amazing staff, there was breakfast, snacks, welcome drinks, coffee/cappuccino, tea time, cocktail hour. they made restaurant reservations and were so wonderful to us!! Can't say enough good things!!!

Stayed here overnight as part of a longer trip. All I can say is I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the minute you walk through the front door until you leave you feel comfortable and pampered. They do not offer dinner as an option but they provide lots of extras eg. Afternoon tea , tasting spoons, goodies in the mini fridge . More importantly this is all provided with good grace and a smile. Room and bed was extremely comfortable with top end toiletries. Also forgot to mention you are greeted with a glass of fizz( most welcome).

This is a very comfortable hotel conveniently situated near the centre of Inverness with free parking. The rooms are very well appointed, with interesting decor. There is a large bar. The staff were friendly and attentive. We have previously stayed here and had an excellent dinner, so it was a bit disappointing that this is not currently offered. However, there are a number of very good restaurants nearby.

What a gem, the Rocpool deserves 6 stars if I could , the included afternoon tea and tasting spoons are superb quality so much you don’t need to worry about eating out , the breakfast is incredible- try the Arnold Bennett omelette - amazing. The room was huge, as was the bathroom, super clean and very comfortable. What elevated this to one of our best stays ever was Vicky who made an excellent stay amazing, so helpful and attentive. This is a must stay when visiting Inverness and would go back in a heartbeat.

Lovely boutique hotel just a 10 minute walk from the city center. Rooms are big and the bathroom was large and gorgeous. Be sure to enjoy the large soaking tub! Service was wonderful. As a boutique hotel - you can tell the staff are “jack of all trades” and will do anything to make your stay pleasant. We ate dinner at the R bar one night and the food was delicious. The only issues we had was our room was incredibly warm our last night and when we plugged in our fan it was broken. Also-the fridge in our mini bar was not working so all the beverages were warm. We did not report this to management- If we would when I know they would have fixed it. If you are driving in- there is a small car park adjacent to the hotel and is incredibly easy to get in and out of. Overall would stay here again!

The staff were fantastic, helpful, and friendly. The room included breakfast (which we didn’t make it to 😂), afternoon tea (was out for that as well), and a cocktail & canapé hour in the bar (which we did make). The cocktail and canapé hour was great-the nibbles were tasty and there was a good selection of drinks to choose from. We were even offered a second drink! An excellent, 5 star hotel on high ground looking down on Inverness, a shortvwalk to the centre. Though no lunch or dinner is now served, their inclusive afternoon tea followed by "Spoons", 3 tasting spoons including drinks of your choice, is super. With those 2, afternoon and early evening offerrings, you really dont need anything else to eat. The breakfast menu is extensive and food exccellent. This is our chouce for a stay in the capital of the Highlands.

We had agreat tome at this luxury boutique hotel. They had thought of everything from the huge comfortable bed to the spacious bathroom . All extras were included and that meant an exquisite afternoon tea, substantial breakfast, and snacks and drinks in the room and reception area. The staff were courteous, friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay at Rocpool Reserve very much. The service was absolutely top shelf! Very nice accomodations and staff was the most attentive and helpful that we have ever come across. Our room was very clean and breakfast was excellent.

Good Points: Welcomed on arrival, shown to room. Bed comfy and room quiet. Meal and drink in bar was good. Great internet. General atmosphere and great designs, especially the sofa! Staff were really accommodating. Bad Points: The room was clean, however, the bin had not been emptied and was full of the last guests rubbish. The light in the bathroom flashed a lot and the night lights are very bright. No instructions for the Jacuzzi. TV too low to be seen if laying in bed. They forgot us at breakfast. Placed our order and had continental but our cooked order did not arrive. No one checked on us until the end of service. They then hastily made us breakfast as restaurant was closed. It did taste nice!

Property is in a nice quiet area and walkable to the river and town. The facilities however need an upgrade vintage 1950’s furniture and bedding. Shower also broken and no maintenance on site for repair..

The hotel was good. The employees were great. From check-in to breakfast they were all kind and always looking to extend themselves to their best abilities. The down side was, the air conditioning unit was broken and the bathroom fan didn't clear the air at all, so after a shower the whole room was humid and damp. We were told to open the window however the neighborhood smelt of burning rubber and it was an irritant in the throat. They advertise as a 5 star hotel but were unable to get a service engineer to address the issue for our entire Friday-Sunday stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rocpool Reserve. The staff was some of the friendliest we’ve ever met, and they are truly willing to go above and beyond to accommodate your stay! One morning, when we were leaving early for a day trip, they packed us a breakfast without us even asking. Next level kindness and attention to detail!

Property is in a nice quiet area and walkable to the river and town. The facilities however need an upgrade vintage 1950’s furniture and bedding. Shower also broken and no maintenance on site for repair..

A real gem of a hotel in a very central location, but quiet. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff and service excellent. We also had dinner in the restauarant which is highly recommended. This is our second visit and we'll certainly be back!

This is a very comfortable hotel conveniently situated near the centre of Inverness with free parking. The rooms are very well appointed, with interesting decor. There is a large bar. The staff were friendly and attentive. We have previously stayed here and had an excellent dinner, so it was a bit disappointing that this is not currently offered. However, there are a number of very good restaurants nearby.

The Rocpool Reserve is a beautiful hotel. The staff was very attentive. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Their breakfast was amazing. Although it isn’t really that far from restaurants and bars, it wasn’t real convenient or adjacent to them. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to most restaurants and bars.

Lovely boutique hotel just a 10 minute walk from the city center. Rooms are big and the bathroom was large and gorgeous. Be sure to enjoy the large soaking tub! Service was wonderful. As a boutique hotel - you can tell the staff are “jack of all trades” and will do anything to make your stay pleasant. We ate dinner at the R bar one night and the food was delicious. The only issues we had was our room was incredibly warm our last night and when we plugged in our fan it was broken. Also-the fridge in our mini bar was not working so all the beverages were warm. We did not report this to management- If we would when I know they would have fixed it. If you are driving in- there is a small car park adjacent to the hotel and is incredibly easy to get in and out of. Overall would stay here again!

Though no lunch or dinner is now served, their inclusive afternoon tea followed by "Spoons", 3 tasting spoons including drinks of your choice, is super. With those 2, afternoon and early evening offerrings, you really dont need anything else to eat. The breakfast menu is extensive and food exccellent. This is our chouce for a stay in the capital of the Highlands.

We enjoyed our stay at Rocpool Reserve very much. The service was absolutely top shelf! Very nice accomodations and staff was the most attentive and helpful that we have ever come across. Our room was very clean and breakfast was excellent.

What a gem, the Rocpool deserves 6 stars if I could , the included afternoon tea and tasting spoons are superb quality so much you don’t need to worry about eating out , the breakfast is incredible- try the Arnold Bennett omelette - amazing. The room was huge, as was the bathroom, super clean and very comfortable. What elevated this to one of our best stays ever was Vicky who made an excellent stay amazing, so helpful and attentive. This is a must stay when visiting Inverness and would go back in a heartbeat.
