Palms Place Hotel and Spa

The bathroom is the best aspect of this hotel! The rainfall shower, the tub, and the space make this very relaxing and enjoyable. The only downside is that if you want snacks/water after the early evening, you need to talk to Palms Casino Resort (SIF stuff i forgot) store which is a 5-7m walk away.

The people have the desk are always congenial the room, clean the views of the strip amazing and I had my own balcony

Advertised as having a balcony, after finding it locked, I was told they only had a few were unlocked and they had no refund options. The overall feel was sketchy, at best, think of a Motel 6 trying to be fancy, dirty floors, torn up bed, windows were dirty, felt like a had been resort that was nice when it was built and then never maintained. I left after 5 minutes and went to the Elara, and I'm glad I did!!

Great room and location. I it could have been a bit cleaner and the patios did not open.

Hotel was great and front desk was great. Housekeeping was good but a bit slow. I hated the customer service at the casino
