The rooms were very clean and neat. The service at the front desk is very helpful, especially since they have a staff can speak Japanese:) And they upgraded all my booked rooms to the suite from standard. THANK YOU!

I often stay at this hotel because the concert hall is located very close by. It’s just a 3-minute walk between the hotel and the concert hall, which is extremely convenient. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the station. This place is surprisingly quiet and offers a pleasant environment.
