Horrible! I use to love staying here it was always my go to it has definitely gone down hill the last two times last month I was there and my room was so dirty with other peoples belongs still left in the room! They try to just not charge resort fees but were very rude and still charged a day of resort fees. This last time I was there the room was not cleaned at all I walked into a dirty room again! bed not made towels everywhere and it was a big headache and waisted hours of our time because the elevators were stuck we were stuck on the floor for 30 minutes when it already took us 30 minutes just to go up to a dirty room they then made us go back down and that took another 30 min because of these elevators! They were very rude up front and not helpful we will not be staying here in the future.

I really like how The palms place was very quiet hotel. I also like the fact that it was not a far walk to the connecting palms hotel for the food and casino. The pool and spa was really nice. It wasn’t crowded or too busy. Everybody, there was really really nice. I definitely stay there again.

Hotel in nice but dated. Needs some TLC in the rooms and at the pool. Broken items, including chairs, outlets, cabinets, and last but not least, the spa was broken. Bummer

This was my first stay at Palms Place and the room was amazing. Definitely adding to my places in Vegas. The room was clean and housekeeping service was daily. Lots of space with an amazing bathroom.

Every time I stay there something else is no longer available. First they took the dishes and glasses out. This time the coffee maker was gone. They don’t repair anything, the mattress is old and really worn, the elevators are getting bad, windows are dirty.

This is the second time staying, first want to say we love the type of room. You truly get a lot of amenities in the room if you’re staying a long period of time. What we disliked was when we checked in and entered our room everything looked in order and in place, but it didn’t feel clean and had a weird smell. The floor and other surfaces felt sticky and seemed like everything was wiped with the same rag without any cleaning solution. The bathtub did not seem clean either.. We didn’t have access to the balcony which was fine, we understood why as we stayed previously. But the balcony wall is glass, and regardless of a guest having access to the balcony they probably never been cleaned. The views are amazing but that balcony glass was such an eyesore. The employees were great and made us feel very welcome and safe. We ended up getting some Clorox wipes and did some quick cleaning, as we spoke with one of the front desk staff right before shift change and nobody followed up. We would still stay again just disappointed in the room cleanliness.

I was very disappointed in the condition of our room. The floors were gross, the furniture was gross and in bad condition. The kitchen was dirty, when i pulled out the table it was gross underneath. The stove was dirty. The faucet was loose, outlets felt like they would easily pull out of the wall. Every employee I encountered seemed unhappy to be there and less than welcoming. I stayed in this hotel 10 years ago and enjoyed it. After this stay, I won't visit this hotel again.

Note: this was my first time here. The suite layout and accommodations were amazing, and my room had a view of the strip. But the peeling wallpaper, clogged sinks and broken telephones were a letdown. As someone who travels multiple times each month, I would love returning here if the standards were increased. My biggest let down of the whole event was check-in. The booking app said 3pm, the front desk said 3-5pm - my room was not ready. I waited just over an hour and never received a text that my room was ready. I finally approach the front desk, and they said it was ready at a few minutes shy of 5pm. I booked the room in advance; it wasn't a standard room but an upgraded suite. You think they would put a priority on the more expensive stays and ensure we are able to check-in when we arrive.

Palms Place offers large, comfortable suites with plenty of space to relax. The bed was comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows gave us great views of the city. The in-room kitchenette was a nice touch for quick meals. It’s a short drive or rideshare to the Strip, so it’s quieter than staying right in the middle of the action, but still close enough to enjoy everything Las Vegas has to offer. Some areas of the room and common spaces could use a little upkeep, and service at the front desk was friendly but sometimes slow. Overall, it’s a good choice if you want more space and a calmer atmosphere away from the busiest part of the Strip.

Room itself was pretty dated with an odd design. Unable to use the balcony at all - totally locked to guests. 3 fridges, but no . . . robes? The bathroom faucet handle kept falling off. The lighting was dim and purple in places - so it was like entering a club, not a bedroom. Very limited towels and paper products and good luck getting any from housekeeping or the front desk. Took us 4 series of phone calls to get any, and that was after INSANELY BAD attitude from Kentrell at the front desk. He was so rude. Avoid him at all costs if you value being treated like a human.

The first room we were given did not have a working hot tub. The staff was helpful in moving us but placed us in a room that didn't have balcony access. They offered to move us again but at this point we had already unpacked our bags and would have had to pack up again. It would have been nice if they would have asked us if we were ok with being in a room that did not have balcony access as some of the other rooms do have balcony access. I usually wouldn't mind not having balcony access but we had a great view of the strip and being able to have access to the balcony would have elevated our stay. Side note make sure if you stay here you run the hot tub with dish soap first. We did and there was a lot of debris that came out making us feel like the tub itself wasn't cleaned very well .

The suite was large in size, however there a few things that made it feel worn. For example the sink handles & shower knobs came off, we were able to reattach them but turn the very carefully. Also, the bathroom light turned off the morning we left so we open all shades to bring light in and use the bathroom. This place is great for large groups lots of room, just don’t expect cleanliness.

We got the room with kitchen. The kitchen was beautiful, but I bet whoever designed the kitchen never cook. lol The Island power didn't work for pretty much whole time we stayed. we asked to fix it, but it was fixed on the last day. We had to make coffee on the floor. The chirs look nice and modern but they are not so comfortable. The key card wasn't working all the time, so I had to come all the way down pretty much every time we try to get in the room. But I think I will stay again if I am traveling with kids. Room was very spacious, and being able to cook is very helpful. Price was very resonable too.

By far, one of the most exceptional accommodations I have experienced in recent times. The room was immaculate, and parking was conveniently located. The front desk staff provided exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. The room’s panoramic view was truly remarkable. Overall, it was an extraordinary stay. I would highly recommend this establishment and anticipate returning in the near future.

I left within an hour of checking in. Room was not stocked with what was listed on the Hotels.com page—no bathrobes, broken tv, and nothing in the kitchen. no plates, utensils, cookware. there was one restaurant on premises but never got a menu for it (was also supposed to be in the room, but wasn’t). there is no other food and no casino on site. it’s all at Palms, which you have to access via a “skytube” and the moving sidewalks were not working when i was there and i’m disabled. once you’re at Palms Place you’re basically out of luck if you want to eat. people were in the valet area frantically asking every driver if they were Door Dash. The front desk doesn’t answer the phone when you call from your room and neither does the bell desk. When I went down to the front desk to voice my displeasure I was told they would give me a refund but to be out in half an hour. That was it. Get out and in a hurry. I suggest you stay somewhere else if you want a comfortable stay. If you need ADA accommodations, avoid at all costs!!

Palms Place offers large, comfortable suites with plenty of space to relax. The bed was comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows gave us great views of the city. Room itself was pretty dated with an odd design. Unable to use the balcony at all - totally locked to guests. 3 fridges, but no . . . robes? The bathroom faucet handle kept falling off. The lighting was dim and purple in places - so it was like entering a club, not a bedroom. Very limited towels and paper products and good luck getting any from housekeeping or the front desk. Took us 4 series of phone calls to get any, and that was after INSANELY BAD attitude from Kentrell at the front desk. He was so rude. Avoid him at all costs if you value being treated like a human.

Arrived to check in at the front desk, only to find my reservation was "cancelled" despite the hotels.com website showing it was still ready to go. The front desk agent was completely unhelpful and borderline rude with explaining why they could not give me a room. I had to spend over an hour trying to get a hotels.com agent to call the desk agent and sort out the explanation. Supposedly my card had been declined (never happened before) and the hotel simply gave up the reservation without any kind of notification to anyone. How convenient for them, considering they were overbooked from EDC and so they could drop my low-fare reservation in favor of someone else's last minute booking! Good luck to me finding another room exhausted at 11pm at night, since the manager specifically admitted they had "negative availability" and hence could not book a replacement room for me. While I was there, some sort of high roller stormed in that his suite was still not made up (apparently from previous guests), despite assurances from the manager on duty six hours ago and numerous calls since then. He had to very loudly and repeatedly demand to see the current manager and have it made up immediately. Clearly this hotel management is a disaster spanning from top to bottom of the scale. Don't book here if you expect your reservation to be honored or your room to be clean.

Front desk was great but unfortunately housekeeping during my stay was rude. At 4am, I had to go downstairs to speak to front desk to request linen as I was told via phone there was a charge for pillows, linens of about $25 each item. Bell hop were super helpful!

The rooms were very nice and good value. However, upon checking in, we were told our room was not ready. It was about half an hour after the check-in time (check-in starts at 3:00 PM) and the front desk told us it would be 30 minutes max until our room was ready. So we waited and then 30 minutes went by and they still said our room wasn't ready. We were very tired from traveling so I kept asking if there was anything at all they could do and the lady at the front desk offered to downgrade my room. The audacity to make us wait for that long and then say we can get a room if we downgrade? The lady I talked to also could not care less and had no sympathy. We ended up getting to our room almost an hour and a half after we first arrived at the property. What a way to start our honeymoon. It seemed a lot of other people were waiting and when I talked to an Uber driver about it he said that he hears stories like that all the time. There must be some management problem. In any case, we felt like we were poorly treated, but at least our suite was very nice and in good condition.

When in Vegas, I usually frequent the Palms place. It is directly across from two dispensaries as well as grateful in the area easy Uber/Lyft ride pick up and the atmosphere is relaxed. Top-tier lodging!!

Palms Place is a nice, less expensive option at the end of the strip. There’s a mix of owned condos and rooms for guests. I stayed there in 2012 when it was fairly new and it was impressive at that time. Now, it just needs to be updated. It’s pretty clean. The kitchen in the room is a nice amenity. The room with the strip view was nice enough. I didn’t feel unsafe. It’s also nice to be able to walk straight to the Palms Casino as well. There are many luxurious cars parked by the valet daily.

Our condo at Palms Place was superb with a wrap around balcony strip view, a perfect fireplace and complete kitchen but w/o an oven. Our separate bedroom suite featured a stand alone jacuzzi to soak and to see the mountains. While the Palms has the AYC buffet it’s just a moving sidewalk away, offering juicy crab legs which is what I ate to keep a flat belly. Their valet service was on time as well as their app to call a taxi. We were in 51302.

This is my second stay at Palms place. I had a $200 food and beverage credit that I only used $50 of that and they will not transfer it the balance to another day. I had major issues the first time I stayed there hence the reason for the credit. When I got to my room, I discovered that my freezer was not working at all and this was the one time that I needed. It TV remote was not working, and when I went to the hotel through Expedia to ask for some compensation or the transfer of the credit, they refused and very very disappointed in the service. On another note, I tried to order in room dining which you have to do through an app. I tried for a half hour to make it go through and it did not. I finally called the restaurant and they were able to get the food tonight, but I should be able to do it through the app. Wait time was at least an hour so the longer I took the later the food is gonna be at times, I don’t think that this hotel really thinks about the guest.

I’ve been to both places before but this time seemed a bit longer to check in also I was staying there for two night and was not able to use the valet parking on the both nights. Also our room was not completely clean. The mirrors and windows were very dirty you can see hand prints all over both.

Room was dirty and sink had not been cleaned it looked like for weeks. Brought it to the front desks attention, but didn’t get fixed until housekeeping came on Day 3.
