Overall, the stay is quite satisfactory abeit some issues. The location is convenient. Most of the major places of interests are within walking distance ~5-15min. The neighborhood is quiet. The room is spacious. The bedroom and bathroom (wet-area) size are good. The toilet is located next to the entrance. So a bit inconvenient. Not a major concern. The kitchen is quite good. It is fully stock with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Adequate if you want to cook. There is a Nespresso machine with capsules for coffee. There's also a lounge (biz center, coffee, sitting area) plus a gym. Good! There is Laundry facilities in the basement (2x washing machine-need to paid, dryer-free) are adequate. Apt provide laundry powder. The front desk manager is very polite at check-in, and helpful in fixing our problem where the in-room safe failed to open w correct code. Not so nice: The housekeeping did not show up to clear garbage as requested (and promised by the front desk manager). So the garbage became smelly the 2nd day. This is a major issue.

This is a great place to stay at a reasonable price. The small apartment is a great home base while on vacation. The neighborhood is safe and the property is located close to several dining options and Swedenplatz U-bahn station. Also, there is a Spar store located on the bottom floor for drinks, snacks, etc. The staff was great, particularly Axel. Very helpful and informative. Note, however, that this property does not have 24-hour reception. So, if you return to your room after hours, there won't be anyone at the front desk. This wasn't a big deal, but i couldn't figure out how to operate the thermostat in my apartment and it was a bit cold at night. Again, not that big of a deal, just something to keep in mind. There are two washers and dryers in the building basement. The price is €4 per load and detergent is provided. This was a huge plus for me. It's an easy walk from this property to St. Stephans Platz, shopping, Hofburg palace, etc. I'm glad we did not stay at St. Stephans Platz because there are simply too mant people in that area. I highly recommend My Place Premium Apartments!

Stayed in a junior suite and couldn’t fault it at all. Lovely, spacious rooms, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchenette. Small fitness suite was handy and roof terrace has great views. Grocery stores next door and 2 mins away. Airport bus also 2 mins walk and 5 mins into the town centre. Great location. Helpful staff. Would happily stay again.

Our apartment was huge!!! Spacious, nice kitchen area, bathroom was very modern, excellent breakfast selection (Europeans, Americans etc.).The roof top terrace had a nice view of the city. A grocery store was right next door. The staff was very helpful in an issue arose. The washer and dryer in the basement came in handy after over a week on the road. Some enhancements would be: 1) Add a shelf to the shower. As is, anything you need has to be put on the shower floor or on the sink which means basically getting out of the shower. 2) Modernize the washer and dryer area. One washer wasn't working and the other one leaked. Both machines could have used a good cleaning. The area itself was dark and reminded me of a bunker. 3) Both fans for the heating/cooling unit had severe noise issues at high speed.

The Jr Suite was well furnished and clean. It was close enough to walk to everything but far enough away to not be crushed or subject to extra crowd noise. The only downside would the rooftop lacked furniture. We didn’t try the breakfast.

Gym was not accessible for the complete stay, committed bicycles were not available (even though this is stated in the description when booking the apartment), the garbage was not removed, no cleaning, equipment of the kitchen very bad and a very unfriendly owner of the apartment

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Charme eines Wiener-Wohnhauses trifft moderne Apartments. sehr freundlicher Concierge. Geräumige Junior Suite. Tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. Einzig zur Straße hin ist es bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas laut. Dafür funktioniert die Klimaanlage bestens.

We loved this apartment!!!! It was extremely clean, comfortable and close to everything you would want to see in Vienna. Perfect spot for tourists. It would also be a fantastic location if you were here on extended business. Great staff, friendly, helpful and pleasant. Grocery store right next door, kitchenette helped for when you didn't feel like eating out.

Great location. We were able to check in early which was amazing! The first doorman did not tell us that the room key was required for electrical. There was no housekeeping. Had to wait and extra day and ask twice for pillows. You must ask them to hook up the television. Room was smaller than expected. Windows extremely dirty.

Huge roomy apartment is almost unheard of in Europe so that was fantastic. Big windows, living room, dining room, kitchen and a big bedroom. But the property itself was a bit rundown. The rooftop terrace was closed and neglected. The ice machine looked toxic. But the front desk was very accommodating and polite.

Good location - not touristy. The staff was nice and pleasant but definitely NOT a concierge! Property is old and seems not as clean or well -kept as it should be. Laundry facility was dirty and two of three dryers were out of order. Lastly, the room was way too small for 3 beds and 3 people. This property would be great for two people who simply need a place to sleep that has easy access to the transportation system or who want a local neighborhood experience.

Great location. No in room laundry. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. The configuration was not good. Rooms are dark. No paper towels in the kitchen. Room cleaning once in 3 days if you stay that long. Rooms are dark. Front reception folks are very nice. The only reason we are giving 4 stars is for the location and how nice the folks are. Otherwise this is a 3.5 stay.

The apartment we had was fantastic. It was much bigger than we expected. It has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a very large study area. With the very high 12-foot ceiling, it was a great space to stretch out for 4 nights here. The location is great for all the old city sites. The only complaint is the WiFi. The WiFi Logi. Expired at midnight 00:00 on the day of checkout. Let me remind the property management that the checkout time is 10:00. It was a great inconvenience for not having WiFi as we were trying to confirm the rest of our travel plan.

We love the apartment. It was our second visit and would return. The suite was spacious. The staff helpful. The location was great. My only complaint was the lighting in the bathroom. It’s very dark. Hard to put my make up on.

We had a fantastic stay here. We were in a junior suite which was an entry foyer, a large living /dining area with seating, a desk, a bar counter and full kitchen with cooking and serving utensils, a separate bedroom with a king bed, a good amount of storage and a safe, and a large bathroom with a walk in shower. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The property is well located- walking distance of sights and subway, restaurants and cafes, and there’s a supermarket next door. The cons are that the front desk is not staffed 24 hours so a keycard is needed to enter the building after hours. There is no lobby, but there is a nice sitting area on the mezzanine. Full cleaning is done every 3 days, but clean towels or other needs can be requested and are accommodated promptly. For us, the space, location and price were worth the trade off of a hotel with maybe a few more amenities.

Location is wonderful, close to sights, but not loud, and nice to be next to a grocery. Roof top deck lovely to have. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment itself very pleasant. Having the toilet in the hall across the apartment from bedroom and bath seemed odd but we got used to it. Staff very helpful but internet didn’t work during our stay.

I loved the layout of the apartment. The toilet was separate from the shower and sink which was great. It was very spacious. We had the junior suite. Two complaints. One was the toilet room had a sink but no mirror above it. The second was the lighting in the main bathroom was very dark. It was impossible to put makeup on in there. The windowsill became my makeup area with the light coming in from the window.

This review may be a little tainted versus "normal" as a lot of interior work was being done. The location is very convenient to the main shopping areas and just a few minutes walk from one of the main metro stations. You can probably get away with not needing to use much public transport with its location to many of the main tourist areas. I did not receive a pre-arrival message about how to get into the property\'s keypad which cause a slightly stressful moment but a staff member was able to help me check in and get settled.

This is a great place to stay at a reasonable price. The small apartment is a great home base while on vacation. The neighborhood is safe and the property is located close to several dining options and Swedenplatz U-bahn station. Also, there is a Spar store located on the bottom floor for drinks, snacks, etc. The staff was great, particularly Axel. Very helpful and informative. Note, however, that this property does not have 24-hour reception. So, if you return to your room after hours, there won't be anyone at the front desk. This wasn't a big deal, but i couldn't figure out how to operate the thermostat in my apartment and it was a bit cold at night. Again, not that big of a deal, just something to keep in mind. There are two washers and dryers in the building basement. The price is €4 per load and detergent is provided. This was a huge plus for me. It's an easy walk from this property to St. Stephans Platz, shopping, Hofburg palace, etc. I'm glad we did not stay at St. Stephans Platz because there are simply too mant people in that area. I highly recommend My Place Premium Apartments!

We absolutely loved our stay here in Vienna! Close to everything and the service at the hotel was excellent! Breakfast, though not included in our package, was delicious every morning. The front desk attendants were very helpful, from recommending local places to eat and arranging a transfer to the airport. We would stay here again, definitely!

MyPlace is in a great location... five minutes to Stephansplatz; 6 minutes to the subway (and fantastic gelato!). The staff takes care of any needs you have; their transportation provision to and from the airport is excellent... being there at 4:30 am to take us. The rooms are well-equipped and roomy; and clean. I'd recommend MyPlace to anybody headed to Vienna.

We had a fantastic stay here. We were in a junior suite which was an entry foyer, a large living /dining area with seating, a desk, a bar counter and full kitchen with cooking and serving utensils, a separate bedroom with a king bed, a good amount of storage and a safe, and a large bathroom with a walk in shower. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The property is well located- walking distance of sights and subway, restaurants and cafes, and there’s a supermarket next door. The cons are that the front desk is not staffed 24 hours so a keycard is needed to enter the building after hours. There is no lobby, but there is a nice sitting area on the mezzanine. Full cleaning is done every 3 days, but clean towels or other needs can be requested and are accommodated promptly. For us, the space, location and price were worth the trade off of a hotel with maybe a few more amenities.

The staff was very responsive with easy convenient communication via Whatsapp, even after hours. The apartment has everything you need, close grocery, and comfortable bedding. The kitchen has all the basics to make meals or just a cup of tea. Very walkable location. We appreciated the help booking early morning airport transfer. Would stay again!

Great location. We were able to check in early which was amazing! The first doorman did not tell us that the room key was required for electrical. There was no housekeeping. Had to wait and extra day and ask twice for pillows. You must ask them to hook up the television. Room was smaller than expected. Windows extremely dirty.

The MyPlace apartment was in a perfect location in the city. It is a short walk from the bus stop where the airport bus stops. Also very near all the various mass transit that you would need to get all over Vienna. The apartment was spacious and quiet. The kitchen was adequately equipped, and a SPAR grocery store is a few steps from the front door. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay there again if I was visiting Vienna.

Excellent location for our weeklong vacation in Vienna. Most major tourist sites were less than a 15 minute walk away. Even more convenient was the grocery store located right next door. We would definitely book here again on a return trip to Vienna.

A gourmet grocery store is located adjacent to the property. Laundry facilities are located in the basement. The subway and tram are a 7 minute walk from the property. Our apartment was even nicer than the website photos - well euipped with good quality stuff. Very clean. Fabulous location - we walked everywhere and very clean, safe area. Staff were helpful and ever friendly. Breakfast was yummy - being vegan the choices are often limited but here i was spoilt for choice with the buffet spread and Cihad (apologies if I've spelled that wrong!!) cooked to order and was extremely attentive - truly delicious thank you. Would definitely stay there again - can't find a single fault !! 10/10 🙂

Incredibly convenient accommodations, walking distance to Stephansdom, but much quieter neighborhood (some street noise inevitable esp. on Friday and Saturday nights.) Clean, well appointed, good size apartment, cleaning comes once every 3 days - just right. The only thing was, we read in reviews about breakfast but were told they did not provide breakfast - but with a grocery store right next door this was not at all a problem. Nearest stop is Schwedenplatz. Really good value for money.

Darling apartment with lots of space. The building had lots of stains on the hallway carpets and needed paint on walls - so needing maintenance. There were no manuals so needed help with microwave operation and sink water temp in kitchen. Breakfast is not worth 20E. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Easy after-hours check-in instructures, was seamless. Great, clean rooms with all the ammenities. The location is amazing, very walkable and easy-access to local public transit options. Several great restaurants in the area, and the market just below is fanstastic!
