Do not stay here. The bathtub was filthy (we never used it), the breakfast was terrible, and the smoke alarm kept going off in the middle of the night both nights. Pool area was also filthy and the housekeeper’s kids were running around on bikes being disruptive and trying to get people to let them in so they could bike there. The beds were fine but that was it. It was just not at all a clean or kept up place. Won’t ever be back.

The bathtub was so slow to drain that it was like a shower/ bath combo. Random people knocking on my door at 1am. Free breakfast was not even worth being free. Bed was not comfortable. No smart tv. No business center as advertised. Front desk employees were friendly, and it is pet friendly.

Very clean ,Great hot or cold breakfast and drinks and snacks, Good Coffee and Organic Geen Tea ,Also have Lipton Tea at Coffee Station, Great water pressure for showering or tub bath, pet friendly, Non smoking in rooms,Very Large pool that closes at 10pm, Nice gym to work out in , Tv,small fridge, and microwave in your room ,nice Tv multiple channels ,Adjustable A/C and heating, Very friendly & helpful staff ! Staff was very friendly and accommodating pool was always clean Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the pool furniture was all defrosted so there was tables but none of the lounge chairs or chairs were available to enjoy being around the pool

A really nice place to stay especially with a pet. However, breakfast was always the same. Bread was stale for toast. Some of the staff was friendly and helpful and then others were not. Nice location.

Very clean rooms with amazing ac units, vending machines with several options (accepting card or cash), well stocked and wonderful staff as well. Only downfall was other guests outside in the parking lot being a little loud but nothing extreme. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back to this location!

Loved the whirlpool , plenty of room in the room, quite place. Only dislike was the bed was not comfy and loud when you turned over and floor in room was dirty bottom of feet black from walking on floor.

In town for 2 nights. My wife decided to come with so I canceled my original reservation for what looked like a much nicer and more expensive hotel. Room was very basic. Bathtub was gross with hair and mold in and around it. Breakfast wasn’t hot. Ice machine wasn’t working. All in all, not terrible, but I felt like I paid $60/night too much. It was a $70/night/room kinda spot. It wasn’t a $130/night room.

I don’t usually write reviews but this was beyond awful. Pictures are grossly misleading, I should have read reviews. Filthy rooms. My kids feet were black from walking barefoot on the laminate floors in our room in less than 30 minutes. Visible mold in the bathrooms. Nasty microwave that hadn’t been cleaned in months so black mold all throughout the inside. “Hot breakfast” was an absolute joke. I wouldn’t go back if you paid me.

The room was disgustingly dirty and the bathroom door wouldn’t even close. I walked into the lobby and the manager was sitting barefoot on the couch. I had to cancel the stay. Never again.

Room had mold in the AC unit which made me have a bad allergic reaction. It was very humid in the room. I put the AC on a certain temp to try and pull some of the humidity out of room while I ran an errand. The cleaning person turned it back up several degrees. When I showered, I looked up and there’s mold on the ceiling. Cleaning person needs to do a more detailed job cleaning in the bathroom.

Check in clerk very rude and snarky. I had originally requested a room on the 1st floor. His reply: "they don't look at that!" I asked for assistance (I am 69 y/o) and his response: "We don't have anyone. I'm the only one here!" The toilet back up not once but twice on the 1st day and then again on the 2nd day. The response time was not very prompt. The room was not very clean. I've attached 2 pictures of the trash in the bathroom. The trash in the corner was there when I checked in and was there when I checked out. There was a small bug in the bathroom. No one came to clean the room, empty trash, or leave clean bath linens. I had to request it.

Horrible hotel, the bathroom door had tape on it and would NOT close. The room smelled musty. The floor would turn your feet black. There was mold in the shower and rust all over the door frames. I had to clean out the drawers prior to putting our clothes in it. The free breakfast was a joke and hardly any options. The staff was friendly and bed were comfortable and that’s why I’m not giving it a worse review.

This is your average motel. The beds were not amazing but did the trick, the bedding was thin but they had extra blankets, the amenities were small/unimpressive but were available without issue, etc. It is what you would expect for a normal motel. Service was very friendly though not the most accommodating, ex: had to fetch things from the front desk versus them bringing them to the room, had to ask for the breakfast bar to be refilled. No big issues.

I have stayed her 4 times the past year. I like the location, price, the room is big, and ac is good. staff is all nice and friendly as well. This time, there was a bad odor when I first walked in ... I think from a previous smoker in the room, but I got use to it and it didn't give me a headache. Otherwise, it was perfect. good coffee there too!

I work for a non-profit and am always looking for a nice, clean place at a low price. This SureStay isn’t horrible by any means. They changed out my towels and emptied trash after one night without being asked; the breakfast is skimpy, but there was hot sausage and egg patties. If you're there for business meetings, it's a tremendous location in Covington--very close to the highway, and there is a Race Track convenience store and places to eat within a short walking distance, but the hotel is right on a busy street; in this older building you can hear street noise; the walls are thin, so anyone talking outside is loud. This was OK for a two-night stay, I may reserve here again, but I'll probably shop around a bit. You’d certainly be fine here for one night. Bed and pillows were OK, not great. I don't mean to trash this property; I've stayed in much worse. I didn't feel unsafe. On a scale of one to ten, I'd rate 6.5

The bed was horrible, very uncomfortable. The walls were very thin so we heard our neighbors talking all night long. There was no lighting in the bathroom like very, very dim lighting and it just wasn’t a pleasant stay.

Staff was wonderful. Room was very clean. Shower head is high up withgood water pressure. Only bad things were it is the most uncomfortable old crunchy spring mattress and pillows. For some reason, there is a bench outside of the room where a man sat in FOR HOURS talking extremely loud on the phone. Probably wouldn't have noticed if the bed wasn't so bad. Would be a great hotel if they got new mattresses and pillows.

My husband and I checked in late on Friday it was pretty close time to go to bed. As we were preparing to go to sleep an eighteen wheeler parked outside by our room. The truck was running and it was extremely loud. We were moved to another room. The room had roaches and smelled like mold. We had to leave and go to another hotel. We called management the next day and he refused to give us a refund. He charged us for the room on Saturday and we weren’t even there! MANAGER was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. It was a horrible experience. We will never go back nor refer anyone there. The light fixtures were broken as well. There also seemed like a lot of riff raff (if you know what I mean).

The property is convenient to shopping and dining. I disliked when I checked in the staff gave me a room that had mattresses and rails in front of the door. It was like they didn't care about the guest safety. I had a reservation, so its not like they didn't know I was arriving. The property isn't clean like before. I stayed here years ago. The property management has changed and the property has gone done. I want stay here again.

The first room we went to was dirty. It was obvious the floor had not been washed in a very long time - lots of dirt, dust and sticky substance near bed. The TV did not work. The bathroom floor and walls were dirty, and again it was obvious they had not been clean for a long time. We requested a change of room because the TV did not work. The other room we stayed in was also dirty and obviously not cleaned (floors, wall areas, etc. were filthy). Very disappointing. Also, the breakfast was a disappointment. The yogurt machine was not working, only one type of cereal, but showed more than one choice, same with the juice machine - some were just water not juice. Overall, it just seemed like management and the workers did not care to provide customers with a good experience. We will never book this hotel again!

Bathroom was nasty. Trash on sidewalk. No milk for breakfast. Cereal was empty. Had a machine for yogurt it was empty too. Trash all over counters. No jelly for toast.
