The lighting. Weĺl lit and easy to locate.

This is only motel I stay at. The staff has always been real nice and super helpful. They have been upgrading the rooms and outside, such as; the outdoor lighting is quite bright and management keeps an eagle eye on the property, they have outside security cameras. Which all this makes me feel safe when I am staying there.

The property was well lit and clean. It was the best hotel in the area in terms of parking lot safety and convenience.

Our room was on the second floor and there were only stairs. We had a medium sized suitcase that we had to carry. Our room was hot but cooled within 20 minutes. The bed was a king size but had no fitted sheet, 2 standard pillows, and was covered by a flat sheet. So it was the mattress protector then the flat sheet then an itchy thin layered "comforter." We had showered at glen ivy so we didn't use the shower. The comforter was a bright red and the curtains were a bright blue. We were going to just leave the hotel cards in the room but decided last minute to drop them off at the office. Because we dropped them off we got our $20 deposit back which we paid when we first checked in. We won't be back.

They did not have an elevator or downstairs room available, but because my Husband uses a Walker, they CANCELED our reservation right in front of me, because they said it’s too much of a risk FOR THEM… Rude as heck!!

Dirty old hotel with roaches

Roach/insect infested. Dirty. Blood splatter on the ceiling and walls.I understand that this is a cheaper motel and that you get what you pay for, but I'm pretty sure there are still certain health and regulation laws to enforce. The floor looks like it's never seen a vacuum. Holes and burns on top blanket. I never sat down on any of the furniture bc I was terrified of the bugs. Immediately called hotels.com and had them change my stay. Office manager gave back my $20 deposit but REFUSED to give me the other $20 I had given him for a room upgrade. What a joke!

Bed bugs, got bit everywhere

The non smoking room smelled like smoke, there were roaches and the shower faucet shot off the wall and almost landed on my foot which made water spray everywhere besides out of the actual shower head. The lady at the front desk wasn’t mean but wasn’t friendly, she said only a couple words and literally held up a sign to ask for the deposit instead of just telling me

My skin is still crawling… there was centimeters of dust visible, the bed/side tables had cigarette ash, the mattress was drastically stained and had a large cut on the side. There were wall patches throughout the room, one of which was within range of the toilet. The door looked like it had been broken in and out at some point, the screen was ripped so we couldn’t open the window and the ac had a speckle spots of god knows what all over it. There was visible toe prints on the bathroom door and what I am hoping is tobacco chew on the ceilings. After checking in we saw reviews regarding roaches and bedbugs in the last two weeks. We were pressed for time and went to our concert but once we got back we were still at a loss about sitting or touching anything in the room. We only spent 3 hours total in the room from check in to check out. We didn’t end up staying in the room overnight and we drove over an hour to get back home so we wouldn’t have to. The price was about $115 but we had Expedia credit so we it was about $70. But I have stayed in cheaper hotels that were better kept. While we were still debating about staying we requested more pillows as there were only two in the room for a king bed. We were told there weren’t any and if we wanted them we could go to Ross down the street by the hotel staff. We hadn’t even left the parking lot, but the front desk worker was watching us leave from just outside the 2nd story room. My wife turned another couple away as I checked out.

Towels were very stained. We were greeted by a live coach roach. Drawers we dirty. Tub was stained. At 1:34 on Saturday morning they started working on the room directly above us.

It was really disgusting had dried blood on the door still , black stuff in the tiolet . I only stayed in that room about 15 mins if that and left worst 70 dollars I ever spent . Tear this place down Asap !!!

There was mold and bugs everywhere. I disputed the charge and would request a refund please.

Mold in bathroom, broken toilet, open closet rack provided but no hangers, leaky refrigerator, hole in wall with cable line exposed, room dirty and in poor/neglected condition, poor lighting, lack of electrical outlets, faceplate missing from wall outlet and unsafe multiple outlet extender installed, door easily break into, terrible customer service, [asked for pillows - never received, asked for help with toilet -was given a plunger (SMH-I'm not a plumber!)], called location before check-in to inquire about hairdryers in room-employee uninformed on inquiry, at check-in was told my Ca. ID didn't look like me ( employee pointed out weight difference, felt uncomfortable and like I was being confronted about validy of ID), pool hours not adhered to, (gate was supposed to be unlocked at 9 am, not opened until 10:20 am, Phone and electric wires for building hanging and within arms reach (concerns for safety of building and risk guests might have if wires/cables/lines fall or are accidentally touched).

Hot water is quite HOT . Very hot. Need to be turn down.

Loud music played until 3am. Then arguing and yelling. No onsite security. I was hardly able to get any sleep. Worst place I have ever stayed. I will not be back. Don't waste your time, money or safety at this place!

room 227 no hot water., bad internet service, bad cable service (more Spanish station then ESPN or other American national station), just a bad experience all around when you travel M-F 36000-38000 miles/week and you wont to have a weekend to relax and watch the NCAA and other sports, what more do you wont me to say BAD EXPERIANCE

The room had only 1 lock and the bedding didn’t look clean - it was an uneasy night, apparently the neighborhood is known for prostitution and drug dealers. I wished I would’ve of know prior to booking this room!!!

Check-in was at three I could not get to the room till 415. Once got to the room their door locked didn’t even lock.

When I arrived, they informed me about an additional security deposit they would charge. However, a week later, I found that they had actually charged me that deposit on top of the room rate. I tried contacting them several times. Over the phone, they admitted it was a mistake, but they never respond to messages or emails.

When I arrive there was not reservation or payments. So I had to payed again.

The person checking me in was on his personal phone the whole time he was checking me in. He threw the room key at me and said there you go without giving me directions of where to go and or information I need to know. Worst check in experience I have ever had.

Room key did not work, shower was broken. The reception staff was rude. Charged an extra $20 for slightly early check-in (I came at 12 noon, check-in was 3 PM). Will never stay here and recommend to avoid.

They’ve charged me 2 deposits here at this property . I have yet to receive a credit to my card. There are definitely hidden fees at this location. Management is rude and obnoxious.

I'm not sure if it's the manager or the owner of this hotel but he is very rude and disrespectful. He started arguing and yelling at me back and forth and he would not refund me my money and that if I wanted my deposit back that I have to leave and it was just a horrible experience. That whole entire family that lives on the property they're Indian and they're just complete mean people. These people should not be in hospitality

Check-in. Less than 2 mins. They were ready with my room key and all. Just gave my ID. took photo copy and gave me!!! Awesome.

Great prices for a quick stay or business trip where a hotel isn’t an option, staff is good and the location has a lot of attractions. The place isn’t a 5 star hotel but it is a place to stay and spend the night, smoking rooms are always a plus.

This motel is located in a highly homeless, drug-infested, and sex worker area. The rooms are filthy, and the beds have bedbugs. Do not be fooled by the photos like I was. I checked in, and once I realized where I was, how unsafe the area was, and how disgusting the rooms were, I immediately checked out.
