Room was clean and comfortable A shame more and more hotels are not replacing batteries in the aircon remote, when you need to be less than 100mm from the unit and the display keeps disappearing, time for new batteries! Many and varied eating places close by, no restaurant on site

I was given a key to someone else's room. Wallet, phone, briefcase, mens clothes in the closet. I called the front desk and noone answered. I went back down with my suitcase and kept calling the phone in front of me. Finally he came back and he didn't seem bothered that he had given me a key to a room that was already occupied. I felt this was a breach of security. He then gave me a key to an almost ground floor room that had an accessible balcony. This did not make me feel secure. The woman at the front desk I talked to was the absolutely loveliest. She was wonderful.
