The parking is expensive and the night we were there, they were hosting a huge prom or some other event that I believe could have been managed better as the groups/crowd lingered around the front door impede the traffic flow and comfort of guests spending the night there. Other than that, the hotel was lovely, clean, and very comfortable.

Uitsluitend hotel met mooie, ruime, schone en stille kamers. Perfect ontbijt in buffetvorm met vriendelijk personeel. Enige minpuntje is dat je als gast van hotel €40 per dag parkeerkosten kwijt bent in de openbare parkeergarage naast het hotel. Een korting als gast zou fijn zijn.

Very comfortable large room. The breakfast is outstanding. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful.The hotel is a little further away from the centre of Vienna but an Underground is 5min walk away,and is 4/5 stops away from the Opera house. The garage is right next door to the hotel with access into the hotel but is not run by the hotel. €40 per 24hrs. Take special care parking on weekdays in Austria usually weekends are free. Hot drinks were very expensive everywhere.

Sehr schöne Gegend im Zentrum von Hietzing mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielen Restaurants, direkt neben dem Schlosspark Schönbrunn. Das Haus ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ein paar Investitionen in die veraltete Infrastrukture wären an der Zeit.

Great hotel. However it was a poty that the bar was closed on Sunday. The weather was terrible with lots of rain and hard winds. So no really good idea for outdoor events. Your restaurant was very good, we had a delicious dinner there.

Great location if you want to visit Zoo and Schonbrunn palace. Just few minutes walk. Also metro stop is just behind corner if you want to explore rest of the city. There's public underground parking connected to hotel too. Hotel was great, would definitely use it again.

The hotel is gorgeous but there were a number of issues. One morning the staff walked into the room without knocking. The room didn’t come with any towels and soap, and we had to request towels for them (maintenance team must have forgotten) but they weren’t able to provide any soap for hand washing. The AC doesn’t work in the evenings, there’s no control from the room. We contacted the front desk and was informed that it won’t turn on unless it’s over 21C or 70F. During the day it was well over that even in September and the AC did not turn on. Our last morning there before checking out, the room was so hot we were sweating trying to pack up. The bathroom looked nice but had a strange smell in the shower. And overall it just didn’t feel very clean (e.g. dusty nightstands and pillow cases). We enjoyed the location a lot but the hotel was lackluster. It’s unlikely for us to come back to this hotel next time in Vienna.

Great location only 4 minutes walk to the U4 train into the main city. Staff were friendly and tried to accomodate. We were disappointed that after requesting our room to be serviced, it wasn't and after requesting clean towels, it took a follow up call almost 3 hours later to receive them.

Super Lage, fußläufig zu Schloss Schönbrunn. Als wir ankamen wies das Spannbettlaken einige Flecken auf, nach Meldung an der Rezeption wurde dies binnen 5 Minuten behoben. Super Service. Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen und ich kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Lovely hotel near Schönbrunn Palace but not close to the city center however only a few stops by train which is less than a block away. The only complaint was that the room was very hot and the heat virtually impossible to control without opening the window which made things a little noisy. There is a selection of restaurants in the area and we found some great food within a 15 minute walk.

The room is clean, spacious and well-designed. We chose a room with a bathtub. The hotel is located right beside a gate of the Schonbrunn Palace. The neighborhood is a vibrant area full of shopping stores and restaurant. Overall, excellent! I would love to stay here again.

The hotel has a lovely garden, and is only a 15 walk to schonbrun palace. The room were reasonably large and comfortable, but the water pressure could use a bit of an update. Overall a great place to stay.

We were having the time of our lives. I had to change clothes and wore a "hoodie" into the bar. The staff (one HORRIBLE female and a male bar staff were HORRENDOUS to us in 10-1-24. Would not serve us. Waited on 3 other parties and then changed the bar keg and cleaned up bar and did dishes. They still didn\'t wait on us and offered service to other people after that! That\'s when I jumped out of my seat. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I know I looked like an "American" with a hoodie that I resulted to at the end of my trip. They certainly treated us like an "American" and ruined our trip. They can kiss.my.american.arse". I tried to complain to management - wasted my time. Don\'t go there if you are American - you are not wanted there. Let them serve an empty bar and hotel. I guess that will pay the bills.

I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated. I became violently ill the day before I was scheduled to travel from Budapest to Vienna and asked the hotel to either refund my stay or simply postpone it by a few days. While I understand if a refund wasn’t possible, there is absolutely no excuse for refusing a basic level of compassion and flexibility in postponing the reservation. I travel from Washington, D.C., and my team regularly uses this hotel when conducting official business in Vienna—but it will now be removed from our department’s approved list. A simple act of kindness would have gone a long way. Instead, the hotel kept my payment, re-rented my room, and was effectively paid twice. They must be having financial problems to do this. Very disappointing treatment of a customer.

Loved this elegant hotel! Very friendly helpful staff. Spotless room that was beyond spacious, it was huge with tall ceilings. Super close to public transportation so no car needed. The palace grounds right across the street are spectacular. The only critique is the tub shower is high off the floor and very sloped, so getting out of the shower seemed dangerous to me with hip issues. Seniors or mobility challenged people should be cautious or get a shower only option if that exists. Other than that, outstanding A+ property with outstanding value

She has excellent customer service,knowlegable, friendly and Erika went above and beyond on her call of duties. Because of her excellent customer service, my stay in this hotel has been excetional pleasant and wonderful. All staff at this hotel are always willing to answer all the quires and provided exceptional service. I will come back to this hotel whenever I am in Vienna. Thankyou for making my stay here an unforgettable and memorable one.

Wir haben am 10.09 eingecheckt und noch nie einen derart schlechten Service erlebt! Besonders an der Rezeption waren mehrere Mitarbeiter unprofessionell und teilweise arrogant. Beim Check-in erhielten wir keine Informationen über Frühstückszeiten oder Vorteile für Gold-Mitglieder. Der Aufzug war außer Betrieb, und niemand bot unserer 80-jährigen Schwiegermutter Hilfe mit dem Gepäck an – wir mussten alles selbst tragen. Im Zimmer im 3. Stock war die Klimaanlage extrem laut, trotz Ausschalten und Befolgen der Anleitung. Nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit und mehreren Nachfragen wurde uns zunächst nicht geglaubt, bis ein freundlicher Bellboy das Problem bestätigte und ein neues Zimmer vorschlug. Die Rezeption behauptete zunächst, es gäbe keine freien Zimmer, gab uns dann aber doch eines – weit entfernt, mit Rauchgeruch und lautem Stromkasten. Der Bellboy wurde zudem vor unseren Augen von einer Rezeptionistin zurechtgewiesen – völlig unangemessen. Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich, Café und die Bellboys waren hingegen sehr freundlich. Aber das Verhalten des Empfangspersonals ist inakzeptabel. GM Michael Steffan steht vor einer großen Herausforderung mit diesem Team. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, showing no interest in resolving any of the issues we raised. The rooms were stiflingly hot, and shockingly, the hotel refused to switch on the air conditioning, claiming it was “too expensive” to run. Instead, guests were expected to suffer through the heat. When we requested a fan, we were told none would be provided. We had no choice but to keep the window open all night, which exposed us to constant noise and cigarette smoke from a neighboring guest. This triggered a chest condition and made sleep nearly impossible. Despite raising these concerns, the hotel showed zero willingness to help or even acknowledge the discomfort they were causing. If you value basic comfort, respectful service, and your health, I strongly advise you to stay elsewhere.

Great location to the palace, quiet, & clean. Staff was wonderful too. Somehow ended up stepping in glass and they were able to get me tweezers sent right to my door within minutes. Would stay here again.

Hotel ist schön gelegen und eigentlich angenehm. Allerdings missfällt, das mittlerweile beim Frühstück (28 €!)die Eierspeisenstation eingestellt wurde, das war bisher ein Highlight. Es wird eben gespart, seit das Hotel einen neuen Eigentümer hat.
