Restaurant, market et fast food aux alentours. Un très bon accueil ! Le petit déjeuner est compris, cuisine commune où vous pourrez vous faire des oeufs, du bacon, des tartines avec un large choix de confiture ( fraise, framboise,...), de multiples jus de fruit ( jus de pomme, jus d'orange, jus de raisin), lait et café.

The staff member I met was very friendly and the location was easy to find. I had a room with towels provided and a private bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised and very comfortable. Breakfast was available with access to a kitchen which contained a washing machine plus dryer. I enjoyed my stay and I was given knowledge of the local area by the kind staff member. I would stay again as you get privacy, a clean room and a welcoming local community with great access links to all of London. Thank you for a very good experience 🙏🙂

Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Such a good price incl. a diy breakfast . Stove top and fridge in our good sized FF room at the front. It’s not posh or luxurious but is serves its purpose very well indeed.

Shower was dirty and had mould in areas. Glass in bathroom was dirty with old toothpaste mark on edge. Food area in kitchenette was untidy and dirty.

May 15 2023 to May 26 2023 - 268 Franciscan Road, Upper Tooting, London England - There black mold on the inside of the shower. Looks like it was there a while. The lower level units should be insulated better to block out street noises, the beds are Double and very cramped for two people and the mattress is awful. I had to purchase a mattress topper for the bed to make it comfortable. The Manager and Manageress were wonderful people and very accommodating. The items available for all day breakfasts were plentiful. The location was superb and only 5 minutes walk to the subway.

The two doors of the built-in wardrobe did not open well as they touched and stuck on the ceiling The shower doors don\'t close properly The TV remote control doesn\'t work The bed is decidedly "old"; mattress too soft, you can even feel the springs on the base

This is a perfect location if you're on a budget and want to feel "local". The staff are very kind. Lots of floor space and outlets. Room has a FAN which is amazing. Would stay again. Would recommend. Close to tube/buses. Food shoppes and restaurants are close.

Clean single bed, kettle and supplies, and en suite which was all I needed. Breakfast was included but was DIY so I didn't bother. This provided a decent option in the area I wanted to stay. Easy walk to Tooting Broadway tube. I did feel the mattress could do with being firmer.

Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Such a good price incl. a diy breakfast . Stove top and fridge in our good sized FF room at the front. It’s not posh or luxurious but is serves its purpose very well indeed.

This is a perfect location if you're on a budget and want to feel "local". The staff are very kind. Lots of floor space and outlets. Room has a FAN which is amazing. Would stay again. Would recommend. Close to tube/buses. Food shoppes and restaurants are close.

5 mins from metro station and self-service breakfast is a plus. The room needs maintenance, the furniture, including the bed, is not new at all. Walls, doors and windows have zero sound isolation - you can hear every person and every car passing by.

I arrived late and the staff were onsite and very helpful hotel and room was clean top floor light did not work so when entering room late of a night it was very dark and pillows was on the firm side for my personal preference other than rhat very good value for money and mainly clean.
