at hotel were broken. The main thing is the hot water was out. Then they moved me to another room and the hot water went out in that room. Jacuzzi at pool was broken. Ice machines were broken on floors I was on. Gate on parking lot was broken first few days. I would expect a lot better from the Hilton brand. I was on business and moved to another hotel after 5 nights. The other hotel was less expensive an everything worked.

The quality of the Hilton has declined since last visit. Having to walk a longer distance to enter the hotel due to the renovation of the main entrance, the mini market being closed due to the inoperable checkout terminal were inconveniencing.

Room was great, grounds are very nice, but THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION DOES NOT WORK. That was a big reason I chose this hotel and it was a bummer. It's a Blink charger that doesn't seem to have any life whatsoever. Doesn't show up in the Blink app and the station itself seems to have no power/touchscreen/etc. The good news is that Concord had a few other chargers relatively nearby so it all worked out.

We stayed at the Hilton Concord as part of a two-day cycling trip with our young child on the Iron Horse Trail, and the hotel is conveniently just off the trail. Surrounded by traffic and strip malls, but at least there's lots of restaurants and shopping nearby in case you need something. The waitress at breakfast provided top-notch service and the staff don't see a lot of people on bikes, but went out of their way to make sure we could store ours safely ovenight. (They suggested we just take them to our room, which was spacious enough to accommodate our three bikes.) The pool is nice (heated!) and our room was clean and quiet.

Property was nice and the staff were able to accommodate us with adjoining rooms. The jacuzzi didnt work which was a bummer but the kids loved the pool. Super close to six flags hurricane harbor.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. First of all, the website did not disclose the $19.00 per guest charge that was due upon arrival. Secondly, there was no continental breakfast offer as the website stated they offered. The rooms were not clean. The bathroom had hair on the show walls and all over the floor.

The desk attendant was not welcoming at all. He did not explain how parking went, where our rooms are, how the keys work, how the elevators worked, or asked if we had any questions. I had to ask all those questions. The property itself looked nice but our room was dirty. There was a smell from the air conditioner and it was very loud, there were stains on the bedding and chairs, the tv sound didn’t work, and the mini fridge didn’t work and spoiled our food that we left there overnight. I also called room service three times and no one picked up. I told them all of this and they only comped our parking.

This was part of a 4 day trip my husband and I took. There was an event on the first floor and we could hear & feel the music until almost 11 pm. So inconsiderate of the hotel not to place us on a higher floor. We have stayed here 4 other times, not anymore.

We booked at Hilton recently because it is a known quantity and a reasonable price. Just a couple of nits to pick, however. First, they did not disclose that there is a $20.00 parking fee. Not a deal breaker, but it might be an issue for some. Finally, the breakfast at the on-site restaurant. The over-easy egg was significantly overcooked and tough, the home fries lukewarm. As a former restaurant owner, I know that cooking eggs properly is a test for many line cooks, but for an $18.00 breakfast I expect a level of competence in the kitchen. None of the above is a deal breaker for me. The property was clean and conveniently situated, and our experience overall was acceptable.

The room was fine but the heater didn’t work well. Engineer came and got it to work for a while but it only got the temperature from 64 to 67. We have stayed at this hotel several times and really like it here but not being able to warm the room really affected our comfort.

Had an issue with my reservation through hotels.com, however, management and their staff went out of their way to resolve it and got my family and I booked and into our rooms quickly. We always have a nice time here. It’s convenient since it’s so close to other places in the Bay Area. Great shopping center across the street, nice bar inside the hotel and the beds are comfortable. The pool is heated, which is nice. Family friendly if you’re coming during the summer for the water park. Breakfast is average. Not as nice as other Hiltons but it’s still a good place to stay.

What a terrific property!! I would stay here again! Only drawback was weekend breakfast buffet. It’s available, but it’s $21.95. The selection was not good enough to feed teenagers. I would take them somewhere else.

Lady at the front desk that checked us in could’ve cared less if we were there or not she seemed like she hated her job. are room was clean but definitely could’ve been cleaner for example there was what looked like a poop spot on a towel in the bathroom and the duvet definitely hadn’t been cleaned recently. The buffet breakfast was so disappointing eggs were so dry u can tell they came from powder the waffles were so mushy (already prepared not do it yourself) I had to spit them out. I really wish I could say something nice but I won’t stay here again. Hilton what happened to the class very disappointed

Hotel was very nice, great area for shopping and dining across the street, check in staff were very friendly. The only bad thing was the breakfast, when booking it stated breakfast was included in the stay, on the morning of our departure, i decided to try the breakfast buffet, when walking in the restaurant there was a sign that said please wait to be seated, i waited for about five minutes then decided to walk in myself, i grabbed an orange juice and found a place to sit, then two other people walked in and employee finally came out and said the breakfast buffet would be $24.09 even for hotel guests, so i said no way. Other than that the stay was good.

My key did not work twice- had to go to lobby to get replacement both times. The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. There were no waters in the room, that was a bummer. The restaurant was great! The bartender was AWESOME!! Overall good. Waters in the room would make it Great!!!!
